yeoman service for the cause of
religion and communal harmony.
He endeared himself to all the
leaders belonging
to different
parties .One congress ex.M.L.A
said that he was tutored by
Khalid Zubaidi. I had been close
with him for the past fifteen years.
We lost such an excellent man.
Allah creates human beings,
provides sustenance and makes
them to die.He again resurrects
them. Those who die are judged
by the people in this world .
Khalid Zubaidi was judged by all
the people that he was a good
human being. Everyone admired
him. The IUML ideology moulded
him and shaped him. He followed
the party ideology in letter and
spirit.
IUML stands for National
unity and integrity, amity and
preservation of separate identity
of minority communities. There
are 3647 communities in India.
This great nation belongs to all
communities . There should be
amity and understanding among
the different communities , we
must always remember the golden
saying that United we stand,

divided we fall .
Muslim is a word coined not by
any human being but by Almighty
Allah .We are the followers of
Prophet Muhammad(sal). Whereas
it is with the other community
people. The word Hindu is no
where in Veda, Christian no where
in Bible , Persian no where in Zend
Avesta, Sikh no where in Grant
Sahib. It is in fact Muslims who
coined the word Hindu . How
many of us know this fact? In this
country a struggle is going on .If
at all we have to fight, we have
to fight in the Quranic way. There
was a fight with Sticks , fight with
rods , fight with guns and bombs
. The Holy Quran says we have
to fight with Quran in our hands
and hearts . We have to fight with
the knowledge and guidance of
the Quran. That is the meaning of
Jihad. We have to fight against
injustice and social inequality.
This fight with Quran in
our hand and heart will be the
last fight. In this fight the entire
world will come to way of peace.
The Dheen of Allah will excel,
by establishing the superiority
of Quran over all the weapons,

presently we are passing through

such phase.
What is meant by preserving
Muslim identity ? Our mosques,
darghas, madrasas, burkas, beard,
caps, names, festivals, cultures
etc., are all our identities. We strive
to preserve our identity and help
others to preserve their identities.
Khalid Zubaidi worked hard to
preserve this identity .This history
should be preserved for ever.
Where ever IUML functions,
wherever IUML flag flies there
peace and communal amity prevail
and bring honour and respect to
the Muslim Community.
IUML is the only party
bearing the word Muslim in its
nomenclature. This word appears
in the Quran in many places. If
you loose this word, you will loose
everything. No where in the world
there is a flag like IUML flag. The
Flag has five Pointed stars which
stands for five principles of Islam,
Iman , Five times prayer, Ramzan
fasting , Zakat and Hajj. It is facing
the pole of the flag .The star and
crescent are facing Kaaba. We
are not facing towards Palestine
or Turkey. We are facing towards
Kaaba, the centre of Muslim Unity.
It is a unique flag. Make a strong

unit of IUML in Mehboob Nagar.
I appeal to Ulemas, community
elders, students, brothers and
sisters to extend all your support
to strengthen the IUML. Not only
Khalid Zubaidi ,but every member
of his family is a believer in IUML.
Get united under the banner of
IUML. May Allah provide us His
protection and favour us with
prosperity .
Before the commencement
of the meeting, Qirath was recited
by Mustaq. The meeting was
presided over by the Mazhar

Foreigners dont like Muslims, only their money: Turkish President Erdogan
Foreigners are unable to solve

the problems of the Middle East

because Western states dont
like us and are more interested
in just following the cash, Turkish
President Recep Tayyip Erdoan
said on Nov. 27.
Only we can solve our problems.
I speak openly; foreigners love oil,
gold, diamonds, and the cheap
labor force of the Islamic world.
They like the conflicts, fights
and quarrels of the Middle East.
Believe me, they dont like us,
said Erdoan during an address
to the Standing Committee
for Economic and Commercial
Cooperation of the Organization of
Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC) in
Istanbul.
They look like friends, but they
want us dead, they like seeing
our children die. How long will we
stand that fact? he added.
Erdoan said Middle Eastern
countries
could
solve
their
problems by themselves without
any help from the West.
The only condition to overcome
the crisis in the Islamic world

is unity, solidarity and alliance.

Believe me, we can resolve every
problem as long as we are united.
Islamic countries, which have
developed economically recently,
have been experiencing the biggest
humanitarian and political crisis in
their history simultaneously, the
Turkish president said.
If we act together, we will end
the loneliness of Palestine which
has continued for nearly one
century ... It is possible to end
the bloodshed in Iraq and killing
of Syrian children if we unite, he
said.
Ego complex
He also savaged critics of

his remarks that Muslim

explorers traveled to the
Americas before Columbus
as suffering from an ego
complex, reaffirming his
belief their purported feat
was an historical fact.
I have been the target
of heavy criticism by the
Western media. Just because
I repeated a fact based
on scientific research, I
have been targeted by the
Western media, as well as
the foreigners within who suffer
from an ego complex, he said.
Erdoan stirred controversy
earlier this month by declaring that
the Americas were discovered by
Muslims in the 12th century, nearly
three centuries before Christopher
Columbus sailed across the
Atlantic. He did not elaborate as
to why the claim is only found in
some obscure sources and is not
known more widely.
Erdoan insisted the criticism
was aimed at preventing Muslims
from questioning anything.
They have been very disturbed
by the fact that we have reminded

December - 2014

them of some historical facts, the

history of civilization, science,
politics and war. They dont want
us to question anything, he said.
Erdogan cited as evidence the
claim that Columbus mentioned
the existence of a mosque on
a hill on the Cuban coast, and
asked to build a mosque at the
site mentioned by the Genoese
explorer.
Most history books say Columbus
set foot on the American continent
in 1492 as he was seeking a
new maritime route to India. A
tiny minority of Muslim scholars
have recently suggested a prior
Muslim presence in the Americas,
although no pre-Columbian ruin of
an Islamic structure has ever been
found.
In a controversial article
published in 1996, historian
Youssef Mroueh referred to a
diary entry from Columbus that
mentions a mosque in Cuba. But
the passage is widely understood
to be a metaphorical reference
to the mosque-like shape of the
landscape.

THE TIMES OF LEAGUE

The

Nehru was the architect of India-Arab friendship

ties between India and

the Arab world are centuries old.
Any effort to forge new friendships
between India and the Arab world
therefore would amount to a
further attempt towards rebuilding
and renewing the existing ties.
Most speakers reiterated the above
view at the launching ceremony of
India Arab Friendship Foundation
(IAFF) on Tuesday 25 November,
2014 at a Five Star Hotel in Delhi.
The man behind this initiative to
revamp and reinvigorate the India
Arab ties to bring forth the talents
of the South Asian and West Asian
nations for development of the
world was Mohd. Shabbir Hussain,
popularly known as Jabir Patel.
K. Rahman Khan, former
Union Minster and one of the
chief patrons of IAFF, remarked
that the establishment of the
IAFF is another milestone in
the relations between Arab
countries and India which is
pivotal for our development.
While mentioning about the high
percentage of imports from the
Arab world, he said, People to
people relation is needed for real
bonding. Delivering the keynote
address, Rahman said that despite
existing ties, finding new areas of
cooperation is needed and the
Foundation, will strengthen those
ties.
Chief Guest and Governor of
Uttarakhand, Dr. Aziz Qureshi
while appealing to the Arab
guests to come forward to help
the victims of natural calamities
in Uttarakhand said, I take it
as a tribute to the great Nehru,
whose birth falls in the month
of November, who advocated
the India-Arab friendship. While
remembering Gandhis and Nehrus
desire for freedom and dignity of
the people of Palestine, he hoped
and appealed to the Arab world to
continue their fight to see a free
Palestine.
P. J. Kurien, Deputy Chairman of
Rajya Sabha extended his wishes
and support for further promotion,
development and growth of Indias
relations with the Arab countries
saying that any contribution from
the newly launched Foundation to
this end would be great. He also
said that India has always taken
the Palestinian cause and it will
always take the Palestinian cause
which needs to be strengthened

further in view of the fact that
Indias relations with the Arab
world are further converging.
Remembering his own days
as Minister of External Affairs in
the UPA government, Member of
Parliament, E. Ahamed said that
with the emergence of ISIS, the
West Asian region is witnessing
new geopolitical challenges which
are impacting the region as a
whole.
Ahamed also expressed his
solidarity with Palestine stating
that Indias long association
with Palestine goes back to our
days for freedom struggle which
will continue. India is standing in
support to the people of Palestine in
the field of information technology
and vocational training. Indias
strong commitment to the Arab
countries will continue, added the
former minister.
Minister of Finance, Commerce

and
Economic
Planning
of
the Republic of South Sudan,
Aggrey Tisa Sabuni said that the
Foundations initiative would be
a step forward towards making
cultural, political and economic
ties between India and Arab world.
The minister said that Sudan
wishes to increase its cultural and
trade relations with India for a
fruitful cooperation between the
two countries.
Meghalayas Chief Minister
Dr. Mukul M Sangma found huge
applauses from the audience for
his remark that large number of
Indians did not know even their
own country as much as they
knew the Arab world. This shows
the diversity of ties between India
and the Arab world. I do not need
to revisit the past but, taking
advantage of our relationships
we need to see how we mutually
benefit by strengthening the

existing ties. While terming the

Foundations renewed effort as
great, the CM invited the organizers
to hold their next meeting in the
beautiful state of Meghalaya.
CPIM leader and MP Mohammed
Salim wished that the existing ties
between India and Arab counties
should further strengthen.
Mementoes in appreciation of
journalism services were given to
Engineer Wassfi Hassan El Sreihin,
Secretary General of African-Asian
Rural Development Organization,
Urdu daily Siasat and journalist
Qaiyoom Anwar for his excellent
work in Kashmir.
Adding silent grace and
meaning to the Foundation was
the joining in of former Prime
Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh
at the high dinner at the end of
launching formalities.
H. E. Ebyan Mahamed Salah,
Dean, League of Arab States

Implement Prime Ministers 15 Point programme for the Welfare of the Minorities
E.T. Muhammed Basheer M.P., appeals in Loksabha
SHRI
E.T.
MOHAMMAD
BASHEER (PONNANI): It is
high time to remodel the Prime
Ministers 15 Point Programme
for welfare of the minorities.
Three important bodies have
suggested changes in the
scope, implementation and
monitoring of this programme.
The report of the Planning
Commissions
Steering
Committee on Empowerment of the
Minorities, the National Advisory
Councils (NAC) recommendations
for the 12th Five-Year Plan Towards
inclusive development to empower
minorities and the outcome budget
of the Ministry of Minority Affairs
for the year 2012-13 have spelt out

the changes that would be required

for effective implementation of the
programme.
The 15-Point Programme aims
at enhancing opportunities for
education, ensuring an equitable
share for minorities in economic
activities and employment, through

existing new schemes, enhanced

credit support for self-employment,
recruitment to State and Central
Government jobs, improving the
living condition of minorities etc.
The programme also seeks
to ensure that the benefits of
various government schemes for
the underprivileged reach the
disadvantaged sections of the
minority communities. This objective
is sought to be achieved through
earmarking 15% of the targets and
outlays under various schemes for
the minorities.
The Steering Committee on the
Empowerment of Minorities during
the 12th Five-Year Plan, for instance,
suggests certain key changes for

implementation, monitoring and

reporting of the 15-Point Programme
both at the Central and State levels,
based on the recommendations
of the NAC report. The NAC and
the Steering Committee point
out that only a limited number
of schemes are included in the
15-Point Programme. They have
suggested for expanding the basket
to include additional schemes from
the Ministries of Small and Medium
Industries, Youth Affairs, Agriculture
and Rural Development (especially
MGNREGA).
In the light of the above facts,
I urge upon the Government to
take urgent necessary steps in this
regard.

Modi Must End Sangh Parivar Agenda

DMK President Kalaignar M.
Karunanidhi said on Nov 25 that the
inclusive government promised by
Prime Minister Narendra Modi would
be in trouble if he did not prevent
the Sangh Parivar from pursuing its
own agenda.
Replying to a question on talks
of compulsory Sanskrit and Hindu
nation, he said the recent statements
of the Sangh Parivar leaders and the
governments decision to replace
German with Sanskrit in Kendriya
Vidyala had shocked those who had
faith in secularism.
Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader
Ashok Singhal has said that Sanskrit
should be made compulsory. Many
more things will be made compulsory
in times to come. Sanskrit is the
language of our country. Everything
was written in Sanskrit thousands of
years ago. If you want to eliminate it,
you want to eliminate this country,
he said.
Water Resources Minister Uma
Bharti took the argument further
when she said Sanskrit could, in
course of time, replace English as
a link language which everyone in
India would understand. Sanskrit is
a truly national language. In every
village of India, you will find two
or three people who are extremely
knowledgeable about Sanskrit. The
same cannot be said of English. The
fact is that there are more people in
India who can speak and understand
Sanskrit than people who can speak
or understand English, she said..:
But till such time that Sanskrit
becomes a popular and commonly
spoken language, we will have to
depend on English. It should only
be a matter of time, she said.
Kalaignar said the Hindu Rashtra,
Sanskrit and Sarawathi the agenda
of the RSS and the Sangh Parivar
had manifested in RSS chief Mohan
Bhagwats statement that India is

a Hindu nation and

Vishwa Hindu Parishad
leader Ashok Singhals
assertion that proud
Hindus had come to
rule Delhi after 800
years.
On attempts to
impose Sanskrit after
BJP assumed power
at the Centre and
criticism against it, the
DMK chief said it would
be good for Modi to
wriggle out of such accusations.
While PM Modi has been
calling his government inclusive,
the speeches of leaders from the
organisations which are backing the
Centre have come as shocking for
people who believe in secularism,
Kalaignar said. He was referring to
the speeches delivered by leaders of
VHP and other Hindu organisations
at the recent convention in Delhi.
Kalaignar
referred
to
the
editorial in `The Hindu (Tamil) on
November 24 which stated. In
the era of globalisation, science
and technology remained as the
important
forces
determining
language. In the circumstances of
the domination of English in these
fields world over, the government
had no plans to prepare Indian
languages to face that challenge.
But, this e government even while
embracing globalization on the one
side desired t back to Vedic period
on the other side.
The Prime Minister should put an
end to the Sangh Parivars agenda
before it becomes difficult for him to
handle, he said.
DMK President Kalaignar on Nov
25 said the ADMK government had
acted very late in announcing
the Global Investors Meet (GIM)
scheduled next year as many States
had already targeted investors in

Tamil Nadu.
Reacting
to
the
governments
announcement that
the GIM would be
held during May 23-24
next year in Chennai,
Kalaignar noted that
the conference was
originally scheduled
in October but got
delayed in the wake
of unseating of ADMK
leader
Jayalalitha
as Chief Minister following her
conviction in the assets case. When
the Assembly general elections are
due in the next one year, there will
be no or little use in conducting such
a meet.
There were streams of Ministers
and teams from other States visiting
Tamil Nadu and inviting investors in
the State to invest in their States.
Karnatakas Congress Chief Minister
Siddharamaiah visited Coimbatore
in January this year and succeeded
in getting investment of Rs. 12,000
crore from about 200 entrepreneurs
of Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode and
other western districts.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister
Shivraj Singh Chouhan visited
the city on August 28 and wooed
entrepreneurs. Pitchforking himself
as the CEO (chief executive
officer) of the State, Chouhan
urged industrialists in the region to
invest in his State. Our industrial
policy is investor friendly. We
can give power on a 24X7 basis
to industries, the law and order
situation is good, we have created
a land pool, about 20,000 hectares
of land is available and we can give
it easily to industries, promised
single window clearances and
industry-friendly policies,, investors
can meet me every Monday even
without having an appointment,

December - 2014

you wont face any problems when

you come to our State, A Minister
from Andhara Pradesh also visited
the State and invited the investors
to come to his State. The Chief
Minister of West Bengal Mamata
Banerjee, this month, sent a team
of senior officials to Chennai to
sell the industrial potential of her
State to industrial investors in Tamil
Nadu, which was followed by the
visit of Gujarat Finance Minister
Saurabhbhai Patel who promised
investors
uninterrupted
power
supply if they set up business there;
that when it comes to power we
are way ahead of other States in
the country. We will never have
deficit.Gujarat had surplus power
and vibrant energy sector. The State
required 13,000 MW of power, but
had an installed capacity of 22,000
MW. We want to give more thrust
to the service sector, especially IT/
ITeS. As per the electronics policy,
the government will offer 100 per
cent subsidy on Central Sales Tax
and VAT refund equal to 90 per
cent of capital investment made for
expansion of existing manufacturing
units, Saurabhbhai said.
In this situation, now Tamil Nadu
Chief Minister 0 Panneerselvam has
invited the United Kingdom to the
Global Investors Meet, proposed
to be held here next year when
Secretary of State for Business,
Innovation and Skills, United
Kingdom, Vince Cable called on him.
A delegation from the US, led by
South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley,
called on him at the secretariat.
When
various
States
had
been eyeing Tamil Nadu for
attracting investors to their States,
Panneerselvam has invited the
investors from UK and USA like
bolting the stable after t horses
were stolen, Kalaignar said.

THE TIMES OF LEAGUE

SECULAR TERRORISM
The advocates of secularism will
not agree with the title as it runs
against their concept of secularism.
For them the title may tantamount
to describing cow as tiger and milk
as polydol(poision)
However the title was chosen
after due circumspection and the
material contents of
the article would go to
justify the title.
Renaissance and
Reformation
in
the
medieval Europe brought
an end to the papal
authority in the mundane matters
and the secular laws replaced the
canonical laws. The philosophical
writings of great authors like Daris
Dettroid, Waltaire, Baruch Spinoza,
Neitzhe, Thomas Jefferson, Karl
Markx, Ingersol and Betrand Russel
added the needed fuel to the flame
of secularism that engulfed the
entire European continent. The
Jews too contributed to the spread
of secularism in Europe to get rid off
the pressure of the Catholic church
on their community.
George Jacob Hollihok a
renowned British writer was the
first man to coin and introduce the
mesmerizing word secularism to the
world in 1851.
EVOLUTION OF SECULARISM
The philosophy of secularism later
evolved in to Communism,Nazism,
Fascism and Imperialism. All these
evil political philosophies in their
struggle for existence fought with
each other and pushed the world
to the brink of disaster by causing
two major World wars. Millions of
valuable human lives were wiped
out from the face of the earth.
Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini were the
most dreaded secular tyrants and
Winston Churchill was a hard core
Imperialist.
TERRORISM ORIGIN AND GROWTH
The Jews were the first to
introduce terrorism in the world
by starting a terror organization
Sicarii in the first century AD
in Jerusalem then a province in
the Roman Empire. They secretly
killed the Roman Catholics in the
public gatherings by using a small
dagger called sicarii, concealed
in their vest belt and they quickly
disappeared from the crowd. This
first century terror act by the Jews
continued
down to the modern
time in Palestine. It seems from
their diabolic activities that murder
has become the ethnic job of the
Jews.

The
white
racist
terrorist
organization Ku Klux Klan in U.S.,
I.R.A. in Ireland, Bader Mehein in
Germany, Red Army in Italy, Red
Brigade in Japan, Gush Emunin
in Israel, R.S.S. Vishwa Hindu
Parishwar ,Bayrangdal,Ramsena in
India are all terrorist organizations

being operated by non Muslims and

that is the reason why their terrorist
activities are not highlighted in the
world media as Muslim terrorist
organizations are flashed. Muslim
bashing has become a policy of
world media.
Millions of innocent Muslims
were mercilessly butchered by
the so called secular regimes like
Soviet Union, U.S. Serbia etc. The
U.S. at present has engaged in a
genocide war in the Muslim World
killing genocidaly Muslims day in
and day out under the guise of war
against terrorism. The most cruel,
dangerous, inhuman, heartless
and barbaric terror out fit in the
modern world is the U.S.Itself. It
has already burnt its finger in Iraq
and Afganisthan and the destiny of
this monster will be doomed in near
future.
RELIGIOUS TERRORISM IN SECULAR INDIA
The Hindutva religious out fits
like R.S.S., Bajrang Dal, Vishwa
Hindu Parishad , Ram Sena Shiv
Sena etc.unleashed their terrorism
on the minority communities in
India. This country witnessed till
this day more than 13000 communal
riots, massacre of Muslims, State
sponsored terrorism, false encounter
deaths, police atrocities, custodial
deaths, demolitions of mosques,
madrasas, churches, dwelling places
. destruction of Muslim properties
dislocations of Muslim community.
Are these terror acts amount to
secularism or secular terrorism?
Indian secularism has two
faces, the one imposes the religion,
language and culture of ruling class
on others and the second one erases
the religion, language , culture and

K.T.Kizer Mohamed
separate identity of minorities. The
R.S.S. the most dreaded Hindu out
fit in the independent India has
come out openly against the Muslim
minority community under the
present B.J.P. Government. See how
it indulges in malignant propaganda
and breeds bad blood against the
Muslims.
There was no upper and
lower castes in the Hindu
religious system. The medieval
Muslim invaders introduced caste
system in Hinduism to keep the
Hindus divided This insane thought
germinated out from the immature
mind of Vijay Shankar Shastri , the
R.S.S. Public Relation Officer. Dont
misunderstand the name ending
with shastri title and dont jump to
the conclusion that Vijay Shankar
Shastri belongs to upper caste
Brahmin community. Vijay Shankar
Shastri is a Dhalit henchman of
R.S.S. out fit. Understand how
R.S.S. is exploiting the ignorance of
Dhalit people.
Sutras were never treated
as untouchables by the Hindus.
The cruelty of medieval Islamic
rule in this country made them
untouchables This madness was
manifested by yet another R.S.S.
ideologue Bijay Joshi. If R.S.S.
really reveres the Sutras will it come
forward to appoint a Sutra as the
Head of Shankar Matt or Sringeri
Peetam?.
No pigs were reared in India
before the arrival of Muslims to this
country. The Muslims were the first
people to introduce pig rearing in
India- the ordure excreted by the
R.S.S. Avatar Krishna Gopal fit
enough to be consumed by the pigs
only. One cant expect any thing
more than this from the people like
Krishna Gopal. Is there any pigment
of truth in his pig story?
What the R.S.S. intend to do by
this malicious propaganda and by its
nefarious activities.? Do they want
to divide the Indians communally?
Ultimately where it will lead to? Let
them learn lesson from the history
and in the interest of the unity and
integrity of this nation let them stop
forthwith all their divisive activities.

General Secretary of the Indian

Muslim
League
party
Prof:K.M.Khader Mohideen called
the Indian Muslim community to get
united under the banner of Muslim
League. Through his editorial in
Manichudar daily dated 13 October
2014 under the title 170 million
Muslims to get integrated in the
IUML is the compulsion of time, he
has given a clarion call to the Muslims
of India to rally under the banner of
IUML. Will the Muslim community
respond to his call? Never forget
the golden verses United We Stand,
Divided We Fall
It is hoped that the contents
of this article would have justified
the title and has exposed that
secularism is a roaming wild tiger
under the garb of cow skin and is
polydol (poison) in the form of milk.
To put an end to all the religious
misunderstandings and animosities
in the world the Holy Quran gives
one line solution.
To you your religion, to me my
religion (Quran-109-6)
If the world heeds to the saner
voice of the Holy Quran peace and
tranquillity will reign everywhere.
