1) The document discusses reclaiming Bukit Takun as a geosite for Selangor State Park's natural heritage. Bukit Takun is a geological feature within the park that is still surrounded by natural forest.
2) Issues threaten the site, such as urban development near conservation areas. The boundaries of conserved land have changed due to property demand.
3) The design intends to establish an observation center and recreational area for the public and researchers. It aims to promote appreciation of natural heritage through geotourism and education to protect the area from urban development.

FOR SELANGOR STATE PARKS NATURAL HERITAGE "Most surely in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and the day there are signs for men who understand (Ali-Imran 3:190) BACKGROUND STUDY Geoheritage tourism is a product of geological site conservation practices all around the world.
Geoheritage refers to an area that possesses rich geodiversity in term of rocks, minerals, fossils, geological structures geomorphological and landscape features, with heritage value of national and regional significant.
Ecotourism defined by TIES (1990) as "responsible travel to natural areas that conserves the environment and improves the well-being of local people.
Geoheritage tourism vs. Ecotourism,
Geoheritage tourism = specific on geological features area, Ecotourism = natural area.
Both have become as alternative ways in generating billion dollars income as well as conserving the natural environment and profiting social context.
