Department of Social Welfare and Development
The Philippines Department of Social Welfare and Development (Filipino: Kagawaran ng Kagalingang
Panlipunan at Pagpapaunlad, abbreviated as DSWD) is the executive department of the Philippine
Government responsible for the protection of the social welfare rights of Filipinos and to promote social
development.
Kagawaran na nangangalaga sa mga Pilipinong tulad natin para mas mapaunlad pa ang mga sarili at
magkamayroon ng kinabukasan.
Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS)
The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a volunteer-based, non-government organization
whose goal is to prevent animal cruelty through education, animal sheltering and advocacy. PAWS
believes that the creation of a more peaceful society starts with the widening of mankinds circle of
compassion which includes animals, thereby envisions a nation that respects animals, practices
responsible pet ownership and protects wildlife. The volunteer-based organization rehabilitates these
animals in the hope of finding them new homes and a second chance at a good life. PAWS does not take
in pets of other people, only victims of cruelty or neglect where the animal offenders are charged with
violation of the Animal Welfare Act in court.
Nangangalaga sa mga karapatan ng hayop na mabuhay at maging Malaya. Ito rin ang responsable sa
mga nangyayari sa kapaligiran ng mga hayop at binibigyan ng magandang buhay ang mga hayop sa
pangangalaga nila.
Lingap Childrens Foundation
A foundation that helps children to have a shelter, foods and give them education also other good things
that they can get in this foundation. Another is by saving them from abused, rape, exploited or for being
abandoned. It protects the childrens life.
Isang foundation na nangangalaga sa mga kabataan na inabandona at minaltrato ng ibang tao. Sila ang
kakalinga sa mga ito para protektahan ang kanilang buhay at bigyan ng kinabukasan.
Department of National Defense
The Department of National Defense (DND; Filipino: Kgawaran ng Tanggulang Pambans, KTP) is
the executive department of thePhilippine government responsible for guarding against external and
internal threats to peace and security in the country. The Department of National Defense exercises
executive supervision over the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), the Office of Civil Defense (OCD),
thePhilippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO), the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP),
and the Government Arsenal (GA). It is also responsible for disaster preparation and management in the
country.
Ito ang nangangalaga sa pagprotekta sa ating bansa sa mga terorista o anu pa man. Sila din ang
naghahanda sa mga sakunang puwedeng mangyari sa bansang Pilipinas.
