Purpose of the role:

1Interprets/understands the respective obligations and liabilities of the parties to the Contract/s and
provides advice and guidance to the site team as appropriate.
2Aware of and understand what documents comprise the Contract, and be fully briefed on the
Contract estimate, including settlement adjustments.
3Responsible, with other Project Managers for ensuring that all site staff adhered to agreed site
procedures and reporting systems.
4Responsible, with the Project Manager, for the preparation and production of all agreed reports to
pre-determined deadlines.
5Responsible, for the effective administration of the Contract, from start through to Final Account.
