The long term experience of the team of CeProSARD in the field of energy efficiency has contributed to successful implementation of the training for energy auditors. More than forthy engineers (mechanical, electrical, civil engineers and architects) were trained to perform energy audits of buildings and they successfully passed the exam in front of a committee consisted of variuos representatives including representatives from the Energy Agency of the Republic of Macedonia.
As part of the Intelligent Energy sub-program within the European program for competitiveness and inovattion, the implementation of the project Training of construction workers for energy efficiency (BUILD UP Skills Builders Energy Efficiency Training BEET) has started. This partnership project is implemented by Economic Chamber of Macedonia, CeProSARD, Creation association of businesses and consultants, FEIT, Faculty of Business and Economics and Center for Adult Education.

CEREMONY OF AWARDING THE CERTIFICATES FOR PASSING THE EXAM FOR ENERGY AUDITORS ON JULY 23, 2014 On 23 July, at the CeProSARDs training center the certificates for passing the exam for energy auditors to the successful candidates from the first phase of the training were officially awarded. The certificates were awarded by MSc Svetlana Petrovska, the Executive Manager of CeProSARD, who also gave a short speech and presentation on the successfully implemented training. The awarding of the certificates was also attended by the Director of the Energy Agency Mr. Aleksandar Dukovski, representative of the municipality Karposh Mr. Ljupcho Dimov, as well as the professors that held the training prof. d-r. Petar Nikolovski and Aleksa Tomovski. They also gave a short speech to the future energy auditors congratulating them the achievement and wishing them successful work in future. The awarding ceremony was closing event for the first cycle of the trainings for energy auditors. PROJECT FOR IMPROVING THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES FUNDED BY A LOAN FROM THE INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT (WORLD BANK) CeProSARD received mandate for the next three years to prepare documents for evaluation of projects for municipalities included within the MSIP project.
The Macedonian Government Ministry of Finance, has received a load from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development World Bank in the amount of $ 75 million for implementation of the project for improving the municipal services (MSIP). The primary objective of the project is through financing the municipalities, through long term on-lending loans, to enable realization of investment projects. As a result the performance of the municipalities, the quality of utility services and other municipal services as well as the development and strengthening of municipal functions and competences regulated by the Law on Local Self-Government units will be improved. In accordance with the terms of the agreement with the World Bank, part of the funds are directed for providing technical assistance to municipalities when preparing documents for project evaluation. The documents are prepared in accordance with the instructions of the Bank and they are the first requirement for the municipalities to gain access to loan funds and to implement investment projects. http://www.finance.gov.mk/node/3916
THE PROJECT BUILD UP SKILLS - TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION SCHEMES MACEDONIAOFFICIALLY STARTED The project objective is introducing qualifications for five different training schemes for upgrading the skills of different professions of construction workers related with the building envelope, glassing, roofing, energy infrastructure and systems for heating, cooling, ventilation and air conditioning. These five training programs will ensure involvement of all six occupations identified as prioritized in the national Road Map. Specific project objectives are to develop training schemes for education on a larger scale by upgrading the national educational system with voluntary qualification schemes and recognition of skills of the 1.000 building sectors workers, capacity building of trainers and training providers to implement voluntary qualification schemes by developing training curriculums based on the identified needs as well as boosting the demand for EE and RES qualified/skilled workers on national level. The project involves three categories of partners: public authorities, high education institutions and training providers and it is supported by 28 members of the National Qualification Platform. PREPARATION OF ELABORATES CeProSARDs team has prepared the Elaborate for energy efficiency for the residential complex: Belvedere resort. This obligation is in accordance with the Rulebook for energy efficiency measures and it is prerequisite for obtaining a construction permit from the relevant municipality. It is applied for construction of new and reconstruction of existing buildings.
The Environmental protection department in CeProSARD has prepared seven elaborates for environmental protection of the processes of Reconstruction of local streets and construction of sidewalks and Storm water sewer system establishment. The purpose of the elaborates was to evaluate the environmental impact from the activities that are performed during the reconstruction and construction of sidewalks and storm water sewer system for the Municipality of Karposh and to obtain approval for the planned project activities.

RURAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TETOVO The team of CeProSARD was responsible for the process of preparation of the Rural development strategy of the municipality of Tetovo for the period 2015-2018. In the process of preparation of the document many workshops were organized and attended by representatives of organizations and institutions working in this area, citizens of the municipality of Tetovo and other stakeholders.

Training on topic: How to prepare an action for lobbying and advocacy, 26-28 August 2014, Struga During the workshop, CeProSARD representative has presented the experience of the organization within the legal initiative Management of agricultural land for growing energy crops for the production of energy from renewable sources.
