Criminal history of Jesse Ericson as seen by John Ericson.

This letter is not for Jesse Ericson to view or to be put into the record on the case of theft on John Ericson.
It is for the Judges view , and will go through Tessa Nelson.

Tessa and I have talked about Jesse quite a bit. I would like to put some of these things into words. As
Jesses DAD I would like to bring some things to light where Jesses past is concerned.
Jesse is a narcissistic psychopath with sexual tendencies. That is what the psychiatrist at Faribault said
during his evaluation. He even had to get a second Dr evaluate Jesse, as he felt he needed another
opinion on this case. So what does this mean? Is it to be used to put him into positions where he can
victimize more people or is to keep him away from the public? I would hope it would be the latter.
Authorities only look at what Jesse was prosecuted for but for not what he really is.
Lets look at some of his things in Jesse's past.
Jesse was kicked out of Boy Scouts in the troop in Bloomington for doing prankish things and getting into
trouble. I do not know all the details. They would not tell me.
Jesse started the Dumpster on fire behind Andy's Tap in Bloomington.
In 1981, Jesse stole cigarettes from the store in Bloomington and then sold them in school to other
students. When my wife and I found out, we made him go and tell the store manager what he did. They
called the Bloomington police. Jesse was made to spend time with kids that did other bad things and my
wife and I were ordered to spend the next 4 months going to classes on how to become parents. That sure
helped him. [ Jesse became a better criminal].
In 1983 Jesse was picked up for a loud muffler and a bad headlight in 1984
In 1985 Jesse was picked up for underage passion of alcohol.
Jesse joined the Marines. He was in from Aug 22, 1985 and was discharged on Nov 28, 1985. I had to
laugh when he told the court that he was a Marine Veteran. The worst part was that I think the Judge
considered that in his sentencing without even checking on it.
Jesses first home after school was a Mobil home, in a trailer court in Bloomington. He set his Mobil
home on fire. The Bloomington fire Dept was very efficient and put it out, without too much damage. So
He set it on fire again. This time it was none. 1986 2nd degree arson. Case #27-cr-86-902825.
Jesse 1989 Gross misdemeanor theft and tampering with a motor vehical, case # 58-KX-89-000213
Jesse 1989 take and poss deer in closed season. Case# 58-K8-89-000923.
In 1990, Jesse sexually assaulted a young girl in New Elm and went to jail for a year there. Sexual assault

1991 Jesse 2 counts burglery,1 count vehical theft, 2 counts theft MSD, 1 count forgery, case# K8-92000138.
Jesse would "Jack Off" using his Mothers underwear and also underwear from some other girls, don't
know whose. We would find them in his room, so he must have taken them from them or from their
houses.
Jesse went to truck driving school over by Madison Wisc. And received his CDL and never paid for the
course. While he was there he got into some kind of trouble but I dont remember just what it was for and
he said he was Kurt Ericson
Jesse would break into my garage and steal my tools. He did this by removing the siding on the back side
of the garage and took out a piece of the sheeting and would go inside through the hole and take stuff. I
put this back together maybe 10 times, finally I put a neon sign transformer and wires there and also some
cinnabar traps and it finally stopped. Then he ran wires from the garage door opener to the outside so he
could open the overhead door. It took me a while to find just how he was getting in and when I did I tried
to correct the problem. My pole barn was broken into by Jesse. He would crawl under the outside wall
and would take stuff from there too. I put broken glass all around the perimeter of the building to stop
this. It stopped after I got enough glass around it. So he could not crewel under the wall without getting
cut. I know he did these things as I marked my stuff and would find my tools at his house and in his cars.
I don't really know how many tools he got away with. I would not notice until I needed that tool.
Jesse set fire to Bob Kepfers cabin just south of our property on Government Rd. This I found out few
years later that Jesse started the fire. No charges
Jesse smashed up my Chevy Caprice into the bridge over the Grindstone River just south of the Hinckley
airport. It was totaled, and that was just after I rebuilt the engine. This was very disheartening
Jesse smashed up my Ford LTD station wagon into a tree on the Government Rd. And he totaled that car
too. I found out from his brothers that were in the car that day and just before he turned off the road and
into the ditch he said watch this and bang into the tree they went. I dont know how no one got hurt.
The tree still stands.
Jesse also has a temper. He put his arm through the windshield on my go to work car. Tammy
Giovannini ,said she also saw him put his fist through a windshield of another car. Try that some time
and see if you can do that? NOT.
Jesse stole my Mercury Lynx , just after I almost had it all ready to start driving. New tires, new brakes
and tuned up just got license plates and it was gone. He took it, without permission and smashed it up
near where Hwy 280 and Hwy 94 come together in the cities. It was towed and I had to get it out, so I did
not have to pay more, for towing and storage. The car was totaled.
Jesse would steal our license plates and they would end up on cars with parking tickets and violations that
I had to take care of. We had the plates reported stolen but nothing was done about it.

Jesse caused me to get a Gross Misdemeanor here in Pine County because he did not transfer a car into
his name that we gave him and then he put the plates on it from another car and got caught. The car was
still in my name so I got the ticket and I was not even driving it or aware of the plates being wrong.
On many occasions he would use his brother Kurt's I.D. and caused Kurt to go to jail. I do not know why.
Jesse was caught forging bad checks and went to prison for that. He took the checks from me and my
business and from his uncle and from others and went on a spending spree. 1992 Burglary

Jesse was caught with a Shot Gun in his car after being a convicted felon. I heard he was going after his
exgirlfriend [ Terresa Farnhem ]. He said he was going after some guys giving her a hard time. She said
there were no guys causing her problems. 1999, Felony possession of a firearm/MSD ILLEAGL TRNSPT
OF FIREARM/MSD CARELESS DRIVING. Case# 58-K2-99-000031
Jesse caused Kurt problems in Kurts house in Forest Lake. You would have to ask Kurt about that.
Jesse wrote a bad $10,000 check and got caught on that one and I heard he went the jail for it.
Jesse and some of his friends broke the windows of our house and smashed in the doors of the garage and
pole barn and took over $30,000 of stuff from us. He was never prosecuted for this. Police were called.
A grandfather clock worth [$10,000] it was one of 6 in the world, it came from the Blackforest in
Germany. Also gone were tools and guns, a coin collection and jewelry.

Jesse had a well put in on my property without my permission and then never paid for it. Now I have to
deal with it.
Jesse did not take back some stuff that he rented and the rent center in Hinckley. They sued for the
property and got restitution, which was never paid.
2011, Jesse, Felony theft/ felony theft, case# MN0130000.

Jesse stole a 57 Chevy and a 1937 Plymouth [which ran] and a V W Van [the old type] and some horse
drawn farm equipment and an old horse drawn work wagon from my property. Never prosecuted
Jesse used my Pole barn on Wildlife Rd and put all kinds of his stuff in it when he lived in a trailer there.
He was with Missy Burvee and he had 3 children with her. Now all the boxes of his personal property
are still in the pole barn, it is all spread out and out of all the boxes and a real mess. Now I have to deal
with it too. Thanks, Jesse abandons Missy and the kids and went out to Virginia with Tammy
Giovannini. Missy got on with her life and is now married. Jesse has not payed child support.
Jesse started a fire in the field by the house where he was staying, at on Tower Rd in 2012. It was my
property, so I had to pay for the fire response $450 dollars. Thanks Jesse
I bought Jesse a car so he could get to work and he got drunk and crashed it the next week. He did
property damage during the accident and He was to pay me back for the car. $ 1500. He did not pay me
for the car and he did not get charged for the property damage. It was dropped by the police.
When Jesse would volunteer to help me with something, this was only an opportunity for him to see what
I had so he could either take it for his own use or he could sell and get some money for it at a later date.
When Jesse came over, he would go around and unlock my windows so he could break into my house
later and steal from me. After I caught onto what he was up to, I made sure to lock all the windows after
he left. Who does that to their parents? Do your kids do that? My wife would always defend Jesse
which caused many problems between us. He could push her buttons pretty good.
I locked my shop room in the back of my house so he would not take the tools I had in there. Jesse pried
the door jamb loose so he broke into that room too. He also did that same thing to my bedroom and to
some other rooms. I guess locking the interior doors did not work out very well. He would unlock the
back door of the house hoping I would not notice it. He smashed the door that I use for loading wood into
my house. Now I have 3 deadbolts and a steel sheet over that door. It is more secure now.
Jesse knows how houses are built, so he can figure out just how to get in and you would not even know
he was there inside your home. So if he comes into your house to visit or to work he has maybe left
avenues to get in when you are gone. He is a predator in action and has always a well planned way to
steal from you in advance. He will take a tool and put it outside when he is around and then come back
later to get it. But when he visits and leaves he will have nothing in his hands or nothing hiding on
himself, he just comes back for it at night or when you are gone. If he takes money from your wallet or
in your house, he will only take enough so you will question yourself, as to how much you had or if you
spent it on something and did not remember. That is pretty shifty.
Jesse was allowed to use a big truck and a tractor from a family friend, Stanly Rush. He sold them and
our friend is out his equipment. No charges were filed.
Jesse stayed at my property and was to pay for the power bill and he did not. The power company shut
off power. Jesse removed the plastic tabs from the electric meter, the power company puts them on so
power is off at the house. He put power back on without the power companys permission by removing
the plastic insulators. They almost put me in jail for it, as it was my house. I had to deal with this too.
They had a big lock on my meter for years after. He did this at his house too.

When his Mother Passed, I promised her that I would take care of transferring the property he was at So
he would have a house and property of his own and have a place to stay. This was our property at Tower
Rd. I did transfer this property, it cost me over $3,500 to just transfer this property into his name. We had
put a lot money into this house and property about $45,000. He had this for only a few months and he
sold it for $15,000 for his bail from on the kidnapping charges. This gave him a few weeks out of jail.
This property was worth much more than what we had invested in it. Jesse and Tammy lived there for
many years. While he was out on bail, I let him stay in my Gazebo, now that he did not have a house any
more. This way he was out of the weather and had power for charging his monitor bracelet and could use
the BBQ grill to cook on and water from the hose. Jesse also propossioned the neighbor, Deby
Workmans, daughter to have sex while he was at my house He was not allowed in my house. Jesse
needed money so He put a hole in the gas tank of my truck and stole the gas from it, this ruined the gas
tank and removed the radiators from some of my cars and was taking the aluminum siding off of a Mobil
home I have on my property [ruineing the trailer] This is the thanks I got for helping him. He purposely
did not charge his ankle monitor and was put back in jail for felony stalking his kidnapping victim. No
charges for disabling his monitor. These charges were plea bargained away too. He got only 29 months
for attempting to kidnap his girlfriend and to cause bodily harm and hold her kids ransom to pay the
kidnapper. He put a $100 down for the man to commit this crime. He only had to serve 19 months for
the attempted kidnapping.
He also abused , Shelli Nelson, the woman that he was going to kill and kidnap. She never brought
charges for him raping her or abusing her sexually. You cannot believe what went on, she will have to tell
you.
He sexually abused a venerable adult which he admitted to in court and this was plead down from first
degree to third degree and concurrent jail time. So this was nothing for him and the people of this
community have this predator loose in their community and citizens have no idea that he is this kind of
person he is. He does not have to file as a sex violator but only as a predator. He violated his probation
by having a cell phone and having a weapon. No charges for having a weapon. He was in passion of a
stiletto type knife. He served another 90 days and when he got out Jesse was allowed to stay at Sober
House the first of this month [ Sept 20014 ] just block from the elementary school in Hinckley. How is
this possible? A predator that close to the elementary school is not right? Did Jesse call and report in as a
predator when he was staying at the motel in Sandstone? How about the house, Roberts, he was at after
the motel? Did he report in then?
During his kidnapping arrest and court stuff, while in jail, he put all my property up as his collateral for
his attorney and also for his bail bond without my permission. He has no connection with my properties.
How did he do this while he was in Jail? He had an inmate sign for his bail. How is this possible? Jesse
tried to sell and give my property away to people on the outside and to inmates for money and favors and
as extra incentive to buy his property at Tower Rd.. The People that bought his house tried to transfer my
property into their name but could not. But, they still tried to transfer my property into their name. This I
had to deal with later. I had to pay for Life Lock for my protection.
While out on parole for the kidnapping he violated by having a cell phone and having a knife [dagger
style] served 90 days that also counted toward the time served for kidnapping for violating. When he got
out he stayed at Sober House Hinckley and was there from the first of Sept. While there he planned to

have my classic cars towed and sold as scrap. Then he again violated his parole release. He was not at
his address during times he was to be there. He evaded the police for days. The US Marshall was called
in to capture him. When they caught Him, He had been using drugs and also drinking alcohol and theft
from the person he was staying at and had a bottle of alcohol on his person and had to be tazzed 2 times
to be taken into custody. No charges were issued for evasion or for the violating his parole or theft for
their bottle of alcohol he stole from the person he was staying with or for using drugs or alcohol or for
committing a felony while on parole. Why? I sure thought if you violated like that, it was a serious
crime? It is a felony? How does he get away with this. Are we a country of laws or what? How many
times must the community be in danger from him?
During all this trouble with Jesse I had to install an alarm system in my home and install a video camera
system and have people in the area kept extra eyes on my house. I also had to get a carry permit and must
keep it renewed and have to carry my gun with me just to feel some security and have just some feeling of
safety.
He knows about black powder too, as we shoot black powder for many years. He once loaded my sons
rifle up to the top with powder. Jesse filled the barrel with gun powder and rammed the powder so hard
that when I removed the breech plug it came out as a stick of powder the length of the barrel. I do not
know what he was trying to blow up or who he was trying to hurt. He loaded my brown Bess musket
which I never leave loaded. He put enough powder in it and when I was showing my brother-in-law how
it worked, it went off in the house causing the ceiling in the bedroom to come down on 2/3s of the room
and leaving my wife partly deaf. The spark from the flintlock, without a prime, ignited there was no
bullet in the barrel but enough powder to cause such a recoil so that the stock went into my leg tearing a
gash so bad that I had to go to the hospital and get stitches. I have a hole in my lag to this day from it.
He also took black powder from me and made bombs with and this I found out years later.
I have never seen someone who could lie like he does with the straightest face and so convincing. I think
he could pass a polygraph test easily. He says his lies so often that he believes them himself.
Now he stole 3 of my classic cars covered the cameras so he was not on camera. Stole my identity., theft
by swindle and broke into my telephone line to help carry out his deed and also committed fraud the
social services of the State of Mn. All this while on supervised a parole. Committed four felonies and
will get a month for time served and 30 days in county all concurrent for his kidnapping time. So he, in
all, will serve no time for these felonies. And I am out over $18,000. He will have to pay restitution. This
must be a joke. Jesse has never has payed for all his fines and has not paid for his restitutions from the
past crimes that he committed. Last time I looked at the files he had almost all of his fines and
restitutions still unpaid. The Co Attorney said it will be a civil matter now. So he gets away with this too.
He even swindled his attorney Mr. Hicks out of his fees of over $ 18,000 during his kidnapping case.
He is a con artist for sure when he was in Pine co on the kidnapping charge.
While He was in jail, this guy calls me , someone Jesse was in jail with, and asks me how to get to my
house. So when I asked why he said that he was told by Jesse to pick up a Lincoln car that he bought
from him while he was in jail. He did have that car about for about four years ago but I have not seen it
since. There is no car here that he owns. He was disappointed but just said that Jesse swindled him out of
money for the car. No charges filed

When He gets to know a girl and he sweet talks her into believing his is in Love with them. He uses
them for sex and money and rides and maybe a place to stay. While seeing one, he goes and has sex with
other woman. He gets to know many of them on the computer. He maneuvers them around like they are
checkers on a board. He likes to have them on the outside when he is in jail because they give him money
while he is inside. He keeps them on a string like small pearls and promises them the world and they
believe him. Baffles them with stories of how he has traveled the world and been all over the Caribbean.
Yes he went on 3 cruises and you know how they take all these picture and they want you to buy them
while on board. Well Jesse stole the pictures from the ship, on all the cruises. He paid for one cruise but
charged the other 2 against his girlfriends [ Shellis] credit card , but that part is left out. I know woman
that he sexually abused but he tells them it is OK that is what you do for your man. These women will
not press charges because they believe he will hurt them if they do.
He gets pain pills for his back from prescriptions Viciden and Oxycoden he uses these and alcohol to
seduce some of the girls and uses the rest to make money. He even tells the nurse in jail he needs pain
pills for his back. I have seen him pick heavy stuff up and do things I could not believe. Like when he
loaded appliances and refrigerators that he was stealing out of houses. His poor back must really bother
him.
There you go there is another thing he stole all that stuff in Isanti co and all that just went away in plea
bargains. That was the stuff from Larry Coopers cousin. And all the stuff he stole from his boss, Mr.
Tubbs, was found guilty of felony theft/take and transfer, in Chisago co. [ Felony, 2013 case# 13-CR-13261.] This was just put away as time served. What is wrong with this picture?
So lets see he plead guilty to attempted kidnapping and got 29 months and will serve 19. And the all
these charges one 1st degree sexual assault to a venerable adult dropped to a 3 rd degree. Conspiracy to
commit bodily harm and hold the victims children for resume, charges gone. Theft of property in Isanti
and in Chisago co. Consecutive time served, charges gone. Drunk driving, dropped. Felony Stalking the
victim, stealing a victims relatives name and acquiring her phone record without consent, charges
dropped, breaking and entering into the victims house, not charged. Putting his family through the insults
and degrading of being part of the family does not even enter into the equation. Total time sentenced 19
months and only a few points total.
Jesse has never been to the courts conditions, to go to mental therapy or to group therapy or to AA. HE
HAS NEVER GONE. So who is to see this is done?? Is it a crime if he does not go??If not why?? It was
a condition of his parole and he never went. WHY? He is on the street driving and OH, did I mention, he
can even drive a truck as he renewed his CDL while in jail. While using drugs and alcohol. And still has
a CDL? How is this possible?
Be careful, I seen Jesse shot many deer on the run and put them down. He is an excellent shot with a rifle
for sure. I am a good shot and I cannot do that. One year he shot 3 deer in the first few days of season
and I could not hunt as I had to use our tags on all these deer.
I , as Jesses Dad, can only imagine all the things he has done to other people that I do not know anything
about!
I am afraid that someone will eventually be physically harmed by him some day .

Jesse is an excellent crafts man and can do good remodeling but be careful He will over buy for the Job
and then return the extra material back to the lumber company and pocket the money or use the materials
on another job and it will still be in his pocket. But the material was played for by YOU THE HOME
OWNER. Same goes for tools that he would buy for your job.
If Jesse borrows something from you, you will never see it again. You will have to go and get it very
soon afterward or it will be gone.
He is always planning and figuring who and what he needs for a bigger plan he has in his head. You
WILL BE HIS VICTIM.
SO THE FINAL QUESTION IS, WHO WILL BE HIS NEXT VICTIM?? Maybe it will be YOU!!

I feel it is up to the lawyers and the police and the judges to put political pressure on the Legislators to
repair our broken justice system here in our state.
Last night September 19 Shelli Nelson, and Larry Cooper, Tammy Giovannini and her daughter and I
went out to my pole barn and gathered all Jesses porn equipment to show Tessa Nelson just what Jesse
has in his sack of tricks for the girls he gets as his next victims. Pictures of this equipment will be given
to Tessa too. All this equipment is available to the court if needed I have it all here with Jesses
belongings. Someone might want to go thru his belongings, that were left at the Sober House in
Hinckley, for contraband. Check to see if he stole anything from his fellow roommates while he was
there for the week.
Tammy Giovannini has an order of protection on Jesse.
Shelli Nelson has a Restraining order for 50 years against Jesse.
John Ericson has a Restraining order against Jesse.
It is very hard for me to have to write all this about my son , Jesse, but I see now that this must be brought
out as a total picture.
