Job Description
Job description and key accountabilities:
-Research on M&A deals using company press releases, RNS statements, proprietary databases,
Annual Reports, Quarterly statement.
-Prepare a detailed M&A report based on the analysis and client defined parameters.
Shift Timings:
Rotations Shifts (7am- 2.30pm & 2.30pm -10pm)
Interview Venue:
WNS Global Services,
Plant 5, Gate NO 2, Godrej Compound,
LBS Marg, Vikhroli West. Near Caf Coffee Day.
Landmark: Cafe Coffee Day.

Educational qualification : MBA Fresher/exp (Majored in Finance)

MBA-Banking & Finance - Fresher/exp.

Special skills:
-Excellent Communication Skills in English
-Keen Interest in Secondary Research
-Ability to interpret data and aid in arriving at the key findings
-Decision making and judgment
-Basic Knowledge of definition of Mergers, acquisition, Joint Ventures, Amalgamation, Capital
Market, knowledge and -Calculation of Balance Sheet Ratios, Equity and Fixed Income markets
-Strong Knowledge on Accounting / Financial Concepts taught in Degree College.
-Awareness on Daily updates on Current Affairs, Real Time News, etc.
-Proficient in MS Office
