Dear Mr. Duenas,

We are submitting herewith our Sound System and Lights Rental Services Proposal for your
information and perusal.

I. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES
Package Type: One (1) Set Sound System and Lights Rental Package
Event: Anniversary
Venue: Club Filipino, San Juan
Event Date: August 31, 2014 (Sunday)
Time: 7:00 PM 11:00 PM (4 hours only)
Equipment Details:
II. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Total Price: Four Thousand Pesos Only (PHP 4,000.00)
Payment Terms: 1. Two Thousand Pesos (PHP 2,000.00) non-refundable deposit upon
confirmation of service; and
2. Two Thousand Pesos (PHP 2,000.00) during or immediately after the
event.

III. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Price includes delivery to venue and two (2) onsite operators.
2. Rental rate is specifically for the duration stated above only. An additional fee of PHP500.00/hour will be
charged for each succeeding hour.
3. Rentals are on a first come first served basis. Rental Monsters reserves the right to cancel the rental slots of
clients who have not confirmed or returned signed rental proposals.
4 A cancellation charge equal to 50% of the package price will be collected if cancelled a day before or on the day
of the event itself.
5. Full billing will be charged to client in the event that cancellation occurred after equipment and operators have
already arrived at the venue.
6. Main power source and other media sources or files not indicated herein (i.e. dvd/vcd discs, laptop, etc.) must
be provided by renting party.
7. Client must also provide for connectors for unsupported sources like (i.e. MAC computers, Ipod, PSPs).
8. Client should provide meals/food for the crew.
