Position: Assistant Divisional Monitoring Officer
Responsibilities.
Implementation of the PMES under the supervision of the Divisional M&E Officer.
Assist DMO in monitoring & evaluation of ADP and PSDP (locally & foreign funded)
projects in the Division.
Follow up of M&E reports in the Division in consultation with the DMO.
Assist DMO in preparation and submission of monitoring reports.
Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual progress reports.
Any other task assigned by the DMO.

Project:
Developed an MIS (Management Information System) which can show details of all the
employees, their designation, working status, whether permanent or contract or daily wages,
their pay scale, pay details and personal information etc.
This software was developed in Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Basic 6. SQL Server was
used as back end for database and Visual Basic 6 was used as Front end in which I made
forms and reports. The software was consisting of 18 tables and 25 forms.
This software was checked, implemented and up to my information still running in the said
Sugar Mill.
