Seg#2: Can Republicans say, We are protecting the Constitution!
So now they will just fly in the anchor kids from south of the border. And all Obama has to do is
threaten down a government shutdown and Boehner rules it out, he just caves. Everybody just wants
them to work together?
To his credit, Speaker Boehner says they will do everything to stop Obama from implementing
Amnesty.
>>> Lets see how that works.
Patriot Radio news, K-EIB: They are voting right now on the Keystone Pipeline.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#3: Why are Jonathan Gruber video clips coming out only now?
You can remember the Democrat Party blaming Republicans for a previous shut down and asked
people to send in their hard luck stories. What happened? What has happened now? A landslide.
It wasnt even a shut down. What is worse? Obama transforming America forever with Amnesty? Or
Republicans taking the money away so he cant do it. If you tell in advance you are not going to defund
Obamacare bit by bit, Republicans are sending a message they are not going to do what they were
elected to do. How will that work, in the long run?
If stopping Obama with Amnesty is called a Shut Down that that is what is called for.
Look at the use of terms. Controlling the purse strings and upholding the Constitution vs shutting down
the government. Why cant somebody say Republicans are protecting the Constitution and our border?
Three years ago Jonathan Gruber spoke ((Clip: In MA, Ted Kennedy figured out a way to rip off the
government, $400million a year.)) Hes out bragging and Obama is outraged, I had no idea. He is
saying the only way to get RomneyCare was to trick the federal government into paying for some of it.
Pelosi says, I never heard of this guy. Thats discredited.
>>> Obama was in the room and WH logs have confirmed it.
ED: Ask yourself why this is coming out now? I dont know. Its suspicious!
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#4: Obama started it allnow he is surprised?
Con-man Jonathan Gruber has never held a job in the private sector. ((Clip: Obama wanted to know
how we could do it politically. I brought up the Cadillac Tax.)) It was a fundamental foundation of
funding Obamacare. Many policy holders of Cadillac plans were union peoplethey got special
treatment.
They didnt want to be seen as giving The Rich a break so they lied about insurance pay for the Cadillac
Tax knowing all along they would pass it on and make all costs go up with everybody. Well get even
with insurance companies and Gruber called it brave.
The 2012 clip shows Obama was there in the room when the idea was hatched. Now, they say, Who is
this guy? Republicans are to blame because they werent transparent on what the endgame would be.
Gruber praises Obama. One thing we learn is the Left is really proud of the Cadillac Lie. Were going to
sock it to Wall Street people who are rich enough and dont need insurance not mentioning union
people have Cadillac plans. Dont mention them.
>>> Now it has turned back on them and Obama is mad, surprised.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#5: I didnt take a call in the first hour, which was my intent
Its been a good first hour, two more coming right up.
>>> Ill take two phone calls in the first hour next week.
Patriot Radio: Keystone Pipeline has just passed; Obama might veto.
A Tuesday vote in the Senate needs all Republicans and a dozen Democrats.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#6: Obama is outraged at what he created himself!
(Theme Music) Im doing what I was born to do and never work a day in my lifeyou can too! One
more thing on the Cadillac Tax thing. Quote in 2012, it started in 2009. Obama was brilliant. They
needed it to come in at under $1Trillion the supposed cost of the War in Iraq. Everybody now knows
that everyone knew then it would be much more.
Like all good Leftists, Gruber thinks all money is Washingtons and that the absence of a tax is a federal
subsidy.
Heres an example: suppose you make $100,000 and pay $40,000 in taxation. They see the $60,000 as a
subsidy from the government and needs to be taxed also. Another example, untaxed benefits from your
company: they look at it as being nice to you since you have this government subsidy.
Its not fair the insurance companies have moneyall money is government money; well figure out
how to get it back. Ted Kennedy found a way to scam the scammers out of $400,000/yr.
As far as low-information voters were concerned, they counted on media not telling them and not
knowing about basic economics. Obama is outraged at this like everything else he created and didnt
know.
>>> And, like you, Obama finds out about it first in the newspapers.

From the Rush Limbaugh Morning Update: "The Elitists"
Howard Dean. Former governor of Vermont. Failed presidential candidate, who ran in 2004 under the
slogan that he was going to take back America, and the flag, from me. His campaign ended with a
scream. Then he ran the DNC into the ground. Hes a former doctor, which supposedly gives him
credibility on health issues.
On a little-watched cable network, Dean was asked about the newly discovered remarks of Jonathan
Gruber, the architect of Obamacare, who called Americans stupid, and justified misleading the public
about key Obamacare policies. The problem is not that he said it, the problem is that he thinks it, said
Howard Dean. The core problem under the damn law is it was put together by a bunch of elitists who
dont fundamentally understand the American people. Thats what the problem is.
Well, isnt that special. Almost four years into the Obama nightmare, Dr. Howard Dean decides the
problem with the damn law is that liberal elitists, concocted it. People who arent in touch with the
average American.
How spineless! Back when his opinion would have mattered, at least to his Democrat friends and allies,
did Howard Dean utter these words?
When Obamacare was costing Americans their fulltime jobs, when businesses were laying off
employees, when healthcare prices were rising instead of falling, and people were being cut off from
their doctors, did Howard Dean offer this analysis?
No. He didnt. Perhaps, Dr. Dean, you should try taking the country back, not from me, but from your
liberal elitist friends. Give it a shot, we'll watch.
"The news is all over the place about Obama's intended amnesty, $4.5 million to start, DREAMers or
what have you. And I think, in truth, that story is bigger than Obamacare. Because that's irreversible."
"The primary architect of Obamacare, Jonathan Gruber, will never be subject to it. He's always going to
have a health care plan that has nothing to do with the bill that he wrote, and all of his buddies will
likewise not have to play ball by their own rules. Those are for us."
"Folks, in strategizing against Obama and the Democrats, you've got to throw out every old rule that you
believe in. You've got to throw out every behavioral pattern you think exists and all the old rules about
politics. We're in a new era. We have not faced what we're facing now, and that's what I don't think the
Republican Party gets."
"Snerdley just asked me if I'm going to comment on the pictures of Kim Kardashian's derriere, butt. He
wants to know if I think it's been Photoshopped. I don't know. When I saw those pictures, the only
question I had was, 'When she backs up, does she make those beep-beep-beep sounds that you hear?'"
"I had nothing to do with radio when I got out of it. I was in marketing and sales at the baseball team,
and I had nothing to do with radio. I began to notice how people used it and what about radio they
commented on and what they didn't. I began to see how it was part of everybody's day in an habitual
way rather than an appointment, except in certain circumstances."
"We're lived leftist policies for six years, and what happened last Tuesday? The American people showed
up and said, 'Stop this!' They don't want any part of it, and the liberals know it. They know they have to
camouflage who they are and what they believe. They know they are always governing against the will
of the people."
"There's something to be said for getting away from what you do for awhile to regain or change your
perspective on it. It can be helpful. It was for me."
"For people like Gruber and all of these think tank eggheads who have never had any real-world
experience, and there are so many of them now that are in daily control of so much of our lives, they
have no ability to relate to us at all. And it matters. It matters greatly that they are imposing regulations
on businesses here and there for whatever reason and they've never, ever run a business."
"Gruber's out there saying that we had to lie because the American people are too stupid to understand
what we're doing. You know, it sounds to me like what Gruber's actually saying is, they had to lie in
order to keep from blowing up the relationship they had with the media."
"Nobody is raised to go out and be hated, right? Okay, so I'm the same way. But psychologically, I had to
learn to take as a sign of success the fact that 20, 25% of the people who hear me every day going to
hate my guts. Nobody is raised to take that as a measure of good."
"The Democrats are falling apart right before our eyes. Mary Landrieu on the Senate floor pledging her
allegiance to Mitch McConnell." [To save her baby-fat."]
"They hate the Keystone pipeline because they hate oil, and oil is what would be in the Keystone
pipeline, from Canada down to Louisiana to refineries."
"How often have you heard liberal Democrats talk about raising taxes on the rich, and the next thing you
know, you're paying higher taxes? It's a common ploy. It goes way, way back in their playbook."
"How do you get up and go to work at CNN every day, when you know nobody's watching, when you
don't have any audience? What must you tell yourself?"
"We've never had a president, with the stroke of his pen, just eliminate the enforcement of all
immigration law. That is what Obama is going to do."

Amnesty is Irreversible
Stunning: Obamacare Architect Admits Lie to the American People -- and It Doesn't Make News
Gruber's Lies Force Ron Fournier to Take Off His Rose-Colored Glasses
"It's time for the Republicans to man up and stop worrying about this apparent cliche that, no matter
what happens, they are going to get blamed for the government shutdown. There was a government
shutdown last January. Now, I do this for a living, and I don't even remember what it was about. That's
how big it was."
"Net neutrality is the next con game the Obama Regime is running. There's nothing 'neutral' about it.
You may not like Comcast, and you may not like AT&T, and you may not like Time Warner, but do you
want the people who gave you Obamacare running your Internet service? Do you want them in charge
of what you can get and when you can get it and how much it's going to cost you?"
"Do you think Jonathan Gruber's ashamed of anything here about lying to get Obamacare passed?
They're not ashamed! They are proud of themselves. They ran a giant con, and they're still running the
con."
"It's time for people to realize -- Republicans especially -- that the people who voted for 'em are not
stupid."
"The federal government has got something going for the NFL. There is no question."
"Some people have some mean things to say about this show. You may not know that, but it's true."
"The media is going to call the Republicans names no matter what the Republicans do or say, and if our
policy decisions are going to be rooted in trying to limit what the media says, aren't we conceding
defeat? And aren't we at the same time pretty much saying that we are afraid that the American people
are too stupid to see our actions for what they are, and that is, trying to save the country from the
disasters of Obama's policy implementations."
"The majority of the American people, no matter where you look, no matter what poll, nobody's in favor
of it. Nobody wants executive amnesty. It's not a majority position. Nothing Obama is doing is a majority
position to support."
"I mean, I'm watching the games. I'm in the NFL audience, per se. I didn't know that it was fans doing the
abuse. I thought it was players. Yet here are the players doing a PSA yelling at the audience, 'Stop it!
Stop it! Together we can stop it! You stop it. We stop it. We're going to stop it, too, and together we can
stop domestic abuse.' I didn't know I was committing any."
"How did the Republicans win this election if they got blamed for the shutdown last December?"
"The government wants to take over the Internet just like they want to take over every other utility and
monopolize it. They want to make it fair for everybody. Isn't it a beautiful thing?"
"The same objective exists in net neutrality as exists in Obamacare. What's the objective in Obamacare?
To wipe out private sector insurance, ultimately. You partner with 'em first, you butter 'em up, and
eventually the government becomes single payer. That's where you go."
"Forget the title, forget net neutrality. The objective here is for Obama, the Democrats, the government
to run the Internet. Now, if that's what you want, if you think the government should run the Internet,
and if you think the government creates and causes innovation to happen, why, then, have at it, folks."
"What an intricately woven web of deceit, lying, insulting lying, a con game run on the American people
by the party supposedly looking out for the little guy."
"Do you want the same people who have now gummed up everything they've touched, do you want
them gumming up the Internet?"
"You can't very well have a test that reveals a player has opiates in his system and ban him when in fact
they are given out in order to deal with the pain and suffering of playing the game."
"How does a party so hated and despised and impugned win the landslide that it won? 'Well, Mr.
Limbaugh, that's very simple to explain. See, the voters are simply tired of the party in power, and
simply want the other guys to be given a chance.' Oh, so there's no real message here; it's just the voters
are tired. So they voted for the people they hated. They voted for the people they don't like. They voted
for the racist, sexist, bigot, homophobe just 'cause they're tired of Obama."
"We have the president, the executive, who is totally abusing and usurping the power of the Congress."
"Maybe Republicans aren't going to stop Obama, but what about Congress standing up for itself?"
"The public wants no part of the Obama agenda. It's abundantly clear the public doesn't want any more
of this. And the idea that that public would punish the people they elected to stop it, somehow just
doesn't jibe with me. What am I missing?"
"You know that Saudi groom that divorced his wife the moment she lifted her veil for the photographs? I
wonder if somebody told that guy, 'You have to marry it to find out what's in it.' Wonder if there's a
Nancy Pelosi in this guy's life and he fell for it."
"I'm not trying to pick any fights. It's not my point here. That does not thrill me. I've never been one of
these broadcasting feud people."
"The national Republican strategy in this election was silence. Their strategy was the Democrats and
Obama are committing suicide, political suicide, and we are going to stand aside and not distract from
it."
"The American people are fed up with the Obama agenda. They don't want any more of it. The only way
that voters in this country can express that and say, 'Do something about it' is to elect the other party."
"Now the rubber meets the road. Now it is time to stop Obama's abuse of power."
"Practically every victorious Republican also ran against executive amnesty. They ran against it, and in
running against it they implied that they were going to stop it."
