To address increasing O&M complexities in the MBB era, iManager M2000 (M2000 for short) provides
operators with a centralized and Intelligent O&M solution to improve O&M system, thus enhance O&M
efficiency and network quality.
M2000 manages Huawei radio access network elements covering various systems, such as GSM
(including GPRS), UMTS, LTE, CDMA, uBro solution, and WiMAX. In addition to radio access equipment,
M2000 can also manage,core network for FMC and IMS, as well as part of Huawei transmission and data
communication equipment.

Efficient and Intelligent Functions Reduce OPEX

The Configuration Management Express (CME), a radio configuration solution, provides
powerful functions through wizards, templates, and GUIs. It enables users to plan configuration
items, check the data of the entire network, and compare the configuration data of cells with that
of the baseline cell. This facilitates data configuration of the entire radio access network. The
CME enables users to create sites in batches remotely, expand network capacity quickly,
optimize network efficiently, and reparent base stations easily. This improves the configuration
efficiency and accuracy.

The iSStar enhancement maintenance platform enables O&M engineers to customize the service
process by editing programs. Thus, M2000 can automatically handle O&M tasks in batches.

In addition, M2000 provides a series of featured functions, including the network health check,
remote upgrade and batch upgrade of NEs, automatic planning of base stations, automatic
optimization of neighboring cell relationships, remote commissioning of base stations, device
panel, maintenance-mode alarm setting, and RAN sharing management. These functions greatly
improve the working efficiency of O&M engineers and thus reduce the total cost of operation.
Applications & Benefits

M2000 has been deployed in more than 600 networks for over a hundred operators worldwide, in
which different technology networks can be managed in a centralized manner.
