Course Description
The Installing and Configuring Primavera P6 Rel 8.1 course provides in-depth coverage of the Primavera P6 installation process, including
integration with Fusion Middlware components such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), BI Publisher, and Oracle
Universal Content Management (UCM). It is intended for implementation teams tasked with installing and integrating Primavera P6, not end
users.Students first install and test the base Primavera P6 product, then install its various options (Help, Tutorials, Web Services, Progress
Reporter, and the P6 Optional Client). Once the student has finished installing and configuring the P6 products, he or she then installs and
configures P6 Analytics using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), P6 Reports using Oracle BI Publisher, and document
management using Oracle Universal Content Management. Finally, students enable e-mail support in P6, as well as P6 Team Member E-Mail
