Aceste avantaje ne ofer posibilitatea de a rspunde cu promptitudine solicitrilor clienilor notri, n conformitate cu cerinele
specifice fiecrei comenzi primite.
ntregul proces de producie al companiei este certificat din punct

de vedere al sistemului calitii conform ISO 9001: 2008, produsele
livrate fiind nsotite de certificate de calitate de tip 3.1. sau 2.1.
conform EN 10204.
n cadrul Technosteel, procesul de reutilare i retehnologizare este
continuu avnd ca scop funcionarea optim a echipamentelor i
mbuntirea continu a produselor oferite.
n acest sens, laboratoarele noastre de testare mecanic i chimic

au fost dotate cu:
1. Un aparat de analiz spectral (spectrometru) ce realizeaz
analiza spectral a materiei prime n vederea determinrii compoziiei chimice;
2. O main de ncercri statice la traciune pentru determinarea
caracteristicilor mecanice a mostrelor de band primite;
3. O pres de testare hidrostatic a evilor la o presiune constant
de minim 70 bari;
4. O main de ndreptat i un grup anfrenat.
5. Un echipament de control nedistructiv al cordonului de sudur
pentru fiecare dintre liniile noastre de producie.
Totodat, resursa uman este permanent pregtit pentru a lua cele

mai complexe decizii, avnd un nalt nivel de calificare i experien
profesional.
Capacitatea de procesare actual este de 10.000 mt / lun.
Produsele realizate de compania noastr sunt destinate att pieei
interne ct i exportului, n special ctre: Ungaria, Cehia, Germania,
Polonia, Lituania, Estonia, Letonia, Austria, Italia, Bulgaria etc.

The entire production process of our company is certified in terms

Technosteel LBR performs a running process of re-equipment

and technological modernization in order to ensure an optimum
functioning of all equipment and a continuous improving of our
products.
For that purpose, our laboratories of mechanical and chemical

testing have been equipped with:
1. A spectrometer for the spectral analysis of the raw material in
order to establish the chemical composition;
2. A tensile test machine for testing the mechanical properties of
samples of the received steel band;
3. A hydraulic testing press for attempting the pipes at a pressure
of min. 70 bar;
4. A pipe-straightening machine and a group of two chamfering
machines;
5. Equipment for a non-destructive control of the welded seam for
each pipe mill we own.
