(PC representative) if she is unable to attend meetings?

093/14-15 Policy To Agree Parish Council Adopt a Vexatious Policy (Draft based on copies obtained from
Sandown Town Council and Whippingham policy circulated to Cllrs) and to agree same.
094/14-15 To Discuss list of items supplied by NANSAG (Ningwood and Newbridge Safety Action Group) and
agree whether this be sent to IWC and Island Roads for consideration for Community Highways
Funding.
095/14-15 IWC Discretionary Services To Discuss and Agree comment and way forward following letter and
information on Grounds maintenance and Beach cleaning contract and Environment Officers service
(Copies circulated to Cllrs).
096/14-15 To note and comment on 2014 Update to the 2010 Report Adapting to Coastal Flooding in the
Yarmouth Area in the 21st Century (hard copies circulated to Cllrs).

097/14-15 Bouldnor Field To Decide whether to allow Attrills to use a section of Bouldnor Field as a storage
compound for coastal deference works they are carrying out at Port La Salle. Hardcore would be put
down, rocks delivered and then dumper trucked down. They would like to start work asap and should
be finished by Christmas. Area approximately 10 m x 40 m against left hand hedge security fencing
would be installed.
098/14-15 Bus Stops:
1. Update on request to re-locate request Bus Stop in Main Road, Newbridge.
2. Bus Stop opposite the Horse and Groom To Discuss suggestion to re-locate this (Cllr French to
speak).
099/14-15 Town & Country Planning:
a. Updates and decisions.
b. To agree comments on applications:
P/01284/14 OS Parcel 4547, land opposite The Greenbarn, Lucketts, Main Road, Bouldnor:
Proposed agricultural storage barn.
P/01224/14 Wing Cottage, Main Road, Bouldnor: Covered walkway; installation of solar panels on
roof.
P/01275/14 Hamstead Farm, Hamstead Drive, Hamstead: Change of use of land to camp site to
include siting of 5 safari tents.
P/00271/14 The Boathouse, Port La Salle, Bouldnor: Retention of repairs to sea wall; increase in
height of gabion cage and associated landscaping (revised plans)(revised description)(re-advertised
application).
P/01340/14 Flat 1, Clevelands, Bouldnor: Demolition of conservatory; proposed single storey
extension on side elevation to form sitting room.
P/00090/14 Church View House, Church Lane, Shalfleet: Proposed detached building to provide
unit of holiday accommodation (revised description)(revised scheme)(re-advertised application).
100/14-15 Councillors reports including the Ward Councillor:
101/14-15 To note letter received from West Wight Sports Centre (copies circulated to Cllrs) and agree whether
to give a donation (500 given March 2013).
102/14-15 THE COUNCIL WILL RECEIVE QUESTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC .
