Narrative

The above listed subject was issued Appearance Tickets for the above charges
after patrol observed the vehicle he was operating traveling southbound on Market
St. in the center lane without the vehicle headlights in operation. When Patrol
initiated a traffic stop the subject fled on foot. Patrol was able to take the subject
into custody and he was found to be in possession of alcoholic beverages and a
small quantity of marihuana. Through further investigation Patrol determined the
subject to be intoxicated and a chemical test revealed him to have a BAC of .16%
