Blackberry: is an ancient fruit, prescribed by Ancient Greeks for gout, mentioned in the Bible and commonly written
about in British folklore. They are considered to be an astringent because of their high tannin content. Studies show
that tannins tighten tissue, lessen minor bleeding, and helps alleviate diarrhea and intestinal inflammation. German
health authorities recommend blackberries for infections including sore throats and mouth irritations. Scientists have

Raspberry: From the times of ancient Greeks and Romans, raspberry was used as food and medicine. In Armenian
medicine, the raspberries were used against flu, chronic rheumatism and other diseases. The concentrate of the fruit
with honey was used against rubella. The fruit is widely used against gum disease, anemia, stomachache, easing diges-
tion, fever, snake bites and to sober from drunkenness. In Tibet medical practice, the raspberry extract is known as a
cure for a number of neuroses and chronic infections. The extract of the fruit and leaves in Austria is used as a vitamin
drink and cure against cough. The diuretic and cough relief characteristics of raspberry fruits are proven scientifically.

Peach: is loaded with vitamin A to combat the effects of aging, and contain B & C vitamins, folic acid, calcium, fiber,
