Abstract
The aims of this study were to explore the factors influencing logistics efficiency and study the
relationship between logistics efficiency and competitive advantage. Structural equation to analysis, the
sample size was 400 businesses in Bangkok. The statistics used in this study was inferential specifically of
structural equation modeling (SEM).
The result of this study indicated that the model fit into the empirical data (2/df = 2.674 NFI =
0.900 IFI = 0.935 TLI = 0.924 RFI = 0.884 CFI = 0.935 RMSEA = 0.065). The internal and external
integration had positively influencing on logistics efficiency. Information management also had indirect
effect on logistics efficiency. And logistics efficiency had positively influencing on competitive advantage.
The research outputs suggest that firms should increase the level of internal and external
integrations for the higher performance, which would increase logistics efficiency and competitive
advantage.
