Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study 1) the opinion on task, the opinion on work
experience, and the opinion on organizational commitment of personnel of personnel Mueang Suphan
Buri, Suphan-Buri, 2) the degree of organizational commitment compared by personal data, and 3) the

relationship among task, work experience and the organizational commitment of personnel. The data of
400 respondents were gathered with questionnaires and were analyzed with frequency, percentage,
mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One-Way ANOVA) and Pearson Correlation Coefficient at the .05
significance level.
The research results revealed 1) most of the respondents were female (60.00%) aged 31-40
(45.50%), and single (50.20%). Most of the respondents hold bachelors degree (63.00%). They were
employed officer (50.21%), had 1-5 service year (58.70%) with salary less than 10,000 baht (57.89%), 2 the
respondents had the opinion on task at highest level, the opinion on working experience and the opinion
on employee engagement at high levels, 3) the hypothesis testing results revealed gender, age, marital
status, position, and working period per month did not relate to organizational commitment of personnel,
and 4) the characteristic of work, and working experience related to organizational commitment of
personnel at the .01 significance level. The relationship between the characteristic of work and
organizational commitment (r=.550) was moderate positive as same as the relationship between working
experience and organizational commitment of personnel (r=.655).
