DeLaval scale
indicator SI2040
On May 1st the scale indicator
Perfect Feed was replaced by
DeLaval scale indicator
SI2040.
The DeLaval scale indicator
SI2040 has improved and added
functions and the possibility to
use together with the DeLaval
TMR feed manager (software).

SI2040

All functions from Perfect Feed

are transferred to SI2040 and
the added and improved
functions you find below.

New functions in
SI2040
Power in 12 V DC
Load cells

Following information is stored

in the memory:
Load per ingredient and
recipe.
Unload per pen.
Feed cleaned up and taken
back from each pen.
100 recipes, 100 component
and 150 pens can be created.
Alphanumeric keys; recipe,
ingredient and pen can be
programmed with name.
Clean up; function that can
record what's taken back from
a pen.
Time and date; all actions will
be recorded by time and date.
User ID; possibility to identify
operator.
External alarm connector;
makes it possible to add an
external alarm, light or siren.
Alarm function with user
design settings.
Communication port;
