who among the contestants got the correct

answer.
Complaints should be aired before the next
question is read. Supporting facts, articles
or any printed materials should be presented by
the Coach of the contestant. The coaches of
the different colleges shall sit as the board
of judges. The decision of the board of judges
is final, and irrevocable.
Wrong spelling and illegible answers are
considered wrong. n case of multiple answers,
the final answer must be encircled.
There will be no elimination from easy,
average, and difficult rounds. !fter the
difficult round, the top six "#$ contestants
shall automatically advance to the clincher
round wherein five "%$ questions will be as&ed.
Scores from the previous three "'$ rounds shall
be considered as part of this round.
f there is a tie, additional question will be
given. The first contestant who will gain point
over the other shall be considered as the
winner in the tie(brea&er.
!ny violation of the aforementioned rules and
regulations will result to the forfeiture of
titles, pri)es and privileges awarded to the
contestant concerned.

ideas and the World Wide Web "www$.
The contest is divided into four parts, namely0

*very contestant must bring their own mar&ing
pens and 3- pieces of short bond paper. The
bond paper will serve as the answer sheet.
