Hope Foundation Space Available

This is an official information that the home on space 6 at the
Hope Foundation property in Moriah Heights is available for
purchase and use of the space. Here are some of the details if you or
someone you know is interested in moving to Moriah Heights:

*The cost for the prefabricated home itself is an offer of at least
$25,000.00.
*Since this is a closed community the person must be a member of
the SDARM in good and regular standing, and if multiple offers are
received the Hope Foundation Board has the right to determine
which offer, from which member, will be accepted.
*The purchaser will need to sign a lease agreement for the use of the
space, which includes a monthly space fee of $294.00 plus $50.00
for water.
*We cannot provide any financing. All offers must come cash in hand
for the total amount in order to be considered.

Sacramento LiveStream: The Mind of Christ (3)

Please join us this Sabbath at 11am PST for the livestream of the
service from Sacramento Church. This week the message will be
presented by David Zic under the theme of The Mind of Christ. This
is the third and final part of a study on Philippians chapter 2. This
week the message will focus on the relationship of the mind of
Christ to the proclamation of the message of Christ Our
Righteousness.

Moriah Heights Constituency Meeting

The residents of Moriah Heights will be holding a constituency
meeting after sunset this Sabbath, October 18. The meeting will be
held in the multipurpose room and will cover issues relating to the
property, the water system, and space lease agreements for 2015.

Conference Officer Training

The annual training meeting for local church officers of the NCC
will be held Sunday, December 14 from 9 am to 1pm. By this time all
the local churches will have been reorganized and the officers for
2015 will be able to receive training from their conference
counterpart. In addition, the NCC annual plan for 2015 will be
released at that time.

General Conference Session 2015

The 2015 General Conference session dates are August 25 to
September 8. The public meetings will be held September 10-13.
Everyone is encouraged to attend the first SDARM session to be held
in the United States since 1979, when it was held in Bushkill,
Pennsylvania.
