NEA MILL Classifier built-in type Impact Mill
NEA MILL is the Impact Mill with Classifier built-in which is
suitable for fine grinding to average 10-30 microns.
This is best suited to the materials having Mohs' hardness between 1 to 3
(Talc,Graphite, Lime stone, etc.).
By using different grinding chambers and setting up various parameters,the equip-
ment can meet various needs of the customers.

Cantilever type Atomizer (Hammer Mill)
Easy disassembling/cleaning with cantilever design suitable spe-
cially for the pharm./cosmetic/food applications
The latest cantilever design offers easier cleaning than conventional type.
In addition, the numbers of the component parts are reduced, which offers
complete cleaning in short time and is ideal for use in the production of
various kinds of the materials.

Cantilever design offers easy disassembling of the component parts for easy cleaning.

The numbers of the component parts are drastically reduced when compared it with conven-
tional type.

Complete cleaning not only for the inside but also for whole system.

Direct driving system (Belt-less type) offers no dust generation from the belt and stable operation
without belt slippage.

The material inlet is located at the center of the front side to avoid the back- pressure and to
handle the material having very light bulk density.

Bag filter cleaning is via reverse pulse jet system.



Feed screw is designed for easy disassembling and mounted as standard execution. Rotary
valve and pneumatic conveying system can be applied as option for the discharge.

Atomizer Hammer type fine grinding equipment
High speed swing hammer type grinding mill for effective grinding within short
time
E Series U Series
Fine grinding is achieved via impact/friction/shearing force between the
hammer rotating at high speed and lining having special shape. Numbers
of the swing hammers are mounted at round shape plate which are rotating
at high speed (4,000-8,000 min
-1
) at inside of involute-shape lining.
Average particle size of final product will be around 50 microns while some
materi-als can be ground to several microns.

Pulverizer
Powerful grinding performance with simple operation

Particle size of the final products is adjustable via
screen size and the rotation speed of the hammer.

By changing the type of the hammers, this equip-
ment can be used as Comminutor.

By means of mounting Knife type hammers to
Pulverizer, this equipment is applicable to omit exces-
sive grinding as well as the generation of fine powder.

Knife hammer
Pulverizer is medium/rough grinding equipment with swing hammer type.
The construction is almost equivalent to Atomizer while the numbers of the hammer are reduced and the clearance between ham-
mer and lining is bigger so that this equipment is applicable to grind a bit large lumps under low rotating speed. Typical applica-
tions are animal feed, fertilizer, food, various fine chemicals and etc.
Generally the particle size of the final products will be around 3-10mm as coarse grinding and 20-200 mesh as medium grinding.

Perfectly suit for the powders having less mixing ratio, particle size and bulk
density
This equipment is to mix some powder materials by
means of three dimensional impact/fold-in move-
ment created by rotating V-shape vessel.
This is most applicable for the powders having good
flowability and can mix the powders in short time.
For agglomerated powders, wet powders and/or
small additives to be mixed, the model VF type is
applicable which has agitating bar rotating at high
speed inside of the vessel to increase mixing effi-
ciency by means of shearing force.

Most applicable to the powders having good flowa-
bility

(slide type, flow control valve, butterfly valve)

Working volume: 10-40% of total volume
Double Cone Blender
High mixing efficiency and easy charging/discharging
This equipment is to mix some powder materials by
means of gravity and centrifugal force created by
rotating Double Cone shape vessel.
Mixing time will be a bit longer, but mixing effi-
ciency will be much better.
Increase of mixing efficiency and charge volume as
well as prevention of bridging problem at discharge
can be obtained by providing angle adjustable baffle
plate at inside.

NDM/NDMV Versatile Mixer
Suitable for accurate and hygienic mixing without contamination
This equipment is a versatile Mixer with high per-
formance by adding preventive function of the cont-
amination to Model DM.
Speed change can be controlled via Inverter system
so that proper rotation speed can be selected based
on the material characteristics.
This is to be used not only as mixing equipment but
also as up-stream equipment of the granulation.
Vacuum type is also available for forming, drying

This equipment is applicable to various materials for powder mixing to kneading of high viscous material.

Proper rotation speed is available regardless to the difference in temperature/moisture between summer and winter seasons as the
rotation speed can be adjusted from low to high speed.

Batch Kneader
Homogeneous wetting/kneading from low to high viscous materials
and suitable for up-stream of the granulation process
This equipment is to mix dry powder(s) with the liquid homogeneously in
short time by means of compacting/shearing force generated by two spe-
cial-shaped blades in the vessel.
The blades with -shape, spiral-shape and fish-tail shape are available but,
among them, -shape blade shall be the standard and most suitable for
kneading the materials homogeneously.

Two discharge method are available; the vessel inclination type as standard and
bottom discharge type with Y-shaped valve.

For high viscous material, over-lapped
type blade with equal speed is recom-
mendable while tangential type blade is
suitable for low viscous material.

Twin Dome Granulator (TDG) series have been developed to produce fine granules typically from 0.3mm dia. to 2.0mm dia. and
designed to disassemble main component parts easily in order to meet GMP/HACCP requirement from the pharmaceutical and

Unique Dome Die offers longer screen life with higher capacity than conventional wet type Granulators and can be removed via
clamping system for easy screen replacement.

Cylindrical shape granules from 0.3 to 2.0mm dia. can be produced.

All contacting parts can be easily disassembled and assembled without

Image Eye System (Patented)
for monitoring/controlling granule growth in real time

This is unique and the state-of-the-art technology to monitor and control
the granule growth in real time inside of the chamber of Fluid Bed
Granulator as well as High shear Mixer/Granulator.

The system analyzes the images captured by CCD camera and mea-
sures/records the particle size distribution and mean dia. etc. as well as
the shape factor.

The end point of the granulation can be determined through the system
so that the granule growth can be controlled by adjusting the liquid
feeding and consistent final products can be obtained.

This is only one system available over the world and conforms with
recent requirements of PAT of FDA.
Wet Eye System (Patented)
for moisture detecting system via optical fiber type infra-red radiation

On-line in real time detection for the moisture content can be obtained
during granulation/drying process.

This is the system with totally non-contact type detection and air purg-
ing system allows non-sticking of the powder to the system.

The combination with Image Eye system allows totally stable and con-
sistent operation.

Feature
Two pcs. of cross-shaped cutter knives are mounted in 4 stage on the vertical shaft. The
charged material from the hopper shall be milled and disintegrated by the cutter knives
which rotate at high speed in the basket type screen. The fine particles shall be passed
through the screen holes by means of the centrifugal force while over-sized material shall
be milled further.

Vibrating Sieve High Power 1000/1200 Type

3 to 6 times higher capacity than our conventional type as check sieve

This equipment is newly developed from various points and
finally can achieve higher capacity as check sieve. In case of
Model 1001, the motor power is 1.2 times bigger (1.8kW
against standard 1.5kW) while the capacity is increased by 3-
6 times.

Cartridge type mesh frame can be applied for easy mesh
change and cleaning.

This equipment can be applied up to 3 different separation
with double deck.

Continuous Fluid Bed Dryer

By providing the agitating bar at the inlet zone (option), the agglomerated granules
can be disintegrated and fluidized easily.

The equipment can be divided into several zones so that different temperature and
air volume can be introduced to each zone for effective and consistent drying.
By providing cooling zone at the end, the dried products can be cooled down for
packaging or storage.

Big holes/inspection holes allow easy access to the inside for easy cleaning.

Smaller floor space is required when compared with Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer and
