QU ESUNTEST?
Procedimiento estandarizado para muestrear conductas (relacionadas
tericamenteconunrasgooconstructo)yclasificaralaspersonassegn
esasconductas(p.e.,asignarlespuntuacionesnumricasqueindiquensu
nivel de rasgo). Cada test se evala por la evidencia emprica sobre su
precisinysuutilidadenelmbitoconcretoenelquesedeseaaplicar.
