You the served party(s) are NOTICED herein in compliance with law , that in the nature
of and pursuant to 54 F.R.D. 7, an Investigation is ongoing concerning CLARK COUNTY
REGIONAL MISDEMEANOR CITATION ; NUMBER; E07050140704303, hereinafter “
ticket(s) and/or “ case ”, in the Las Vegas Justice Court Patrick-Richard: Potter - ‘Investigator’ -
Civil Rights Task Force , and other C.R.T.F. Investigators are acting in the capacity of
PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERALS , taking on the MANTEL OF THE SOVEREIGN , as
authorized by 54 F.R.D. 7, pursuant to CLARK COUNTY REGIONAL MISDEMEANOR
CITATION ; NUMBER; E07089143305594 and related events. At all times , especially in
relation to any and all proceedings and/or events relating to the aforementioned ‘ticket(s)’ and
‘case’, Patrick-Richard: Potter is visiting in the capacity of - ‘ Investigator - Civil Rights Task
Force ’, a ‘Private Attorney General’, a ‘Criminal Investigator’ as well as a ‘Federal Witness: 18
U.S.C. 1510, 1512-13, 1964(a)’, in a RESTRICTED manor pursuant to and in the nature of
SUPPLEMENTAL RULES FOR CERTAIN ADMIRALTY AND MARITIME CLAIMS -
RULE E (8).

affirmations , compliance with this investigation and disclosure of all information sought is
MANDATORY . Failure to comply fully , with full disclosure , concerning this investigation
pursuant to your fiduciary duty to your sworn oath(s) may result in crimina1 charges being filed
against you as well as civil and/or commercial action seeking monetary , declaratory , and
injunctive relief and/or remedy against you commercially , administratively - non-judicially .

The CIVIL RIGHTS TASK FORCE is investigating ‘allegations’ that John Pernyak, acting
under the color of law and clothed in the authority of law, violated the rights of Patrick-Richard:
Potter; and, quite possibly a whole class of people AKA - moped operators.
A1l information obtained herein this investigation will be used for the purposes of this
investigation . Other than for the purposes of this investigation , the general rules of
confidentiality of the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act of 1974 , will be
adhered to concerning all information gathered hereto this investigation . Void Where
