You will actively participate in the full project cycle, from the design phase through the

What You Will Be Doing

Candidate must be knowledgeable on basis of HVAC systems design, thermal

load calculation, air side design, water side design, equipment scheduling and
selectionetc.
Perform Design Calculations for thermal load, smoke extract rate, staircase
pressurizationetc.
Interacts with other departments to obtain pertinent information.
Cooperation and coordination with other departments to bring high-level and
high quality product.
Associate in developing of standards and procedures as required to assure
permanence and consistency of processes and programs for process HVAC
systems
Actively participate in development of short and long range plans to support
achievement of all defined areas of responsibility.
Actively participate in and support all principals of the continuous improvement
process
Develop an understanding and to be an active contributing member of the local
and international codes and standards

What you need for this job

-

Bachelor of Mechanical Power Engineering from an approved university, with

minimum general grade of Good.
HVAC graduation project is must.
Two years of experience in a related field is preferable.
Understanding of Codes governing mechanical and HVAC systems
Interpretation and application of the local and international codes and standards.
Knowledge of Green Building requirements and application is preferable.
Ability to work with a wide variety of people including other engineers,
operators, and draftsman.
Ability to communicate well and handle multiple jobs at the same time.
Ability to learn new work processes and associated tools.
Ability to manage project schedules and communicate objectives with team
Ability to interact and provide engineering insight to development
Hard-working, talented, driven individual who strives for more opportunity,

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Publisher, HAP software.
Good command of both written and spoken English is must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on the
ability to organize and present design information to clients
Assist with Project Management
Attend client meetings
