Preface
Thank you for purchasing the tracker. This manual shows how to operate the device
smoothly and correctly. Make sure to read this manual carefully before using this
product. Please note that specification and information are subject to changes without
prior notice in this manual. Any change will be integrated in the latest release. The
manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in this document.

1Summary
Working Based on existing GSM/GPRS network and GPS satellites, this product can
locate and monitor any remote targets by SMS or internet.

5Installation
5.1 Wiring :

5.2 Placement
The terminal should be placed under cover. It is recommended to ask professional
companyes to install the terminal for you

NOTE: The GPS signal will be attenuated if the device is installed under the driver
seat

5.3 SIM card installation

5.3.1 Make sure the Simcard is 2G and open GPRS function
5.3.2 Make sure that there is no call transfer and call display is on, and PIN code off.
The SMS message must in Text format, cant be identified for PDU format.

6 Power ON/OFF
6.1 Power ON

The terminal will be automatically ON, when you insert the SIM card into the SIM
card slot. The battery will connect the internal wires together in the terminal and the
external power supply. will start providing power to the device and also charging the
battery.
After the power is ON, it will start searching the GSM and GPS signal. During this
period, the Red LED ( power ) is long right , the Green LED (GSM) is flashing ,the

Blue LED (GPS) is long right too. When the Blue LED( GPS) is flashing, after the
Green LED (GSM) flashing every time 8seconds ,means the GPS was working.
6.2 Power OFF
Pull out the SIM card, the terminal will be off.

8.Operating Instructions
default password is 0000.

8.1 Set up the administrator

the command SMS: #710#phone number# pass word##
For example#710#13588888888#0000##
When you sending successfully, it will reply 710CONFIG OK when the pass word is
wrong; it will reply 710PASSWORD ER

8.2 Change the Password

The command SMS: #770#new password#User password##

When you sending successfully, it will reply 770CONFIG OK when the pass word
is wrong; it will reply 770PASSWORD ER
If you fogot the password you can sending the command SMS:#901##

8.3 Read the parameter

The command SMS: #901##
When you sending successfully you will get the sms include the admin number
password and the IMEI.

8.4 tracking time interval

The command SMS: # 730# time interval (senconds) # Pieces of uploads # User
password ##
The default upload interval is 30 seconds, which means every 30 seconds the terminal
will upload its location data to the platform.
For example: #730#20#1#0000##
Note: The time interval :20 means gps date upload interval every 20s; the1 means
Upload data interval the number of times.

8.5 Set up the APN

The command SMS: #802#apn #apn user name#apn password# User password ##
example 1: the APN is internet, not user name and passwored

example 2: the APN is internet , the APN user name:guet passwrod:a1234
Command: #802#internet#guest#a1234#0000##
When you sending successfully, it will reply 802CONFIG OK when the pass word is
wrong; it will reply 802PASSWORD ER
Note: The default APN is CMNET.

8.6 Geo-fence alarm

The command SMS: # 751 # fence radius # sampling interval # longitude #
latitude # user password ##
For example: #751#500#5#22.5442N#113.91E#0000##
After the setup is successful, the setting mobile phone will receive a piece of config ok
command. Then, when the ward leaves this area, the terminal will send the alarming
information of being out of the fence to the center number. The alarm sms is :
#354923033045862##0#000#OUT#1#v#113.3454E52.67850000.##

Note: Send 9860000 reply of longitude and latitude this standard

8.7 Reading Geo-fence information

The command SMS: # 752 # user password ##
after the command is set successfully, the terminal will read the data of the module
fence working status and return message to the sending mobile phone, or PASSWORD
ER if the password is wrong.
For example: #752#0000##
Return: #open:1#lat:11456.209400#lng:2233.470100#distance:500#time:5#status:2
Where, open: 1 indicates fence open; Open: 0 indicates fence closed;

lat:11456.209400, latitude;
lng: 2233.470100; longitude;
distance: 500; fence radius;
time: 5 sampling interval;
status: 2 , terminal has obtained valid satellite data, fence works normally;
status: 1; fence open, but there are no valid satellite data have been received;
status: 0, no electronic fence is set.

8.8 close the Geo-fence

The command SMS: #760 # user password ##
Example: #760#0000##
When you sending successfully, it will reply 760CONFIG OK all the Geo-fence
will be cancelled. when the pass word is wrong; it will reply PASSWORD ER

8.9 Alarm format

Send command:#720#Warning way1-2#User password##
1. Warning way1Dial-up alarm
2. Warning way2Message alarm
When you sending successfully, it will reply 720CONFIG OK
Note:The default alarm mode 1

8.10 Factory Default

The command SMS: #reset##
When you sending successfully, will get the reply: Reset ok. All the setting will be
Restore factory settings

8.11 Vibration Alarm

Open vibration alarm: vibalm+password
Close vibration alarm:no vibalm+password
Example:vibalm0000
When the vehicle is turned off ( ACC OFF ) 5minutes after the terninal will be inter
sleeping status and alarm status. During this time , if the terminal was vibration,it will
send the alarm SMS to the admin the SMS alarm is : vibration alarm!
Note: when the vehicle was sleeping, can Dial-up the simcard number to wake it up .

8.12 Moving alarm

Open move alarm: SZCS,password,(space bar ) RADIUS=500
Close move alarm:SZCS,password,(space bar) RADIUS=0
Example: SZCS,0000, RADIUS=300
The 300 Unit: M. Means set up the moving alarm range of 500 metres.
The default 100 meters move alarm from the latest location.
When the vehicle moving over ,the terninal will send the moving alarm sms to admin,
the SMS alarm is: Attention! The vehicle is moved!

8.13 Over speed alarm

Open over speed alarm: SZCS,password,(space bar) SPEED=130
Close over speed alarm: SZCS,password,(space bar) SPEED=0
Example: SZCS,0000, SPEED=80
The80unit:km/h, means set the 80km/h, when the vehicle speed over 80km/h. The
terninal will send the over speed alarm SMS to admin .the SMS alarm is:Over speed
alarm

8.14 Cable cut-off Alarm

When the terminal cable is cut off, the cable cut-off alarm will be activated. The
terminal will send the alarm to the admin number , the alarm information:
power was cut off !

9.Control circuit:
9.1 Fuel cut
Send command: 222+password
For example: 2220000, the device will cut off the fuel, and then your cell phone will
get a message RF2 OK from the device.

9.2 Resume supporting the fuel

Send the command: 232+password
For example: 2320000 , the device will supply the fuel, and your cell phone will get a
message RF2 OFF from the device.

10. SMS tracking

10.1Any call phone send 6660000 to the tracker; you will get a reply SMS with link.
10.2Any call phone send 9860000 to the tracker; you will get a Google maps link

11.Real time tracking ( platform server)

The terminal will send position information to the platform server timely. Users can
check the position on the platform.
