TAX FRAUD EVIDENCE ON 5046 S GREENWOOD AVE



We will start this journey with the latest PIN # for 5046 S Greenwood Ave which is 20-11-115-037-0000. Now once again
as noted by the CCRD PIN # 20-11-115-037-0000 does not exist. When I keyed in that PIN # at www.ccrd.info this was
my result yet again as of 05/22/2011: No record found for this criteria or your search has timed out, please narrow
down your search criteria and try again Click here to go back.
As per my National Property Search which was completed on 03/14/2011 Harvey Wineberg was listed as the owner of
PIN # 20-11-115-037-0000 as of tax year 2010. Now one could say that there could have been a clerical error creating an
erroneous notation, however, why would an erroneous notation remain on file for six years.

On April 20
th
of this year WND reported, The 2009 records show Wineberg paid taxes on the property totaling
$25,742.31, paid in two installments of $12,351.04 and $13,391.27.
Wineberg told WND in a telephone interview that he simply pays the tax bills he receives on the Obama
property. He said he has no idea whether others are paying taxes on the property or whether the amounts he is
paying agree with the amounts Obama reports on his personal IRS income-tax filings.
Note that the PIN associated with Wineberg's ownership, 20-11-115-037-0000, is different than Stuart's.

The following two pages will show and I will also describe the anomalies that I discovered in connection as to what is
recorded with the Treasurers Office in Cook County and use that evidence against what I consider to be an ambiguous
anomaly against Obamas taxes for 2009.
The first graphic on page (2) is what the Cook County Treasurers results are when PIN # 20-11-115-037-0000 is used for
information on the taxes paid for said PIN #. Please note that neither the Obamas, William Miceli, nor the Northern
Trust Co. Trust # 10209 are mentioned as the property tax payers of 5046 S Greenwood Ave., Chicago, IL 60615.
When I asked my contact at the Assessors office about this she said, That he could either be the owner or just the
individual who is paying the taxes on the property. Now when she said that she could not tell with any clarity if he was
the owner, I asked her why, she then referred me to the CCRD. It was the CCRD who told me that PIN # 20-11-115-037-
0000 does not exist as per their records.
On pages (3, 4) is the information from the Cook County Assessors Office as it Pertains to PIN # 20-11-115-037-0000.

This is what we know so far:
1. Barack and Michelle Obama do not own 5046 S Greenwood Ave., Chicago, IL 60615. The house is actually
owned by The Northern Trust Co. Trust # 10209, a trust that the Obamas did not create as a private trust to
purchase the home.
2. Currently, Willaim Miceli is not the owner as well even though it has been reported to be so. However, as per a
2005 assessment for the 06/2005 sale of 5046 S Greenwood Ave he was listed as the owner / purchaser.
3. PIN # 20-11-115-037-0000 does not exist at the CCRD and with no explanation as to why.
4. PIN # 20-11-115-037-0000, however, does exist at the Cook County Treasurers Office as of 05/22/2011

How many layers / RED FLAGS so far?
Now let us discuss the Obamas 2009 and 2010 Taxes (which will be included in my blog as PDFs) as they pertain to the
property taxes The Obamas claimed for their home. Pages 5 will show certain discrepancies that I view as more
ambiguous anomalies that need to be explained. The graphics on page 5 are going to be from the Obamas 2009 1040
U.S. Individual Income Tax Return Page 3, line 6. The second graphic is going to be from the Obamas Illinois
Department of Revenue 2009 Schedule ICR page 57, Section A, line 4a. On line 4a you will notice that the PIN # for the
home that they are claiming has been redacted. The third graphic is from their Federal Income Tax Return Line 6
Schedule A, Itemized Deductions. See how convoluted all this is.
Please not who one of the partners in the firm which did the Obamas taxes for 2009 and 2010.

Note that on his 2010 IL Tax Return the property tax information in not included. Why? Is it because they would have to
redact the same information as they did in 2009?

Now how many layers have we gone over today? The answer is six and that is just on the Obamas taxes alone. Now
remember that we are all innocent until proven guilty. Can anyone explain to me my mistakes if any?
Q: Why are the Obamas not listed as the owners or taxpayers for 5046 S Greenwood Ave?
Q: Why is Trust # 10209 not listed at the owner or taxpayer for 5046 S Greenwood Ave?
Q: If there is a clerical error why has it not been addressed for six years?
Q: Why was the PIN # redacted on Obamas 2009 IL tax return?
Q: Why is the Obamas real estate taxes not listed on their 2010 IL tax return? Is it because they would have to redact
the PIN # again as they did in 2009?
