MASTER OF
MANAGEMENT (CEMS)

The Master of Management is a 60


credit point pre-experience program
that equips you with the skills and
knowledge necessary for a career in
management within your chosen field.
During the course, students work
directly with companies on real business
projects in a highly interactive learning
environment. The small classes of around
50 high-achieving students contribute
to a competitive yet inspiring learning
experience.

CEMS, the Global Alliance in Management


Education, is a highly prestigious
alliance of leaders in business and higher
education. It offers one of the worlds two
highest ranked Master of Management
programs ^. This program is exclusively
offered in Australia by the University
of Sydney Business School, the only
Australian business school (and the first

This degree can be completed in one
calendar year (including summer and
winter semester) of full-time study. It

The University of Sydney Business


School offers the Master of Management
Scholarship each semester to the most
outstanding domestic student applying to
the Master of Management or Master of
Management (CEMS). The scholarship
covers all tuition fees for up to 10 units of
study.

A major part of the program involves


working in small groups to develop
solutions to real-world business
problems. In the Business Project units,
groups partner with organisations over
a ten-week period to formulate strategic
solutions to an identified problem. Our
business partners in Australia include
leading corporations Deloitte Touche
Tomatsu, QBE, PwC and Henkel
Australia. Our global partners include
some of the worlds leading corporations
such as Deutsche Bank, Procter &
Gamble, LOreal, Google, HSBC and
McKinsey & Company.

Domestic and international student are


also eligible to apply for the Business
Leader Postgraduate Scholarship
program. This exciting scholarship
program offers financial assistance for
half of the required tuition fees for up to
twenty incoming Masters students each
semester.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

Students enrolled in the Master of


Management (CEMS) program are
eligible for the CEMS Exchange Travel
Scholarship, in their first semester of
exchange. These scholarships are $2000
in value and there are up to a total of 5
available per year.

ADMISSION
MASTER OF MANAGEMENT

MASTER OF MANAGEMENT (CEMS)

Required undergraduate degree

Bachelors degree, graduate diploma, graduate certificate


from a recognised tertiary institution in any area, with
minimum Credit (65%) average; and a selection interview.
Students must also submit a CV (with a current passport
photo) and a statement of motivation.
