Position: Assistant Divisional Monitoring Officer
Responsibilities.
Implementation of the PMES under the supervision of the Divisional M&E Officer.
Assist DMO in monitoring & evaluation of ADP and PSDP (locally & foreign funded)
projects in the Division.
Follow up of M&E reports in the Division in consultation with the DMO.
Assist DMO in preparation and submission of monitoring reports.
Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual progress reports.
Any other task assigned by the DMO.

District Reconstruction Unit Battagram. (PERRA)
Position: Junior M&E Officer
Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the ongoing activities/programs through field visits.

Liaise with the NGOs, both international and national, committed for undertaking
development interventions in the area and facilitating their work in the field. Besides the
section will also be responsible for their review and monitoring their field activities
through frequent visits.
Prepare quarterly, Monthly & Fortnightly progress report for the consumption of all
partners including Pak Army.
Conduct regular progress review meeting at district level with all implementing
agencies/partners and will have close coordination with the M&E Wing in both ERRA
and PERRA.
Provide information on the ongoing programs within the district to external development
partners, etc. as needed.
Play a key role in the design and implementation of an overall M&E framework for
monitoring the quality and effectiveness of the program.
Liaison with Government Line Departments, Pak Army, District Government, NGOs and
donor agencies to facilitate linkages between PERRA and ERRA.

Position: Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Checking Educational Projects developed by Tameer-e-Millat Foundation
in District Mardan.
Develop a link between the masses and the Government.
Mobilization of massess to improve literacy rate in the area.
Monitor the process of CDI to ensure participation of all community members.
Provide necessary information and participate in project evaluations (both internal and
external) as required.
Assist in internal and external evaluation and assessments at field level.

Coordination with the line department, NGOs, and Religious scholars.

Project:

Computerization of Employees Information System, Frontier Sugar Mills & Distillery

Limited Takht Bhai, Mardan. (VB +SQL Server).

Developed an MIS (Management Information System) which can show details of all the
employees, their designation, working status, whether permanent or contract or daily wages,
their pay scale, pay details and personal information etc.

This software was developed in Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Basic 6. SQL Server was
used as back end for database and Visual Basic 6 was used as Front end in which I made
forms and reports. The software was consisting of 18 tables and 25 forms.

This software was checked, implemented and up to my information still running in the said
Sugar Mill.
