1 HR Administrator (with German language skills) Cluj-Napoca We are looking for HR Administrator (with German language skills) for Germany HR Team, in our HR Shared Service Organisation, facility based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Your Role The HR Shared Service Organisation is responsible for all aspects of transactional HR Services in Europe. Our customers contact us via the HR Case Management Tool or by telephone with queries about payroll, records and policies or requests to update HR records, training bookings, benefits, etc. Managers and HR Business Partners in our business divisions also request recruitment; organisation changes; pay changes; reports; employee status changes for joiners, leavers and transfers, etc. The HR Administrators in the Customer Services teams are responsible for dealing with all incoming HR service requests from Managers, Employees and HR Business Partners in our European business operations. This involves updating records, creating documents and escalating non standard requests to specialist teams for action. As our first line support on HR issues for customers you will action as many incoming service requests as possible to meet the business needs and ensure that the SSO meets its Service Level Agreements. Actions will include an end to end generalist service to secure authorizations, address issues, create contracts, inform suppliers, update systems and maintain employee files. You will also need to assist customers who are unclear about the nature of their request, provide incomplete information or request services outside the scope of the HR operation, escalating any issues whilst ensuring that confidence of the customer is maintained and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. Qualifications Your Experience and Qualifications - Good general business understanding and customer service or HR knowledge. - Excellent time management and organizational ability - Experience of large scale HR systems, ERP or complex database maintenance - Experience with CRM, SAP HR and systems supporting training, staffing, compensation and payroll would be an advantage. Education required: Degree level qualification, HR qualifications an advantage, but not prerequisite Language ability: Excellent oral and written knowledge of English and German are essential for this role.
