art research wings like Genomics, Cell Biology, Proteomics, Chemical and Material Science,
Measurement and Delivery Science, Consumer and Sensorial Science, Ingredient Science, Crop
Science, to name a few. One of the focus areas of ITC is to develop high performing personal
care products. In the view of the above, ITC is seeking a highly capable Research Associate
specialized in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science, who can assist the research teamin the
development of test methodologies pertaining to understanding/ predicting product stability,
rheology and other physicochemical characteristics. The role holder will work with the Personal
Care Products team.
J ob Purpose: Develop methodologies for physico-chemical characterization of personal care
products
J ob Title : Research Associate
Education : B.E or B.Tech or M.Tech Chemical Engineering or Materials Science
Work Experience :
1. 2-5 years industry experience.
2. Experience in handling spectrophotometers, viscometer, rheometer, tensiometers, and
advanced imaging tools such as SEM , TEM and AFM
3. Experience on working with emulsions would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities :
1. Develop protocols for stability testing and rheology measurements of personal care products.
2. Conduct timely analysis of physico-chemical characteristics of product prototypes during the
product development phase.
3. Conduct day-to-day laboratory & instruments maintenance, records & reports upkeep.
Age : 22 to 26 yrs
Salary : Based on experience relevant to the position
