Customer fit the glass in wrong orientation in building.Glasses feed
height side perpendicular to rollers and glass has to fit in same
way.customer aggres it and problem resolved.
Glasses delivered in night without packing for urgent supply of the
customer ,get chipped in edges. Additional person(quality
inspector, Sushant) deployed in night to check the occurence of
chipping. Additionally, we will try to avoid supplying in night
shift.Notified night shift person.and recommended for
replacement.
Glass bend due to powerfailure and retempered, But still some
bend in glass as it is 4 mm within allowable limit as per standard.
Convince customer to adjust same.Problem resolved.
It is error of dispatch on oversighting the glass quantity. {ending
two glasses delivered in next consignment and issue resolved.
Notified concerned dispatch incharge
Though this glasses are allowable as per standards, this is not
accepted by customer.Recommended for replacement for
bussiness relation.
Glasses sent on urgency without cleaning.Same is discussed with

Special care to be taken by quality inspection for glass cleaning in

driller (Dayashankar Verma) on this and recommended for

Usage of 2 different type of RM in this project causing this

Glass coillected and verified and found size is o.k. But Sticker
on the glass is not o.k. Sticker is corrected and send back to
customer. Unloading person in furnace is notified.
Manual chamfering have some variation in it and customer not
agreeing for variation. We send our polsh contractor to site
and get the glasses repired.
Glasses was collected verified.But glasses sticker problem.
Same is corrected and delivered back to customer. Furance
unloading end person is notified
Glass size is too big up to 4 meter.Verified glass and found
bend up to 5 mm only.It is allowable as per standard.So glass
send back to customer.
Send dubey Sir to verify the defects.He observed warpage in
glass is within allowable limit and convinced the customer.
Issue resolved.
Mix up of Raw material and glasses processed at high
temparture to cater urgency of customer. Glasses are rejected.
There is an misidentification of fitting and use wrong fitting
detail by our fabricator. Notified concern operator and
recommanded for replacement
spontaneous breakage of glass in transport vehical without any
apparent reason. Recommanded for replacement.

Human error. Glass was wrongly fabricated by our operator.
Drawing wrongly interpreted by the operator. Same is notified to
concern opertor and recommended for replacement. Training
scheduled for Kadam accordingly
Actual glass is chipped in process and marked for regrinding. But
glass is delivered without polishing.Notified to Disptach department
employees and recommended for rework
It is forma glasses and glasses are verified with the shape of the
forma. As this shape is critical and cannot be polished to such a
precesion manually. Same is communicated to customer and was
accepted by the customer.
