1 - Chóng t«i cam kÕt r»ng sÏ chÞu hoµn toµn tr¸ch nhiÖm vÒ giÊy phÐp XNK, h¹n ng¹ch ®èi víi mÆt hµng nhËp
khÈu trªn,

2 - Khi cã yªu cÇu cña Ng©n hµng, sÏ hoµn tr¶ cho Ng©n hµng mäi kho¶n tiÒn ph¶i tr¶ theo tÝn dông nµy cïng
mäi chi phÝ, hoa hång vµ chi phÝ kh¸c liªn quan ®Õn TÝn dông nµy. Chóng t«i uû quyÒn kh«ng huû ngang cho
Ng©n hµng ®îc ghi nî vµo bÊt cø (c¸c) tµi kho¶n nµo cña chóng t«i bÊt cø kho¶n tiÒn nµo mµ chóng t«i cã nghÜa
vô ph¶i thanh to¸n cho Ng©n hµng theo v¨n b¶n nµy.

3 - Chóng t«i sÏ båi hoµn ®Çy ®ñ cho Ng©n hµng khái mäi tr¸ch nhiÖm vÒ bÊt cø sù thiÕu chÝnh x¸c , gi¸n ®o¹n,
s¬ xuÊt, lçi hoÆc chËm trÔ nµo cã thÓ ph¸t sinh trong hoÆc tõ viÖc truyÒn ®¹t bÊt cø th«ng tin nµo hoÆc bÊt cø
sù m¬ hå nµo trong nh÷ng th«ng tin nµy.

4 - Ng©n hµng ®îc quyÒn tù ®éng trÝch tµi kho¶n cña chóng t«i ®Ó ký quü b»ng 100 % trÞ gi¸ L/C, sè tiÒn cßn
l¹i chóng t«i cam kÕt nép tiÕp khi cã ®iÖn ®ßi tiÒn cña Ng©n hµng n íc ngoµi hoÆc khi nhËn ®îc bé chøng tõ ®i
nhËn hµng hoÆc ®Õn thêi h¹n thanh to¸n quy ®Þnh trong L/C víi ®iÒu kiÖn bé chøng tõ xuÊt tr×nh hoµn toµn
phï hîp víi c¸c ®iÒu kiÖn cña L/C.

5 - NÕu L/C cã x¸c nhËn, víi mäi tr¸ch nhiÖm thuéc vÒ m×nh, chóng t«i ñy quyÒn cho Ng©n hµng Qu©n ®éi ® îc
trÝch tµi kho¶n cña chóng t«i ®Ó chuyÓn tiÒn ký quü víi Ng©n hµng x¸c nhËn L/C.

6 - Chóng t«i ®ång ý r»ng Ng©n hµng ® îc uû quyÒn hoÆc ® îc trao quyÒn kh«ng huû ngang, trong tr êng hîp
chóng t«i kh«ng thùc hiÖn thanh to¸n, ®Ó b¸n sè hµng ghi trong c¸c chøng tõ vËn chuyÓn hoÆc bÊt cø phÇn nµo
trong sè hµng ®ã th«ng qua ®Êu gi¸ c«ng khai hoÆc b¸n kh«ng th«ng qua ®Êu gi¸ sau khi ®· trõ ®i mäi chi phÝ
kÓ c¶ phÝ hoa hång, liªn quan ®Õn sè hµng ®ã mµ kh«ng ph¬ng h¹i g× ®Õn c¸c quyÒn kh¸c cña Ng©n hµng mµ
Ng©n hµng cã thÓ vµ còng kh«ng cÇn th«ng b¸o tr íc vÒ viÖc b¸n nµy. Chóng t«i tiÕp theo ®©y uû quyÒn kh«ng
huû ngang cho Ng©n hµng ® îc dïng c¸c kho¶n tiÒn b¸n hµng ®Ó thanh to¸n bÊt cø nî nÇn vµ nghÜa vô nµo ( bÊt
kÓ hiÖn nay, trong t¬ng lai hay ®ét xuÊt) cho Ng©n hµng kÓ c¶ sè l·i ®· dån tÝch trªn ®ã vµ nÕu nh kho¶n thu
tõ viÖc b¸n hµng nµy ch a ®ñ cho môc ®Ých nãi trªn th× chóng t«i ®ång ý thanh to¸n cho Ng©n hµng bÊt cø
kho¶n thiÕu hôt nµo ngay t¹i lÇn yªu cÇu ®Çu tiªn cña Ng©n hµng.
