Our real wood construction reveals the classic
beauty of responsibly harvested premium grade
pine, maple, oak and cherry. Woodcraft is
committed to using suppliers that share our values.
Our vendors are certified by the Forest Stewardship
Council (FSC) for their controlled harvesting of
wood products from managed forests, adhering to
strict environmental standards in accordance with
the principles and criteria of the FSC. The wood
waste we produce is minimal as excess wood chips
and sawdust are utilized by local farms as animal
bedding.
Woodcraft ships products blanket wrapped on our
company trucks, any cardboard we use is 100% post
consumer.
Our state of the art finishing system utilizes a high
solid conversion varnish that emits very low vocs.
Because of the finishes high build properties, a high
quality finish is produced with fewer steps in the
finishing process.

Wood Species This icon is located at the lower bottom

REAL WOOD
Woodcraft furniture is manufactured
using real wood. Inherently, natural
woods have their own unique
characteristics; for example, color,
texture and grain pattern. These
characteristics make each piece
of furniture beautiful and unique.
Distinctive grain patterns or unusual
shadings may be found within the same
wood species. Real wood furniture
may be affected by environmental
factors such as natural or artificial
lighting and humidity.
Woodcraft works to maintain high
quality standards. We recognize the
unique characteristics and variations
in real wood and view them as a
natural and desirable occurrence in
wood products.
PRODUCT ARRIVAL
Please review and inspect all
Woodcraft products as they are
being delivered and unloaded off the
truck. Any damage or defect should
be brought to the attention of the
driver immediately. In the event that
merchandise arrives damaged, please
contact a Customer Satisfaction
Team Member. We will be happy
to suggest minor repair procedures,
which may be helpful in repairing the
item. If a replacement part is needed,
Customer Satisfaction will order the
replacement part immediately, free
of charge. Should it be determined
that the product needs to be returned
for repair, an RGA form (Returned
Goods Authorization) may be obtained
through a Customer Satisfaction
Team Member. The product will be
returned to Woodcraft for repair and
replacement and then returned to
you on your next scheduled delivery
at no charge, providing the item was
paid for on a previous invoice. If an
item is refused at delivery for no valid
reason, a restocking fee of 15% will
be assessed and will be reflected on
a subsequent invoice.
If damage or defects are detected
after the Woodcraft delivery truck
departs, and the item is not repairable
on site, the items to be returned will be
picked up during your next scheduled
delivery.
Please thoroughly review the items
on your order and be sure that there
are no shortages at the time of delivery.
The number of items signed for on the
invoice is confirmation that all pieces
have been received. Woodcraft is not
responsible for any shortages noticed
after delivery.
If a product is not delivered, it will
be on the next scheduled delivery
or on another truck that is delivering
in the territory. We will attempt to
deliver and satisfy back-ordered
product in the most expedient and
efficient manner. Customers will be
informed that a product is on back-
order as soon as possible prior to the
scheduled delivery date.
ORDERS
All orders must be faxed to
Woodcraft. Finished furniture orders
must be faxed using the finished
furniture order form.
QUOTES
Woodcraft reserves the right
to require, quote requests to be
submitted in writing prior to providing
a quote. All quotes provided by
Woodcraft are subject to change and
are only valid for 15 business days.
Subsequent orders based on the quote
must make reference to the quote
number.
Woodcraft will not reimburse for time
and labor expenses incurred by the
retail store or any expenses incurred
by the retail stores customer. All
claims must be made within 30 days
of delivery and prior to finishing.
Woodcraft is not responsible for
claims made after the product is
finished.
CREDITS
Credits will be issued on an individual
basis and granted where warranted.
In addition, credits will be reflected on
your account only after the product
has been returned and inspected. No
allowance will be given to any claim
submitted beyond 30 days from
the delivery date. For any questions
regarding your invoice, please contact
your Customer Satisfaction Team
Member.
OPTIONS Throughout the catalog, options to an original piece of
furniture are offered to your customer for a slight up-charge. Changes
to the piece over and above what is listed as an available option
are to be considered to be a modification. Woodcrafts willingness
to modify products is a valuable service that can help set your store
apart from other furniture stores. In order to keep overall costs down
and maintain quality control standards, we have defined the term
modification as follows:
Select items may be modified in one dimension only;
height, width or depth.
Only bookcases may be modified by height, width and depth at the
same time.
No more than three modifications may be made to any single
piece.
Limit modified products to maximum of 20% of the total order.
Modified products cannot be returned for any reason and are your
responsibility.
Carefully review your order before submitting. Check your order
acknowledgement carefully. Acknowledgement must be signed and
faxed back to Woodcraft before order is processed.

fine uniform, straight grain,
satiny, smooth texture, the
beauty of this hard wood
and accompanying even

Maple: a light colored
hardwood, Maple has a
close, fine, uniform texture
that is generally straight-
grained. A very durable
hardwood that will take any
color stain or paint well.
Pine: is a soft wood that
comes from various parts
of the world. Weve chosen
Eastern white pine, grown
in the U.S. because of its
yellow color and attractive
brown knots, an excellent
wood for staining.
Oak: has a redish cast
and is a very hard wood
with a mostly straight open
grain. This is an extremely
durable, great wear-
resistance hardwood that
accepts stains well to a
beautiful finish.

Bookcases come standard with return moulding on both sides. If bookcases are intended to

10. Design a Step back Hutch
Any bookcase my be converted to a hutch. You may specify the
height of the fixed shelf to meet your needs. All hutch bookcases
have a full length back unless an opening is requested.
You can create a step back look by using a 16-24 deep base unit
and a 12-16 deep hutch.
9. Add drawers
Three drawers mounted on metal European-style drawer glides may
be added to 30,72,84 & 96 high bookcases.
Available widths are 24,30,36,48 & 60 wide. 48 & 60 wide
bookcases will have double the drawer count due to the center divider.
Available depths are 12, 16, 20 & 24.
Two drawers with full extention ball bearings glides
are available on 30 tall bookcases. Available widths
are 24,30,36, 48 & 60 wide. 48 & 60 wide

11. Add adjustable shelves
Add one or more extra shelves to your order in Pine, Maple, oaK or
Cherry. Specify width and depth. Example: ESK30-12 is an oak shelf
for a 30 wide and 12 deep bookcase.
Standard number of shelves:
30 high bookcases have one base and one adjustable shelf.
36 high bookcases have one base and two adjustable shelves.
48 high and 60 high bookcases have one base and three adjustable
shelves.
72 high bookcases have one base, one fixed (at 30 high) and three
adjustable shelves.
