RESOLUTION NO. 10-20-2014

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE PROVINCIAL
DEVELOPMENT FUND OF HONORABLE RHODORA DODOD CADIAO, VICE GOVERNOR OF
ANTIQUE AMOUNTING TO ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP100,000.00) FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF BARANGAY HALL.

WHEREAS, one of our Barangay hall was partially damaged by Super Typhoon Yolanda last
November 8, 2013;

WHEREAS, we believe that through the Provincial Development Fund of Honorable Vice
Governor, the said project could be rehabilitated for the benefit and convenience especially of our
constituents;

WHEREAS, it would be wise to ask financial assistance from Honorable Vice Governor Cadiao
who has deep concern for us, here in the barangay level;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion made by Kagawad Elmas D. Dioso which was duly seconded by
Kagawad Rey S. Fabiano, be it

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, to request, as this Sangguniang Barangay hereby earnestly
requests financial assistance through the Provincial Development Fund the Proposed of Hon. Rhodora
Dodod Cadiao , Vice Governor, Province of Antique for the rehabilitation of Barangay Hall;

RESOLVED, FINALLY, to furnish with copies of this resolution, Office of Hon. Rhodora Dodod
Cadiao and all others concerned for their information, guidance and approval.

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE PROVINCIAL
DEVELOPMENT FUND OF HONORABLE TEOFISTO ESTARIS, SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN
MEMBER, NORTH DISTRICT OF ANTIQUE AMOUNTING TO THIRTY THOUSAND (PHP 30,000.00)
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CANOPY OF BARANGAY PUCIO, LIBERTAD, ANTIQUE.

WHEREAS, Barangay Pucio has construct fence around Barangay Plaza last 2010 where the fund
came from former Governor Sally Zaldivar Perez amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php
100,000.00);

WHEREAS, construction of canopy around Barangay Plaza is very much needed for the
convenience of the constituents, visitors, especially during fiestas, palarong pambarangay, etc;;

WHEREAS, its very limited fund to realize the project this sanggunian deemed it wise and
imperative to seek financial assistance to our beloved SP Member Estaris for the construction of this
project;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion made by Kagawad Genebie P. Fabiano which was duly seconded
by Kagawad Elizabeth F. Estoya, be it

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, to request, as this Sangguniang Barangay hereby earnestly
requests financial assistance through the Provincial Development Fund of Honorable Teofisto Estaris,
Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member, North District of Antique the amount of ThirtyThousand Pesos
(Php 30,000.00) for the construction of canopy;

RESOLVED, FINALLY, to furnish with copies of this resolution, Office of Hon. Teofisto Estaris
and all others concerned for their information, guidance and approval.

REHABILITATION OF BARANGAY STAGE OF BRGY. PUCIO, LIBERTAD, ANTIQUE.

WHEREAS, our barangay stage is one that was damaged by typhoon Yolanda last November 8,
2013 ;

WHEREAS, we believe that through the Provincial Development Fund of Honorable Victor
Condez, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member in the North District of Antique, the said project could be
materialized for the benefit and convenience especially of our constituents;

WHEREAS, it would be wise to ask financial assistance from Honorable Condez who has deep
concern for us, here in the barangay level;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion made by Kagawad Madelyn C. Dioso which was duly seconded
by Kagawad Raymund C. Fabiano, be it

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, to request, as this Sangguniang Barangay hereby earnestly
requests financial assistance through the Provincial Development Fund of Honorable Victor Condez for
the rehabilitation of Barangay Stage amounting to Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 30,000.00);

RESOLVED, FINALLY, to furnish with copies of this resolution, Office of Hon. Victor Condez
and all others concerned for their information, guidance and approval.
