What is Climate Change?

Carbon Assessment
The first step to build a low carbon office is to assess the sources of carbon
emission of an office. CCA will review the current operation and identify the
sources of carbon emission in the client’s office.

Carbon Footprint Measurement

Carbon footprint measurement is fundamental to carbon management
strategy in an organization. CCA will conduct a detailed footprint

CARBON OFFSET

Carbon Offset
To complete all steps to carbon neutrality, organizations
will have to purchase Verified Emission Reductions
(VERs) from renewable energy projects via CCA for
portions of emissions that cannot be avoided.
Carbon Care Asia supports carbon offset projects
through purchasing carbon credits in renewable energy
and resource conservation projects. CCA sources
Verified /Voluntary Emission Reduction (VER) and
Certified Emission Reduction (CER) certificates in
China.
What are Voluntary Emission Reductions
(VERs)?
Voluntary Emission Reductions (VERs) are
purchasable credits transferred from greenhouse
gases reductions made possible by an emissions-
reducing project, such as a wind farm. VERs are
verified by independent third parties based on
various current standards. They become the
instrument for individuals, organisations or
activities to offset their emissions.

Under the CCA Carbon Offset scheme, clients are

projects to offset their carbon footprints.
