User guide on additional features in the Debt Relief Web Portal.


The features discussed in the document are available in both Online and Offline portals.
The Adhaar and Ration card numbers as entered were verified at the SRDH database for correctness
of Name, Gender and Ration card number where available. The SRDH returned the data quoting
reasons for success / verification failures as per the table below. The action to be taken during each
case is explained in the table.

Where Adhaar and ration card numbers are successfully verified (or)
only Aadhaar is verified.
Where Adhaar verification is failed due to mismatch in the name
provided
from the crop loans data. Examine if any slight difference in name. In this
case,
click on Name/Gender mismatch button. then such cases can be
approved.
Click No if Names are totally different. Enter the correct adhaar number.
Where Adhaar verification is failed due to mismatch in Gender. In such
case,
check if Name has matched. Then Click on Name/Gender mismatch
button.
Select proper gender and ok. Click No if the adhaar number is to be
changed.
Enter the correct adhaar number.
The UIDAI has cancelled some Adhaar numbers. The Adhaar card holder
may
not be aware of this. In this case, enter the latest adhaar number
provided to
the person.
The SRDH web site has verified the adhaar and ration cards in some of
the
cases. Where the ration card number is not verified, such message is
displayed. Any change in ration card number can be done in this case. If
Ration
card number is correct, you may leave it as it is.

Not yet Verified The Adhaar verification process is going on and some more verification reports
at SRDH
are awaited. This status will get updated as and when data is received from
Adhaar web site. You can wait for the updated status.

2. Last Updated Date Column in Aadhaar verification Report


The last column in the report explains if the record is updated or not. Snapshot below shows no
record is updated.

Below Diagram shows two records updated.

Loan Account Numbers 31128930758, 31128931231 are successfully Updated.

3. Procedure to modify Outstanding Amount and Loan Amount


Modify Loan Amount and Outstanding Amount can be done only Branch manager / Checker User
1. Create users (with Branch Manager/ Checker role) for every branch

2. In Branch Manager Login, Option is available to view / modify Loan amount and
3. outstanding amount

In Data Entry Menu on Option Modify Loan & outstanding Amount Individual
It will show Yet to Update and Update radio buttons.

Default Provided Yet to update records (like below screen shot)

Note: Modify option can be exercised ONLY ONCE per Loan account number

Click on Modify Column and update loan amount or Outstanding amount or both if required.

After modification message is displayed: Loan amount and outstanding amount modified successfully
as in the screen shot below.

Updated loan account numbers are shown in Updated option like in the below screen shot

4. Loan Account Status Status to check Adhaar updation


Loan Account Status option show the Adhaar verification status within the branch .
Yet to update (Background colour Green) lists out account numbers for which adhaar number yet to be
updated.
Updated (Background colour White) lists out Loan Account Numbers already checked by the users.
