1. Question: Please state your name, your position and when do you start working at Chow
Lee Corporation Bhd?

Answer: My name is Nicol Tan Swee Mee, a secretary for Mr. Hso Xiao Koh at
Chow Lee Corporation Bhd and I have been working there since 2005.

2. Question: What is your job scope as a secretary for Mr. Hso Xiao Koh?

Answer: I do anything necessary as any secretary, not more, not less.

3. Question: What would you do if Mr. Hso Xiao Koh has to make a call or has receive any
incoming call from the clients and his business partners?

Answer: I will take a memo or a note of the conversation between Mr. Hso Xiao Koh
with parties concerned.

4. Question: Can you explain it in details?

Answer: Every time Mr. Hso Xiao Koh wanted to make a call pertaining to his work
or having any call regarding the work, he will instruct me to take a memo of his
telephone conversation for future reference.

5. Question: Can you hear their telephone conversation clearly?

Answer: Yes.

6. Question: Can you explain how can you hear their telephone conversation clearly

Answer: Yes, it has become a norm for Mr. Hso Xiao Koh to turn on the telephone to
loudspeaker mode every time he wants to make any call or have a call pertaining to
works, so that I could hear the conversation clearly.

7. Question: What did you do on 2nd July 2012 at 10.00 am?

Answer: On that moment, I wrote a memo of telephone conversation between Mr. Hso Xiao

Koh and Mr P.C. Wu from W. Szeto & Partners.

8. Question: Who was the one who give a call?

Answer: Mr. P.C. Wu.

9. Question: Can you explain the details of their conversation?

Answer: Mr. P.C. Wu had asked Mr. Hso Xiao Koh regarding the insurance status
claimed by Chinese University College of Kuala Lumpur and Mr. Hso Xiao Koh has
informed that the insurance application has been settled. Mr. P.C. Wu later told him
that he had no knowledge about such matters and asked why he was not informed
about such claim. Mr. Hso Xiao Koh stated that he had no idea why Mr. P.C. Wu was
not inform about the matter.

10. Question: Was that the only thing they have discussed?
Answer: Yes.
