9).Usingavarietyoftrainingprograms,RussiaandassistingnationshaveattemptedtotrainYemeni
governmentofficials.Ultimately,theRussianFederation,inconjunctionwithothernations,seeksto
relievetheYemenofitspoorstatethroughvariousmethodsofgovernmentalaid(XinhuanetNews4).
SolvingtheissuesinYemenhasproventobeaformidabletaskduetotheseverityofthe
destructionandchaosinYemen.InordertosolvetheproblemsinYemen,Russiamustaddressa
varietyofaspectsthatseeminglyrelyuponeachother.Russiamustfocusonimprovingsecurity,social
andeconomicdevelopment,andpoliticalanddiplomaticactions.Inthepast,dronestrikeshavebeen
