PSME CORE VALUES

1. I am a person (man/woman) of INTEGRITY. I act with honesty, transparency, and accountability. I do the right
things, the right way.
Behavioral Indicators:
Demonstrates the values of PSME in daily activities
Acts without consideration of personal gain
Does not abuse power of authority
Stands by decisions that are in the PSME interest, even if they are unpopular
Takes prompt action in cases of unprofessional or unethical behavior
2. I maintain PROFESSIONALISM at all times with high respect for others, observing proper conduct, following the
code of ethics, honoring commitments, acting fairly and with dignity.

profession.
