informationisexactandcomplete.Ifthisisthecase,sign your declaration and return
it to the insurer,thusconfirmingyourapproval.Ontheotherhand,ifanythingismissing
orincorrect,contactyourrepresentativeimmediatelyinordertochangeitbe ore your
departure.Keepinmindthat,intheeventofaclaim,theinsurercouldasktoseeyour
medicalreportandwouldthusknowifthedeclaredconditionsreflected,ornot,those
indicatedinyourreport.
