Durante las conferencias que mantuve en Las Vegas Nevada EE.UU, di a conocer algunas
cosas sobre la enfermedad del VIH o HIV, que he mantenido cerca de m, en mi pecho. Se
me revel que el HIV SIDA fue creado en laboratorios militares por EE.UU para eliminar
los elementos de la sociedad innecesarios y la extensa poblacin del Tercer Mundo,
mientras estaba inscrito en la Seguridad y la Inteligencia Naval. Mencion este hecho en mi
artculo El Gobierno Secreto . Ahora me permito publicar el resto de la informacin y
aclaro que el gobierno y sus Agencias de Inteligencia desarrollaron el patgeno y tambin
la cura.
VIH SIDA fue desarrollado en instalacines biolgicas militares de la base de Fort Detrick
de EE.UU.

LA INICIATIVA DEL PROYECTO.El primer estudio fue realizado en 1957 por cientficos reunidos en Huntsville, Alabama.
Ese estudio dio lugar al Proyecto Alternativa 3. Otro estudio fue realizado por el Grupo
empresarial multibillonario ms poderoso : El Club de Roma en 1968 con el fin de
determinar los Lmites del Crecimiento. El resultado del estudio fue que la civilizacin tal
como la conocemos se colapsara poco despus del ao 2000, y los recursos naturales
escasearan para las potencias hegemnicas, inclusive el mismo sistema capitalista estara
en peligro, a menos que la poblacin se redujera gravemente, por algn medio. Varias

INFORME PARA EL CLUB DE ROMA, en el PROYECTO SOBRE LA DIFCIL
SITUACIN DE LA HUMANIDAD. En abril de 1968, el estudio se inici en la
Accademia dei Lincei en Roma, Italia. Se reunieron en la investigacin del Dr. Aurelio
Peccei. Las recomendaciones secretas de los resultados del estudio fueron hechas por el Dr.
Aurelio Peccei, que inclusive se comprometi a no utilizar el tratamiento profilctico y a no

el Instituto de Yamato, en Japn, trabajo en proyectos clasificados pilotando aviones de
combate y de prueba, estuvo en la Armada y el Pentgono en 1965. Trabaj tambin como
oficial de alto rango en la Inteligencia Naval de los Estados Unidos , la Inteligencia Naval
Militar de EE.UU, (Office of Naval Intelligence ONI) divisin administrativa que forma
parte de la Corporacin de Inteligencia de los Estados Unidos, Coronel de ejrcito
respetado, fue un (Briefing Team Member) de la Inteligencia de los Estados Unidos. Tuvo

During the conference I held in Las Vegas Nevada U.S., I announced a few things about
HIV disease , which have kept close to me in my chest. I revealed that HIV AIDS was
created by the U.S. military laboratories to eliminate unnecessary items in the society and
the vast population of the Third World, while enrolled in Naval Security and Intelligence
(ONI ) . I mentioned this in my article The Secret Government . Now may I publish
other information and clarified that government and its intelligence agencies developed the
disease and the cure , they remain in the strictest confidence.
The first study by scientists meeting in Huntsville , Alabama was made in 1957. This study
resulted in the project Alternative 3 . Another study was conducted by the most
powerful business group multibillion : The Club of Rome in 1968 with the aim of
determining the Limits to Growth . The result of the study was that civilization as we know
it would collapse shortly after the year 2000 , and natural resources become scarce for the
hegemonic powers , including the capitalist system itself would be in danger unless the
population was seriously reduced, for some medium. Several Top Secret Agencies made

statement:
