- Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner
- Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and supportive environment for
effective learning to happen
- Family, community, and other stakeholders are actively engaged and share responsibility for developing life-
long learners



I. INTRODUCTION

The MALJO-JUBASAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL provide quality education for the
development of students through effective implementation of the Basic Education and K+12
curriculum ; varied, innovative teaching-learning experiences; dynamic, responsive, pro-
active, result oriented school personnel; active and supportive stakeholders.

It has reap tangible achievements from the rigorous and concerted efforts and
cooperation of the teachers and staff, parents and pupils.

This is done by the School Head monthly to each teacher

Linkaging with GO,NGO,LGU and PTA
1. Involvement of GOs/NGOs to school activities was elicited.
2. Community and the other link groups were informed and involved of the school
performance and activities.

Kindergarten class plays a vital role in our educational system for it is here where Reading
Readiness skills are established, so that they could easily tackle the development task for first graders.

The following are the benefits and privileges availed by the school personnel:

a. No. of Employees - 9
b. Personnel granted step increment - All the employees were adjusted with
their respective STEP Increments
c. Productivity - Received 2000 enhancement pay
d. Clothing Allowance - all employed received
e. Bonuses - Mid-year and End Year bonuses were
received by each employees
f. Additional Bonus - All employees received Php 5,000.00
g. The school head was able to attend series of Capability Building Program this school year.
h. All Staff Conference were attended by the school head.
i. All teachers received Performance Based Bonus
