Steps to connect to Network Printer from Laptop:


1. Click Start
2. Win XP:
Select 'Run'
Win Vista:
Enter command in the Start
Search bar of the start menu
All Win OS:
Windows Key + R
3. Type in \\cssvr
4. Press 'Enter'
5. A popup window will appear asking for your NTUNET
username and password. e.g.: student\username
6. Double click on Wireless-BW, Lwn_colour to connect to the
printer.

Remarks:
a) Ensure settings are correct:
For double/single sided printing:
Print > Properties > Finishing tab > Select/Deselect
Print on both sides
To make the document print multiple pages per sheet:
Properties > Effects tab > Deselect Print Document On >
Finishing tab >
enter the no. of pages per sheet
Click OK when you are done.
b) Walk over to the Print Release Station (near the Printers). Follow
the instructions on the screen.
c) Collect your printouts at the printer(s).
