School News This Week At St. Francis Borgia School Week of October 20, 2014 The Lego Club will meet after school on Monday, October 20. The Flakes Craft Club will meet after school on Monday, October 20. The Chess Club will meet after school on Tuesday, October 21. The Chime Choir will meet after school on Wednesday, October 22. Thursday, October 23, is Pizza Lunch Day - Yay! The Drama Club will meet after school on Thursday, October 23. There will be an all-school Mass in church at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, October 24. The fourth grade will be planning this liturgy. All are welcome to attend. The Jr. Beta Club will meet after school on Friday, October 24. The Jr. High Halloween Dance will be on Friday, October 24, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in Mayall Hall. Friday, October 24, is the due date for the buyout fee for the mandatory fundraiser for the first semester. The Parents Association will be sponsoring a Ladies Night on Saturday, October 25, from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. in the Stokes Center. Illuminated Path of Remembrance The St. Francis Borgia Bereavement Ministry is sponsoring an Illuminated Path of Remembrance for the feast of All Souls. A luminaria, a white paper bag lantern with a candle lit inside, will be placed in the church during the 5:00 p.m. Mass on November 1 with your deceaseds name. If you would like a luminaria to remember your loved ones, please complete the form available in the church, rectory or Religious Education Office. There is a $5 donation for each luminaria. Please submit this information along with your donation by Friday, October 31, to the Rectory or Religious Education Office, attention- Ruthanne.
