Webducate will work on a two year programme with the funding of the US Embassy
to Enhance women entrepreneurship in Pakistan as well as to strengthen ties
between the US and Pakistani people.

Webducate will do this through:
- Classroom Workshops
- Online Training
- Media Strategy inspiring women
- Connecting women around the world
- Inspiring and giving belief that through the help of the Internet women can
empower themselves
- Volunteers the internet is a great tool for enabling and engaging
volunteers

The difference in wealth provides an opportunity for both Americans who can hire
people to do work for them which they could never afford locally as well as for
Pakistanis to give them access to a much richer economy.

There is a lot of mistrust between Pakistani and American society. When people get
to know and work with each other though the trust is built. When people do business
together than mutual gain happens and closer ties are established.

Poverty and constant negative news in Pakistan is leading to a demotivated and
frustrated society. Major global news stories seem to highlight the negative rather
than the positive that exist in the country. Through inspiring entrepreneurs, especially
women, Pakistanis and Americans will be able to see a better side to each other.
America needs to be rebranded for the Pakistanis and Pakistan needs to be rebranded
to the Americans (and indeed the world!).

There will be a number of Key Performance Measures for the evaluation of the
programme:

- Number of students enrolled in Programme
- Satisfaction evaluation of students in programme
- Number of views/hits/revenue generated for businesses or NGOs

- Number of women earning through the programme (the before and after
programme)
- As there will be mass media involved and not everyone can be tracked we
will ask students who benefit through Television, radio or newspapers to
email or SMS if they have benefitted. Ideally most people would enroll
formally in the programme through institutes such as NAVTEQ, public
colleges or universities as they will help us deliver.
- There will be an audit of enrolled students and their earnings or
participation in the programme. Monitoring will be done on a quaterly
basis.
- Online programmes will automate the monitoring process.

Webducate began with Amir Anzur but he has since trained leaders in the online
world in Pakistan. These include:

There has been over a thousand students that have come through the teachings and
this gives us a good pool to recruit from. The past year has been spent in Pakistan
running over 30 workshops all unpaid for with over 1,000 students to help create the
leaders that will help grow Webducate (either as volunteers or paid positions).

Key Personnel

Webducate is headed by Amir Anzur an internet entrepreneur who began his career at
Accenture, a leading American management consulting firm (formerly Arthur
Andersen and Andersen Consulting). He setup his first internet venture in 1999 in
Las Vegas, Nevada. His clients have included Amazon, Intel, Google, Oracle,
Samsung and Xbox. Amir won the 2005 European prize for innovation and his blog
is at www.amiranzur.com. In education the impact of the teacher is one of the highest
priorities and bringing 15 years of international entrepreneurship experience will help
the project to succeed.

Aamnah Akram was originally hired on Odesk, a US based freelancing website, by
Amir Anzur in 2009 as a virtual assistant. A graduate of Kinnard Womens College
in Lahore Aamnah earns over $1,400 per month through her internet businesses
including www.aamnah.com, www.hostmarkaz.com and www.ravihost.com.
Aamnah will help advice the strategy of bringing more women to become successful
like her.

Aniqa Manzur has worked for corporations such as British Airways, American
Express and been a teacher at Roots International School.

Rabbia Mahmood An MBA from NUST, Rabbia has been trained over the past 6
months to take a leadership role in any organization.

Wajahatullah Khan is a graduate of National University of Science and Technology,
School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Naqash Malik is a graduate of FAST university and leads the development of
Webducate.

0nline euucation is still in its infancy but Webuucate has been innovating in it
since 2uu9. Woiking with the 0S Embassy can also biing syneigies to help take
the piogiamme to a laigei auuience.
7. Susta|nab|||ty
Buddy Up!
A US female will be paired with a Pakistani female. They can support each others
through their ventures. Either one can hire the other to be a virtual assistant (as they
will be trained they will be more productive) or a business partner. What they do to
the relationship is up to them.

This will increase confidence of both women in working together as well as the
English skills and other work related skills of the Pakistani women. Women will even
be encouraged to visit and stay at each others homes to increase their confidence as
well as discuss their entrepreneurial skills.

The US women might be required to give $100 per month stipend to have a trained
virtual assistant to join the program. For sustainability in the future we may take a
small percentage of the money to cover costs.

Also the women might be told their education is an interest free student loan which
they can repay once they earn their income. Donations through the website will also
help sustain it for the future as success is shown so the programme can grow. As
there is a huge media push such as Greg Morteson had used with Three Cups of Tea
and stories will help bring in revenue to the projects.

There are few people that have the perseverance or passion to teach and spread the
word of the Internet as Webducate. We know that given the chance, Webducate will
deliver a huge impact on not only Pakistani, but also American and global society.

The internet has the chance to bring positive change at a faster rate than at any other
point in history. It is the equivalent of the television, radio, newspaper, university,
telephone and printing press all combined. With the expertise and experience of
several years we can assure the American people that their investment with
Webducate will bring a great benefit to global society.

The end goal will be a minimum of $5,000,000 generated to the economy as this is
easier to measure and gamifies the programme. Each entrepreneur can contribute
upto $10,000 to this goal. For instance, 250 entrepreneurs that create over $10,000 in
business will contribute $2,500,000 to the goal. We have been successful in creating
the pioneer success stories and with the help of the US Embassy in Pakistan can scale
to the rest of the country.
