Address) at present employed on regular basis as Assistant Professor in the
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT OF COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND
MANAGEMENT PUNNAPRA(hereinafter called the Bounden), Smt DEEPA A.B, COLLEGE
OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT PUNNAPRA (H.E name and address) and
















































Smt. NEETHU SATHYAN.M, COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT PUNNAPRA
(H.E name and address) (hereinafter called the Sureties)do hereby bind ourselves and
each of us, and each of our heirs, executors , administrators and assigns jointly and
severally to pay to the Director, Co-operative Academy of Professional Education (Herein
after called CAPE) on demand the sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees five lakhs only) and
serve to CAPE for 5 Years on completion of M.Tech. If I fail to comply with the above
conditions, I will have to pay the bounded amount with 12% per annum.

WHEREAS the CAPE have granted to the Bounden leave without allowance for a period of
24 months 0 days with effect from 03/09/2013. Inorder to enable the Bounden to
complete successfully the course on M.Tech. and acquire the M.Tech. degree within a
period of three years from the commencement of course, on condition that on expiry of
the leave ,the Bounden shall serve CAPE in such a capacity as the CAPE may require in
The Engineering colleges under CAPE or in any other Institution under CAPE as the CAPE
may require, for a period of five years and sureties have agreed to the same.

Now the condition of the above written obligation is that in the event of the
Bounden failing to serve in such a capacity as the CAPE may direct for a minimum period
of five years if so required by the CAPE, the Bounden and the sureties shall forthwith pay
to the CAPE the said sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) together with
interest at 12% per annum and costs and upon payment of such sums the above written
obligation shall be void and of no effect ,otherwise this shall be and remain in full force
and effect.

Provided further that the Bounden and the sureties hereby agree that all sums
found due to CAPE under or by virtue of this bond shall be recoverable jointly and
severally from the Bounden and sureties and their properties movable and immovable
under the provisions of the revenue recovery Act for the time being in force as though
such sums are arrears of land revenue or in such other manner as the CAPE may deem
fit.








The liability of the surties under this bond is co- extensive with that of the bounden and
shall not be affected by the CAPE giving time or any other indulgence to the Bounden.

Note
In case the sureties are not Gazetted Government Servants or equivalent to the status of
an Asst.Professor in Engineering / Technology under regular CAPE service, the Director
of CAPE will satisfy himself about the solvency of the proposed sureties, obtaining
necessary certificates from the Tahasildar.
