EMRO Focus Projects

Call for Coordinators

IPSF EMRO has 3 main projects: Ask Your Pharmacist Campaign (AYP), Health
Awareness Day (HAD) and World Health Organization model (WHOm). For this year
our RWG agreed to carry out only 2 these projects and is soon launching an
investigation about implementing new focus projects.
To prepare then run the AYP and HAD projects, IPSF EMRO is seeking to recruit
one project coordinator for each project, who will have to fulfil the following tasks:
1. Seeking governmental approval for carrying out the project.
2. Collaborative preparation of the campaign kit .
3. Regional registration of the volunteers from each member association.
4. National and local promotion.
5. Issuing a report from each member association in collaboration with their CP.
6. Ensure the evaluations will be conducted using online spreadsheets to
ascertain that the aims and objectives of the events were met.
7. Looking for sponsorship to cover all of the projects expenses.
If you are willing to apply to one of these positions, here are some of the
requirements needed.
1. Undergraduate pharmacy student or fresh graduate.
2. Having good communication skills and leading skills.
3. Having a good experience in fundraising.
4. Good reporting skills.
5. Regular Internet access
6. Have experience in campaign preparations or worked in public health team
nationally/internationally .
