2.3. VERSIONS - EXECUTIONS
The easy control electronic programmer has different hardware and related software execution:
Current execution wash computer exists as 1 electronic board with all functions.
The PCB is blue colored.
There is only 1 version wash computer, so the reduced version is not available anymore.
Previous execution wash computer MCB EC exists as 1 electronic board with all functions. The PCB
is green colored.
The full version named MCB EC
The reduced version named MCB RD or MCB P6 used on machines without door handle.
Version for electromechanical push buttons named MCB 6B
There are different software's for EASY CONTROL and MCB RD wash computers.
3. BASIC DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS
THE CONTROL OFFERS:
15 programs which offer a wide range of washing technologies (only 5 for MCB 6B)
Easy operation with push buttons
Standard wash programs contain economic and normal water level
Wash programs can be customized (time, temperature, wash and spin speed, water levels)
OPL version: Advancing the program by the START button
COIN version: free programmable program prices and coin values
Diagnostic messages
DURING WASH CYCLE THE FOLLOWING DATA IS SHOWN ON THE DISPLAY:
Shows which cycle is selected
Time until the end of the cycle
Indication of wait and heat
Indicator lights show the current step of the wash cycle
For coin machines, the price of the selected cycle and information about inserted coins
The number of coins in the coin box can be displayed
THE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE OF THE EASY CONTROL WASH COMPUTER:
The software is implemented in an EPROM that is fitted in an IC holder on the EASY CONTROL

INITIALIZING THE MACHINE
4.1.
INITIALISATION MENU
ATTENTION!
BEFORE MAKING CHANGES IN THE INITIALISATION MENU READ CAREFULLY THIS MANUAL. THE
CHANGES YOU HAVE MADE WILL INFLUENCE THE WASH PROGRAM PROCESSES AND PRICE
SETTINGS.
WE RECOMMEND BEFORE MAKING CHANGES TO WRITE CAREFULLY DOWN WHAT THE PREVIOUS
SETTINGS WERE.
HOW TO GET INTO THE INITIALISATION MENU
The initialization menu can only be accessed when the machine is in stand by (the machine is
powered up but no program is started).
Switch the machine to the setup mode (see chapter 3.2.).
1.Press the SET button, hold the SET button and press the SELECT button for 2seconds.
(Vandalism Free keypad : Press SET and SELECT button at the same time for 1 second.)
When the n routine is displayed on display A, release both buttons. Now you can select the
appropriate initialization submenu:
2.Press the SET button to switch between the different initialization submenus.
The characters n, P, F, c, d and o will appear one by one by pressing the SET button
3.Press the SELECT button to select the specific initialization submenu. Now you see the first
menu-item of the selected sub-menu.
The submenus are explained in the next paragraphs.
Read first the parts: How to change values and settings and Use of the SELECT and SET
buttons. When you want to leave the initialization menu: select the o subroutine by pressing
the SELECT button.
HOW TO CHANGE VALUES AND SETTINGS
VALUE:
a number than can be modified
build up by 1, 2 or 3 display units
example: a time value
SETTING:
an option that can be on or oFF
example: the temperature on display on/oFF
ATTENTION:
YOU CAN ONLY MODIFY A VALUE OR SETTING WHEN THE CORRESPONDING VALUE OR SETTING IS
FLASHING. AS A VALUE CAN BE BUILD UP OUT OF 3 DISPLAY UNITS YOU HAVE TO MODIFY UNIT BY
UNIT.
USE OF THE SELECT AND SET BUTTONS
There are only 4 different cases that we have to handle:
I. NO DISPLAY UNIT IS FLASHING + THE SET BUTTON IS PRESSED: the next menu-item is displayed
II. NO DISPLAY UNIT IS FLASHING + THE SELECT BUTTON IS PRESSED: a display unit will start
flashing
III. A DISPLAY UNIT IS FLASHING + THE SET BUTTON IS PRESSED: data on the corresponding
display unit will be modified
IV. A DISPLAY UNIT IS FLASHING + THE SELECT BUTTON IS PRESSED:
the display unit will stop flashing and eventually another display unit will start flashing If you
follow each time these 4 logic steps then you can start modifying the values and settings.

HOW TO MAKE A CORRECTION
After you have modified a menu-item, the display unit will stop flashing by pressing the SELECT
button. If you see that you have made a mistake, you can modify the menu-item once more by
pressing the SELECT button. The display will start flashing again.
WRITING THE MODIFICATIONS INTO THE MEMORY
When the software is written into the eeprom: dashes are displayed. This occurs automatically
when you leave the Submenu.
RETURNING TO THE MAIN MENU
If you have finished the last step of the submenu, press the SET button and you will get back in
the main menu. Now you can select another initialization submenu or you can leave the
initialization menu by the o submenu.
N BLOCK SUBMENU (Not for MCB 6B)
Blocking and unblocking program numbers allows the user to display only the program numbers
that he wants to offer. The program numbers that are blocked will not be displayed in the normal
program mode. The customer can choose 15 programs from 1 to F.
1.To toggle between on and oFF : you have to press the
SELECT button first. The on or oFF on the display starts

flashing and the on or oFF can be changed by pressing the SET button.
If you have made your selection for program 1, then you can confirm your selection by pressing
the SELECT
button.
2.You can go to the next program number by pressing the
SET button. Once you have reached program number F (PF), by
pressing the SET button, you will go back to the main menu.
on : the program is Not blocked oFF : the program is blocked
At coin operated laundry shops, some owners like to use some extra wash cycles which should not
be available for paying users. For such owner it is possible to select also the blocked wash cycles
when the key switch is in program mode. By the infrared key you can also switch to program mode
without opening the washing machine.
P PROGRAM PROCESS SUBMENU
FIRST SELECT THE PROGRAM THAT YOU WANT TO MODIFY.
By pressing the SELECT button you can select the program that must be modified. Once you
have made your selection press the SET button.
Modifying the speed value (Only available on machines with variable speed)
There are 3 motor speeds that can be adjusted: The displayed value correspond with the
revolutions of the drum.
Example 42 = 42 RPM of the drum.
The speed value can be increased or decreased in steps of 1 RPM.
S1 : wash speed
S2 : low spin speed

S3 : high spin speed
42 : drum speed 42 RPM

These values can only be modified in certain limits to prevent the bad functioning of the machine.
These limits depend of the machine size (see table 4.1.A).
WDH and WDHC only: if 999 has been programmed, the motor will accelerate to 1200 RPM for the
last 30.

MODIFYING THE WATER LEVEL
When you verify the wash tables than you will see that depending the step, the drum will be filled
with a low
or a high water level.
If you adapt the water level LL then all the steps with normal low or economic low water level in
the same program will be adapted. For the EU1 and EU2 program SETs LL=prewash
and wash step.
If you adapt the hL water level then all the steps with the normal high or economic high water
level will be adapted in the same program. For the EU1 and EU2 program SETs HL= rinse 1,2,3
step.
More information about the water levels for each wash step can be found at the wash tables of
chapter 6. LL: Low Level
HL: High Level 30: the water level in units

The displayed water level is measured in units. The level can be increased or decreased in steps of
1 unit. You can not program a water level that is lower than the economic low level of the washing
machine.

Pause function
The Pause function allows you to stop the wash cycle just to add softener at the last Rinse.

pumps for main wash 1, etc.
4. SET THE PROGRAMMED TIME FOR THE CORRESPONDING PUMP
A time can be entered for each soap pump. Press the SELECT button, the display units for the

O SOFTWARE VERSION MENU
The goal of this Submenu is to leave the initialization menu.
When you select the o submenu than you will see for 5 seconds the software version on the
display.
This allows you to verify if the inserted software is the correct software version.
After these 5 seconds you are back in the Program Menu and now you can start a new program by
switching over the program key to run mode and pressing the start button.
While the software version is displayed you can enter the configuration menu. Go to the chapter
Configuration Menu.

T OPTION SUBMENU
The goal of the Option Submenu is to define the way that the wash machine will function due to
some special settings.
6 ELECTRO-MECHANICAL BUTTONS
When the machine has a 6 electro-mechanical button switch to select the washing
programs and start function, you need to select setting on.
When the machine has a membrane keypad to select the washing programs and start
function, you need to select setting oFF.
oFF = membrane keypad on = 6 buttons switch
COIN / OPL
Coin machine:
the machine can only be started by pressing the start button
after inserting the correct amount of coins or tokens.
OPL version machine:
the machine is started by a start button
oFF = OPL
on = Coin machine
BOILER TEMPERATURE
You can insert the temperature of the hot water supply.
The default value must only be adjusted if the hot water supply has a high value (about 80C).
Depending this value, the wash computer adjusts the water mixing at the fill process.
The displayed value is the temperature in degrees Celsius. (This value is only available in C and
not in F)
60 = hot water supply 60C
TEMPERATURE ON DISPLAY
You can select if the temperature value must be displayed

program will only continue if the programmed temperature has been reached.

The displayed time will count down until the programmed time is over. Even when the
programmed temperature was not reached, the program will continue with the next step.

FULL HEATING
Full Heating 0-100 (%)
When the heating has reached the programmed target temperature, heating will be restarted
when the bath temperature goes below the hysteresis temperature.
FH 100 (%) the heating will be restarted until the end of the

FH 0 (%) the heating will not be restarted once the target temperature has been reached.
For hygienic wash programs FH should be 100.

The second drain valve can only be programmed by the PC -

When d2 = on, the water will be drained by the second drain valve, for those sequences
that the second drain valve was selected by the PC software

Sometimes it is preferable that at the end of a wash cycle the program number is reset to a default
value. As a result,

A level is programmed to prevent that liquid supplies get into the tub without sufficient
water in the bath.
(To avoid too big concentration.) Value = 0 Machine starts immediately the external liquid
supplies.
Value > 0 Machine waits until the programmed Soap Level is reached before external liquid
supplies are started.
Its recommended to keep the reference value = 0.
SMART MOTION
This option decreases the drum R.P.M. during water filling therefore the laundry absorps water
more quickly and washing efficiency increases.

SEL = (WDH only) functions with coin selector (token only)
crd = Card Reader System connected to wash computer by potential free contacts. Ecb = Electronic
Coin Selector executed with a coin blocking function.
Selection "crd" is for connecting a card reader to the wash computer.
This is a special application and needs consultation at the manufacturer.
Selection "Ecb" is for connecting the coin blocking coil of an Electronic Coin Selector with the wash
computer. When the washing machine is busy or in Error mode, coins will not be accepted by the
Electronic Coin Selector. See electrical drawing how to connect the coil with the wash computer.

The goal of the system menu is to select the right machine type and to initialise the machine with
the standard factory settings.

A Password number avoids that you can get free access to the setup menu.
If the "Pn" value is bigger then "0", then the password will be switched on.

The Password can only be removed by putting the "Pn" value back to "0".
In case the "Pn" is bigger then "0" and you want to enter to the setup mode.
A new Menu "Y" will be shown first. In this menu you have to select the password.
If you enter the right password you will see the other menu's, otherwise you will not see them.

INSTALLING NEW SOFTWARE
WHY INSTALLING NEW SOFTWARE
To add new features to the software and to improve the functionality of the washing machine,
new software releases are produced by the manufacturer.
INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLING NEW SOFTWARE
1. Switch off the main power.
2.
Open the cover plate of the washing machine.
3.
The EPROM with the implemented software is the only IC on the electronic board that can
be removed.
4.
Take the EPROM out of the IC-holder and replace it by a new one. Make sure that you put
the screwdriver between the EPROM and the socket. (see picture)
5.
Make sure that you put the new chip at the right position. See fig.3.1.
6.
Switch on the main power.
7.
The display should be lighting up.
8.
If the software is compatible: the new software can be used without re-initialization.
9.
You can clear all the error messages in the system menu to allow a correct determination
about the new software implementation.
10.
If the software is not 100% compatible with the previous software version:
The new software will generate a diagnostic message 35. When fault message 35 occurs you must
reload the standard wash programs in the S-submenu (be aware: all your custom made settings
will be erased).
Loading the standard wash programs :
Change the selection EU1 to EU2 or EU2 to US1 or US1 to EU1. By changing the selection a new
SET of wash programs will be loaded. When you dont change the setting or select the old setting
again, the default wash programs will not be loaded. (dashes will appear when the data is loaded)
After loading the standard wash programs, erase diagnostic message 35 by switching the power
off/on.
11.
Now you can start a new cycle.
ADVICE:
For a practical way of working for changing the EPROM : the electronic board can be easily taken
out the machine by the front panel. See installation manual.

5. OPERATION MENU
5.1.
STARTING UP
Before starting up the first time: be sure that the machine is well installed, see installation
manual of machine.
Be sure that the correct settings are made: see initialization and configuration menu. Ask the
help of a technician.
Make sure that the key switch is in the Run mode. Wash programs can not be started if the key
switch is still in the Program mode.
5.2.
SWITCHING ON THE POWER
The display lights up when you switch on the power.
5.3. LOAD THE WASH MACHINE
Open the door and load the laundry into the drum. When the drum is loaded, close the door.
Machine without door handle :
You can open the door by pressing the door unlock button when the LED of the Door Unlock
button is illuminated.
5.4. PUT SOAP INTO THE SOAP DISPENSER
Put the correct amount of soap into the soap dispenser.
5.5. SELECTING A WASH PROGRAM
Press theSELECT button until you see on the upper display the number that corresponds with
the number of the wash program that you want to start. See the label on the front panel of the
machine or the wash
tables at chapter 6. (Program number 0 is not a valid number, a number between 1 and F must be
selected).
5.6. SELECTING AN F-BUTTON FUNCTION
There are 6 F-button functions that can be selected from a list in the F-menu: PREWASH, SOAK,
DELAY TIME, ECONOMIC, NO SPIN, GENTLE WASH ACTION
By pressing the F -button, the specific function will be enabled and the F-button LED will be
illuminated. You have to press the START button within 10 seconds otherwise, the F-button
function will be switched Off
again. (CP-system = 2 minutes).
For the SOAK and DELAY TIME function the displayed value is the time in Hours. Each time the Fbutton is pressed, the time value will be increased with 1 Hour.
5.7.
STARTING A WASH PROGRAM
OPL version:
Press the START button
COIN version and MCB 6B:
Insert the correct amount of coins. Each time you insert a coin : the coin value is subtracted on the
bottom display.
External payment unit : Insert the correct amount of coins at the external payment unit. The
start button light will start flashing to indicate that you have to press the start button of the
washing machine.
Machine without door handle with external coin box:
A start pulse is given to the electronic timer when the correct amount of coins in the external coin
box is inserted.
For all coin related systems: When you see 00 on the bottom display and the display is
flashing: press the start button to start the wash program. If the door was still open when the
price was paid: the door LED will start flashing to indicate that you must close the door before you
can start a program. Close the door and press the start button.
Now the wash program is started and the complete wash process will be fulfilled.
REMARK:
FOR COIN MACHINE: SELECTING ANOTHER PROGRAM NUMBER WHILE THE MACHINE IS READY TO
BE STARTED ( THE PRICE = 00 ON THE BOTTOM DISPLAY).

If the new selected program has a higher price:
the difference in price will be displayed on the lower display
extra coins have to be inserted to pay the price difference between the old and the new selected
program.
Depending the machine settings, the price can be increased by selecting an extra PREWASH
sequence. (F-BUTTON).
5.8.
SELECTING ANOTHER PROGRAM AFTER THAT THE PROGRAM IS ALREADY STARTED
Sometimes it will happen that you have pressed the start button before you have selected the
correct program number. No problem, you can still select another program number. Press the
SELECT button until you have reached the correct wash program.
REMARK:
THE TIME FOR SELECTING ANOTHER PROGRAM IS LIMITED.
OPL version: you can only switch during the first step to another wash program
COIN version: you have only 150 sec to switch to another wash program. It is possible that the
program will ask you to insert extra coins. If you dont insert these extra coins than the program
will swap back to the program number at the moment that the start button was pressed.
REMARK:
WHEN YOU PRESS THE SELECT BUTTON, THE UPPER DISPLAY WILL START FLASHING FOR ABOUT
2 SECONDS
The new program will only start when the upper display stops flashing. There is a small delay time
between pressing the button and starting a new program. This to avoid that the inlet valves and
contactors will change state each time you press the SELECT button.
5.9. ADVANCING THE WASH PROGRAM
RUN MODE:
OPL version: the advance function for the start button must be set = ON to activate the advance
function
COIN version: advance function works only after pressing for 20 seconds on the Start Button.
PROGRAM MODE:
the advance function for the START button is automatically activated when the machine is in
setup mode. (see chapter 3.2.).
Press the START button to advance the program (it is only possible to advance a program that
has been started).
Each time you press the START button, the program will go over to the next wash process.
Example:
When Rinse 1 is active and you press the START button: the program will go further on with the
intermedium spin sequence. When you press again the START button: the program will go
further on with program step Rinse 2, etc.
REMARK:
WHEN YOU PRESS THE START BUTTON: THE DISPLAY WILL START FLASHING. THE NEW
SEQUENCE WILL ONLY START AFTER 2 SEC WHEN THE DISPLAY STOPS FLASHING.
There is a small delay time between pressing the START button and starting up a new sequence.
This to avoid that the inlet valves and contactors will change state each time you press the
START button.
5.10. WASH TIME
Once the program has been started, the remaining wash time is displayed on the middle display.
The displayed time is minutes. When the wash time exceeds 1 Hour, the hours are separated from
the minutes by a dot. Above 10 hours only the time in hours is displayed.
Sometimes a dot is displayed to indicate that the time on the display stops counting down. The
time that the dot is displayed is extra time.
The total wash time = programmed wash time (1) + the extra time (2 + 3 + 4 + 5)

5.11. PROGRAM END
The time on the display is counting down until 0. When 0 is reached the program cycle is finished
and the door can be opened. To indicate that the door can be opened, the Door LED is lightened.
Open the door and unload the machine. The 0 on the display will be erased and the machine is
ready to start a new program.
Only for machines without door handle:
The door can only be opened by pressing the DOOR UNLOCK button when the LED door unlock
button is lightened
5.12. WATER FILL PROCESS
Depending the water temperature the correct inlet valves will be opened. Which inlet valves will
be activated, see wash tables chapter 6.
The water level is measured by an electronic device.
The Normal Low and Normal High water levels mean the standard water levels. The Economic Low
and Economic High water levels mean the standard economic water levels. These water levels can
be adjusted.
You can only adapt the levels between certain limits.
The lower limit is above the heating elements and the temperature sensor. The upper limit is
below the overflow hole. You can find the limits for each machine type in a table (see P-menu).
5.13. ECONOMY LEVELS
In the European program sets EU1 and EU2, certain programs have an economy level facility (see
part 4). These programs can be used for slightly soiled and/or smaller volumes of laundry. In other
cases, these programs will only give poor washing quality. This option is not available in the US1
program set.
5.14. HEATING PROCESS
It is possible to select Wait for heat in the t-submenu.
When No Wait for heat is selected:
The machine will heat until the time of the specific wash step is over or if the programmed
temperature was reached. Even if the programmed temperature is not reached the program will
start the next sequence.
When Wait for heat is selected:
The machine will heat until the programmed temperature is reached. The programmed time of the
wash step will only start counting down from the moment that the target temperature was
reached. The temperature can be set ON/OFF on the lower display by setting td = on/oFF in the
t-submenu. The temperature value can be displayed in F or C by setting F = on/oFF in the
t-submenu.
ATTENTION!
WHEN MACHINES HAVE NO ELECTRICAL OR STEAM HEATING NO WAIT FOR HEAT SHOULD BE
SELECTED IN THE T-SUBMENU.
5.15. COOLDOWN FUNCTION
For some delicate wash processes it is recommendable to avoid shrinking the laundry by entering
immediately cold water into the drum. This can be solved by a Cooldown function.
For programs with a temperature above 65C at the end of the Main wash step cold water will
enter the drum for 30 sec. This cold water is mixed with the hot water so that the water
temperature will decrease slowly. After another 30 sec cold water will enter the drum once more
for 30 sec. When the temperature gets below 65C, then the water will be drained. The Cooldown
function can be selected in the t-submenu.
The standard setting is oFF for the cooldown function.
5.16. FLUSH FUNCTION (NOT FOR MCB 6B)
See wash tables. Program D, E and F.
You can activate the flush function by programming a time for the Prewash step with flush
function. The water will flush for the programmed time of the flush step.
(For machines without door handle: no flush function)
5.17. UNBALANCE
When the machine is badly loaded during the spin sequence, than the tilt switch will be activated.
The Spin sequence will be interrupted and the load will be redistributed. The wash machine will try
up to 10 times to redistribute the laundry.
(Vandalism Free keypad : Press 3x SET button in 5 sec).

5.18. WAIT STATE
It can occur that the normal machine operation has been interrupted and that you have to wait
until the machine allows you to go on. You can recognize the wait state by a display that is
counting down second by second.
This will occur when the power has been switched off and on. As the software doesnt know how
fast the motor was spinning, a delay time is respected before the machine can be restarted.
5.19. HOW TO HANDLE FAILURE MESSAGES
A failure message is displayed when the fault LED is on. The number on the middle display
corresponds with a specific fault. On the lower display Err is flashing to indicate that an Error
message occurred.
Fault message 99 indicates that for safety reasons the door can not be unlocked.
GO TO THE CHAPTER ERROR HANDLING TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT ERROR HANDLING.
5.20. HOW TO HANDLE POWER INTERRUPTIONS
When a power interruption occurs while the machine is in standby mode and no program was
started, the machine will stay in standby mode. When a power interruptions occurs while the
machine is washing, after the power interruption, the timer will check if the door is still locked by
the bimetal.
WHEN THE POWER IS SWITCHED BACK ON WE CAN CONSIDER THREE POSSIBLE CASES: 1. The door
is locked.
The timer will continue the program
2. The door is closed but not locked anymore.
OPL version:
The display and the LED start button will start flashing to indicate that a power interruption has
occurred.
When the power is switched back on, the door is not locked immediately.
Press the start button to continue the program.
COIN version:
The display and the LED start button will start flashing to indicate that a power interruption has
occurred.
When the power is switched back on, the door is locked immediately.
Press the start button to continue the program.
3. The door is open, due to mechanical override.
At the moment that the power is switched back on, the program will go over to standby mode.
ATTENTION!
AFTER THE POWER INTERUPTION, THE LED OF THE LAST ACTIVE STEP WILL BE ELUMINATED.
Only for machines without door handle:
When the door is still closed after a power interruption, the machine will not start automatically,
the start button must be pressed again.
5.21. THE PROGRAM COUNTER OR COIN COUNTER
Set the key switch in program mode. Press the SET button. On the lower display:
OPL version: the program counter is displayed
COIN version: the coin counter is displayed
By pressing >5 sec on the SET button, the counter is reset.

9. ANNEX: OVERVIEW OF ERROR CODES, MESSAGES AND TROUBLESHOOTING AIDS
9.1. ERROR HANDLING
The Easy control computer allows the full control of the washing machine.
When an error occurs then automatically the machine will go over to a safe state. With the
diagnostic program you can determine the problem. This program will test all the functions of the
washing machine.
9.2. PROBLEM CHECK LIST

9.3. ERROR MESSAGES
If a failure occurs then the computer will display a diagnostic message. The message is a number
that correspond with a typical problem.
Depending if the machine is configured as a Coin or an Opl machine another error handling will
occur. The different failure messages are explained in the next paragraphs.
9.4. HOW TO HANDLE THE ERROR MESSAGES
Verify in the manual what the Error message corresponds with.
You can erase the fault message by pressing theSET button (key switch in setup mode) or
switching the power off/on. For safety reasons the door will not be unlocked if:
there is still water in the drum (not for machines without door handle)
the water temperature is above 55C
the drum is still turning
This is the safety procedure that the machine will fulfil each time before the door is unlocked. If at
the end of the cycle the safety conditions are not fulfilled, diagnostic message 99 will be displayed.
As long as diagnostic message 99 is flashing it is impossible to open the door.
OVERRULING DIAGNOSTIC MESSAGE 99:
OPL - MACHINES:
The safety can be overruled by pressing the SET button (key switch in setup mode). Fault
message 99 will be erased and be replaced by the original fault message. It is up to the owner to
erase the original fault message.
THIS HANDLING IS NOT RECOMMENDED AND SHOULD ONLY OCCUR WITH THE NECESSARY
PRECAUTION.
The original fault message can be erased by pressing the SET button (key switch in setup mode).
COIN - MACHINES:
User:
If somebody will recuperate its laundry in a Laundromat he has to insert a coin and press the
SET button to unlock the door. (key switch in Run mode) Fault message 99 will be erased and be
replaced by the original fault message. It is up to the owner to erase the original fault message.
Owner:
The safety can be overruled by pressing the SET button (key switch in setup mode). Fault

Dont start: the program will not be started as long as the safety conditions are not fulfilled
WHEN SAFETY IS NOT INVOLVED:
Skip + continue: the actual cycle step is skipped and the program continuous with the next step
Continues: the program continuous
9.5. SWITCHING OFF AND ON THE POWER
Error messages can be erased by switching off and on the power.
IMPORTANT:
FAULT 24, 25 & 35 CAN ONLY BE ERASED BY SWITCHING OFF AND ON THE POWER.
Precaution:
Fault 31 and 32 can be erased by switching off and on the power. Fault 31 and 32 indicates that
the frequency inverter is not loaded with the correct parameter setting. The washing machine can
be damaged when the inverter is functioning with the wrong settings.
Do not use the washing machine before a technician has inspected the problem.
REMARK:
FAULT 34 CAN NOT BE ERASED BY SWITCHING OFF AND ON THE POWER.
When the program starts up, the software detects immediately that all programs are blocked. The
fault can only be erased by unblocking a program.

2.3 . Versiones - EJECUCIONES
El control fcil programador electrnico tiene un hardware diferente y ejecucin de programas

relacionados : existe equipo actual de lavado ejecucin como 1 tarjeta electrnica con todas las
funciones.
El PCB es de color azul.
Slo hay 1 equipo de lavado versin , por lo que la versin reducida ya no est disponible .
Anterior ejecucin lavado ordenador MCB CE existe como 1 tarjeta electrnica con todas las
funciones. El PCB es de color verde.
- La versin completa llamado MCB CE
- La versin reducida llamada MCB MCB RD o P6 utiliza en las mquinas sin manija de la puerta .
- Versin para pulsadores electromecnico llamado MCB 6B
No es diferente del software para un control sencillo y MCB RD equipos de lavado.
3 . DESCRIPCIN BSICA DE LOS CONTROLES
EL CONTROL DE OFERTAS :
- 15 programas que ofrecen una amplia gama de tecnologas de lavado ( slo el 5 por MCB 6B )
- Fcil manejo con pulsadores
- Programa de lavado estndar de contener el nivel de agua econmico y normal
- Se pueden personalizar Lave de programa ( tiempo, temperatura, lavado y centrifugado de

velocidad, niveles de agua )
- Versin OPL : Avanzar en el programa con el botn "START "
- Versin COIN : precios de los programas libremente programables y valores de la moneda

3.2 . Cmo entrar en el modo de configuracin
MQUINAS CON LA LLAVE ( WDH ONLY )
Con la llave de contacto se puede seleccionar entre " Modo de ejecucin " y el modo de
configuracin.
- " RUN MODE" - accin de lavado
- "MODE SETUP" - cambiar el programa de lavado y la configuracin de la mquina

4 . INICIALIZACIN DE LA MQUINA
4.1 . MEN DE INICIALIZACIN
ATENCION !
ANTES DE HACER CAMBIOS EN EL MEN DE INICIALIZACIN LEA ATENTAMENTE ESTE MANUAL .

Los cambios que he hecho influir en el lavado PROCESOS DE PROGRAMA Y AJUSTES DE PRECIOS .
LE RECOMENDAMOS ANTES DE HACER CAMBIOS PARA ESCRIBIR CON CUIDADO ABAJO cules
fueron los ajustes anteriores.
COMO LLEGAR EN EL MEN DE INICIALIZACIN
El men de inicializacin slo se puede acceder cuando la mquina est en stand by ( la mquina
est encendida , pero no se inicia ningn programa ) .
Conectar la mquina al modo de configuracin ( vase el captulo 3.2 . ) .
1.Pulse el botn " SET" , pulse el botn "SET " y pulse el botn " SELECT" durante 2 segundos .
( Vandalismo teclado Gratis : . Presione el botn " SELECT " al mismo tiempo durante 1 segundo
"SET " y )
Cuando la rutina de "n " se muestra en la exhibicin A, suelte ambos botones. Ahora puede
seleccionar el submen inicializacin apropiada :
2.Presione el botn "SET " para cambiar entre los diferentes submens de inicializacin.
Los caracteres " n", "P ", " F", " c", " d" y "o" van a aparecer uno a uno pulsando el botn " SET"
3.Presione el botn "SELECT " para seleccionar el submen de inicializacin especfico. Ahora
podr ver el primer elemento de men del submen seleccionado .
El submen se explican en los siguientes prrafos.
Lea primero las partes: " Cmo cambiar los valores y ajustes " y " El uso de la " SELECT "y " SET
"botones" . Si desea salir del men de inicializacin : seleccione el subprograma "o " pulsando el
botn "SELECT " .
CMO CAMBIAR LOS VALORES Y AJUSTES
A VALOR :
- Un nmero que puede ser modificado
- Construir por 1 , 2 o 3 unidades de visualizacin
- Ejemplo : un valor de tiempo
A ESCENARIO:
- Una opcin que puede estar encendido o apagado
- Ejemplo : la temperatura en la pantalla de encendido / apagado
ATENCIN :
SLO PUEDE MODIFICAR UN VALOR O AJUSTE CUANDO EL VALOR O ajuste correspondiente

parpadea. COMO VALOR SE PUEDE CONSTRUIR HASTA DE 3 UNIDADES DE PANTALLA TIENE PARA
MODIFICAR LA UNIDAD POR UNIDAD.
USO DE LA "SELECT " Y BOTONES "SET"
Slo hay 4 casos diferentes que tenemos que manejar :
I. SIN UNIDAD pantalla parpadea + la tecla "set " SE PULSA : el prximo elemento de men se
muestra
II . SIN UNIDAD pantalla parpadea + el botn "Select " SE PULSA : una unidad de visualizacin
comenzar a parpadear
III . Una unidad de visualizacin est parpadeando + la tecla "set " SE PULSA : se modificarn los
datos de la unidad de visualizacin correspondiente
IV . Una unidad de visualizacin est parpadeando + el botn "Select " SE PULSA :
la unidad de display deja de parpadear y finalmente otra unidad de visualizacin comenzar a

parpadear Si usted sigue cada vez que estos 4 pasos lgicos a continuacin, puede empezar a
modificar los valores y ajustes .

CMO HACER UNA CORRECCIN
Despus de modificar un elemento de men , la unidad de display deja de parpadear , pulse el

botn "SELECT " . Si usted ve que usted ha cometido un error, se puede modificar el elemento de
men de nuevo pulsando el botn "SELECT " . La pantalla vuelve a parpadear .
ESCRIBIR LAS MODIFICACIONES EN LA MEMORIA
Cuando el software se escribe en la EEPROM : se muestran los guiones. Esto ocurre

automticamente cuando salga del submen .
VOLVER AL MEN PRINCIPAL
Si ha terminado la ltima etapa del submen, pulse el botn " SET" y recibir de nuevo en el men
principal. Ahora puede seleccionar otro submen inicializacin o puede dejar el men de
inicializacin por el submen "o".
"N " SUBMENU BLOQUE (no para MCB 6B )
Bloqueo y desbloqueo de nmeros de programa permite al usuario mostrar slo los nmeros de
programa que desea ofrecer . Los nmeros de los programas que estn bloqueados no se
muestran en el modo de programa normal. El cliente puede elegir 15 programa es de 1 a F.
1.To alternar entre encendido y apagado : hay que pulsar el
" SELECT" primero . El encendido o apagado en la pantalla comienza

parpadear y el encendido o apagado puede ser cambiado presionando el botn " SET" .
Si usted ha hecho su seleccin para el programa 1 , entonces se puede confirmar la seleccin

pulsando el botn " SELECT"

2.You puede pasar al siguiente nmero de programa pulsando el
Botn " SET" . Una vez que haya alcanzado el nmero de programa F ( PF ) , por

En tiendas de lavandera que funciona con monedas , algunos propietarios prefieren utilizar
algunos ciclos de lavado adicionales que no deben estar disponibles para el pago de los usuarios .
Para tales propietario es posible seleccionar tambin los ciclos de lavado bloqueados cuando el
interruptor de llave est en el modo de programa . Mediante la tecla de infrarrojos tambin se
puede cambiar al modo de programacin sin necesidad de abrir la lavadora.
PROGRAMA DE PROCESO submen " P"
Primero, seleccione el programa que desea modificar .
Pulsando el botn "SELECT " se puede seleccionar el programa que se debe modificar. Una vez que
haya realizado su seleccin , presione el botn " SET" .
Modificar el valor de la velocidad ( Slo disponible en mquinas con velocidad variable)
Hay 3 velocidades del motor que se pueden ajustar : El valor mostrado se corresponden con las
revoluciones del tambor.
Ejemplo 42 = 42 RPM del tambor .
El valor de la velocidad puede ser incrementada o disminuida en pasos de 1 RPM .
Velocidad de lavado : S1
S2: baja velocidad de giro

S3 : alta velocidad de giro
42 : velocidad del tambor 42 RPM
Estos valores slo pueden modificarse dentro de ciertos lmites para evitar el mal funcionamiento
de la mquina . Estos lmites dependen del tamao de la mquina ( vase el cuadro 4.1.A ) .
WDH y WDHC solamente: si 999 se ha programado , el motor acelerar a 1200 RPM para la ltima
30 " .

MODIFICACIN DEL NIVEL DE AGUA
Cuando compruebe las mesas de lavado que usted ver que en funcin de la etapa , el tambor se
llenar con una baja
o un nivel alto de agua .
Si se adapta el nivel del agua "LL " y luego se adaptarn todos los pasos con bajo nivel normal o
baja econmica del agua en el mismo programa. Por LL = prelavado la UE1 y UE2 programa de SET
y el paso de lavado .
Si se adapta el nivel del agua "HL ", entonces todos los pasos con el nivel de agua de alta o
econmica normal alta se adaptarn en el mismo programa . Para la UE1 y UE2 programa de SET
HL = enjuague 1,2,3 paso.
Ms informacin acerca de los niveles de agua para cada etapa de lavado se puede encontrar en
las tablas de lavado del captulo 6 . LL: Bajo Nivel
HL : High Level 30 : el nivel de agua en las unidades

El nivel de agua se muestra se mide en unidades . El nivel puede ser aumentado o disminuido en
pasos de 1 unidad . No se puede programar un nivel de agua ms bajo que el bajo nivel econmico
de la lavadora.

El objetivo de este submen es aadir algunas funciones extra por la operacin manual.
Elija la funcin deseada de la lista de funciones : Pulse el botn Select. Cuando se visualiza la
pantalla inferior parpadea, pulsando el botn SET , la lista de elemento por elemento de lista. Para
confirmar la seleccin , hay que pulsar el botn Seleccionar una vez ms. Cuanto ms bajo

Usted tiene que pulsar el botn START antes de 10 segundos de lo contrario la funcin se apagar
de nuevo.
( En caso de un sistema de pago central ( PE = REL ) , el tiempo de restablecimiento de la funcin F

- botn es de 2 minutos. )

+ La funcin econmica permite ejecutar un ciclo de lavado sin una secuencia de centrifugado.

1 . Seleccione el programa que desea modificar
Pulsando el botn "SELECT " se puede seleccionar el programa que se debe modificar. Una vez que
haya realizado su seleccin , presione el botn " SET" .
2 . Seleccione el paso de WASH
Haga su seleccin con el botn " SET" .
3 . SELECCIN DE LA BOMBA DE JABN
Pulse el botn " SELECT" ( parpadeo en visualizador ) . Seleccione la bomba de jabn en el botn "
SET" .
Hasta 7 bombas de jabn se puede programar para cada etapa de lavado (dependiendo del tipo de

El objetivo de este submen es para salir del men de inicializacin.
Cuando se selecciona la "o" submen que aparecer durante 5 segundos la versin de software en
la pantalla.
Esto le permite verificar si el software introducido es la versin de software correcta.
Despus de estos 5 segundos estn de vuelta en el men del programa y ahora usted puede iniciar
un nuevo programa al cambiar el selector de programa en modo de correr y presionar el botn de
inicio.
Mientras se muestra la versin del software que usted puede entrar en el men de configuracin.
Vaya al "Men de configuracin" captulo.
4.2 . MEN DE CONFIGURACIN
ATENCION !
Antes de realizar cambios en la configuracin lea atentamente este manual . Los cambios que
realice influir en el lavado PROCESOS DE PROGRAMA Y AJUSTES DE PRECIOS .
SUGERIMOS ANTES DE HACER CAMBIOS PARA ESCRIBIR CON CUIDADO ABAJO cules fueron los
ajustes anteriores.
Antes de que pueda entrar en el men de configuracin, debe ir primero al men de inicializacin
( vase el captulo anterior ) . Despus hay que seleccionar el submen "o". Pulse el botn "
SELECT" cuando aparezca el submen "o". En ese momento aparecer el nmero de versin del
software. Pulse ahora el botn "SELECT " 3 veces. Ahora ver el carcter de t submen " t".
( vea el captulo sobre el men de inicializacin si desea seleccionar uno de los submens de
inicializacin )
ADVERTENCIA !
Seleccionando otro "STANDARD WASH PROGRAMA CONJUNTO EN LA " S " - SUBMENU el men
PUNTOS EN LA " T " - SUBMENU ser cambiada. AL INSTALAR UN NUEVO EQUIPO DE CONTROL

6 BOTONES DE ELECTRO - MECNICOS
- Cuando la mquina tiene un interruptor de botn 6 electromecnico para seleccionar los

programas de lavado y funcin de arranque , es necesario seleccionar el ajuste " ON".
- Cuando la mquina dispone de un teclado de membrana para seleccionar los programas de

lavado y funcin de arranque , es necesario seleccionar el ajuste " OFF".
OFF = teclado de membrana en = 6 Interruptor botones
COIN / OPL
- Mquina de monedas:
la mquina slo se puede iniciar pulsando el botn de inicio
despus de insertar la cantidad correcta de monedas o fichas .
- Mquina de versin OPL :
la mquina se pone en marcha mediante un botn de inicio

Puede insertar la temperatura del suministro de agua caliente .

CALEFACCIN COMPLETA
- Calefaccin Completo 0-100 (% )
Cuando el calentamiento ha alcanzado la temperatura objetivo programada , calefaccin se

reiniciar cuando la temperatura del bao est por debajo de la temperatura de histresis .
- FH 100 ( % ) de la calefaccin se reiniciar hasta el final de la
secuencia de calentamiento .
- FH 0 ( % ) de la calefaccin no se reiniciar una vez que se ha alcanzado la temperatura objetivo .

- Para la higiene de lavado programas FH debe ser 100 .
FH = 0 ( %) No calentamiento adicional de tiempo programado FH = 67 (% ) Sin calefaccin

BRILLO LED
- La intensidad de las pantallas LED se puede ajustar.
Si el equipo se instala en una zona con mucho sol de la intensidad de las pantallas se puede
aumentar para tener una mejor vista .

SEGUNDO vlvula de drenaje
La segunda vlvula de drenaje slo se puede programar por el PC -
Software Communication Network .
Es posible desactivar esta funcin , incluso si el software de comunicacin con el PC de la red no

est disponible .
- Cuando d2 = OFF, en todas las secuencias de drenaje , el agua ser drenada por la primera
vlvula de drenaje .
- Cuando = d2 sobre , el agua ser drenada por la segunda vlvula de drenaje , para aquellas
secuencias que la segunda vlvula de drenaje fue seleccionado por el software de PC
Apagado = No hay segunda vlvula de drenaje = segunda vlvula de drenaje
REINICIO DE PROGRAMA 0-1-2 - ... -E -F (no para MCB 6B )
A veces es preferible que al final de un ciclo de lavado el nmero de programa se restablece a un

valor predeterminado . Como resultado de ello ,
el operador est obligado a seleccionar el nmero de programa de lavado adecuado en cada

nuevo ciclo de lavado empezar. No para WDH y WDHC
mquinas de lavado .
Cada vez que el programa ha terminado y el operador abre la puerta, el nmero de programa en la
pantalla superior retrocede
para el valor "RP " . En caso de que se restablece como lavado nmero de programa " 0 " ,
que no es un nmero vlido programa de lavado , el operador se ve obligado a seleccionar el

nmero de programa deseado antes de que pueda iniciar un nuevo ciclo de lavado .
- Cuando r0 = OFF , nmero de ciclo de lavado previo es vlido.
- Cuando r0 = 0-1-2 - ... -EF , el nmero de ciclos de lavado anterior se restablece a su valor
predeterminado " rP " .

0 ( -1-2 - ... -EF ) = restablecer al programa 0 ( -1-2 - ... -EF )
INICIO DE NIVEL JABN LQUIDO
- El nivel de jabn es el nivel de agua en el que el jabn lquido
se iniciarn los suministros
- Por defecto = 0 unidades
- Programable entre 0 y el nivel mnimo de agua programable ( ver tabla de consumo de agua)
- A nivel est programado para evitar que los suministros lquidos se meten en la baera sin agua
suficiente en el bao .
(Para evitar demasiado grande concentracin. ) Valor = 0 Mquina comienza inmediatamente los
suministros lquidos externos.
Valor > 0 de la mquina espera hasta que se alcanza el nivel de jabn programada antes de que se
iniciaron los suministros de lquido externos .
Se recomienda mantener el valor de referencia = 0 .
con sensor de movimiento
Esta opcin reduce el tambor R.P.M. durante el llenado de agua por lo tanto, la ropa absorps agua
ms rpidamente y aumenta la eficiencia de lavado .

La funcin de tiempo de reutilizacin es slo funcional para operaciones de lavado con una
temperatura programada por encima de 65 C.

Puede avanzar (pase ) un programa paso a paso activa presionando el botn de inicio.

En caso de una mquina de monedas , tiene que pulsar durante mucho tiempo la
Botn Iniciar para activar la funcin de avance .
Rellene Tiempo
Rellene Failure ( Err 11 ) se genera el mensaje cuando el equipo de lavado no es capaz , en la

secuencia de llenado de agua , para alcanzar el nivel de agua programado en X minutos .
Algunos clientes prefieren un tiempo de deteccin ya Err11 , debido a la deficiente suministro de

agua como en el camping de .
Los valores por defecto :
WDH , WDHC , R6 , R13 , F6- F10 : 10 minutos
R16- R27 , F13 , F16 , F22 , F23 : 15 minutos
R35 : 20 minutos
Max . valor de tiempo programable: 99 minutos.
En el caso del valor de 99 minutos , no se generar ningn mensaje de alarma en absoluto .
Min. . valor de tiempo programable: 10 minutos.
PRECIOS ESPECIALES

SISTEMA DE PAGO EXTERNO
Cuando el equipo de lavado est conectada a un sistema de pago externo , el PE seleccin debe
establecerse en REL .
La luz de la tecla de partida comenzar a parpadear cuando el precio del programa de lavado se ha
prestado a la unidad central de pago . (Inicio de estreno Seal de entrada = Alta)
Al pulsar el botn Start, el programa se inicia . Slo para la seleccin REL

La seal de ocupado ser alta cuando la puerta est cerrada . La seal de ocupado se desconecta
cuando se abre la puerta al final del programa .

REL = una unidad de pago externo que funciona mediante contactos libres de potencial ( rel)
COM = una unidad de pago externo que funciona mediante la red de comunicacin directa.

SEL = ( WDH ) slo funciona con selector de monedas (slo token)
crd = Card System lector conectado a lavar ordenador contactos libres de potencial . Ecb = Selector
electrnico de la moneda ejecutada con una funcin de bloqueo moneda.
Seleccin " crd " es para conectar un lector de tarjetas para el equipo de lavado.
Esta es una aplicacin especial y necesita consulta en el fabricante .
Seleccin "BCE" es para la conexin de la bobina de bloqueo de moneda de un selector electrnico

mientras que la lavadora era activa .
Hay hasta 8 mensajes guardados en la memoria.
El ltimo mensaje de fallo ocurrido se mostrar como la primera.
Un punto indica que se ve el ltimo mensaje de diagnstico ocurrido .
Mensaje 1.Failure 1 es el ltimo mensaje de error que ha estado activo .
El nmero de error se pone en la pantalla inferior.

4.3 . Instalacin de nuevo software
POR INSTALACIN DE NUEVO SOFTWARE
Para aadir nuevas caractersticas al software y para mejorar la funcionalidad de la mquina

lavadora , nuevas versiones de software son producidos por el fabricante .
INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA INSTALACIN DE NUEVO SOFTWARE
1 . Apague el interruptor principal .
2 . Abra la placa de cubierta de la lavadora .
3 . La EPROM con el software implementado es el nico CI en la tarjeta electrnica que se puede

quitar .
4 . Tome la EPROM de la IC- titular y reemplazarlo por uno nuevo. Asegrese de colocar el
destornillador entre la EPROM y la toma de corriente . ( ver foto )
5 . Asegrese de colocar el nuevo chip en la posicin correcta . Ver Fig.3.1 .
6 . Encienda el interruptor principal .
7 . La pantalla se debe encender un cigarrillo.
8 . Si el software es compatible : el nuevo software se puede utilizar sin la reinicializacin .
9 . Puede borrar todos los mensajes de error en el men del sistema para permitir la adecuada
determinacin de la nueva aplicacin de software.
10 . Si el software no es 100 % compatible con la versin anterior del software :
El nuevo software generar un mensaje de diagnstico 35 . Cuando se produce la mensaje de error

35 debe volver a cargar el programa de lavado estndar est en la " S " , submen ( tenga en
cuenta : todos los ajustes a la medida se borrarn ) .
Carga de los programas de lavado estndar :
Cambie la seleccin UE1 UE2 o al UE2 a US1 US1 o al UE1 . Al cambiar la seleccin se carga un
nuevo conjunto de programas de lavado . Si no cambia la configuracin o seleccionar la
configuracin anterior de nuevo, no se cargan los programas de lavado predeterminados. (
guiones aparecern cuando se cargan los datos )
Despus de la carga es el programa de lavado normal , borre el mensaje de diagnstico 35 ,

cambiando el poder de encendido / apagado .
11 . Ahora usted puede comenzar un nuevo ciclo.
CONSEJOS :
Para una forma prctica de trabajo para el cambio de la EPROM : la tarjeta electrnica puede sacar
fcilmente de la mquina por el panel frontal . Consulte el manual de instalacin.
5 . OPERACIN DEL MEN
5.1 . PUESTA EN MARCHA
- Antes de poner en marcha la primera vez : asegrese de que la mquina est bien instalado ,
consulte el manual de instalacin de la mquina.
- Asegrese de que los ajustes correctos se hacen : ver la inicializacin y el men de configuracin.
Pedir la ayuda de un tcnico.
- Asegrese de que el interruptor de llave est en el modo Run . Programas de lavado no se puede
iniciar si el interruptor de llave est en el modo de programacin.
5.2 . Activar el equipo
La pantalla se ilumina al encender el equipo.
5.3 . CARGAR LA MQUINA WASH
Abra la puerta e introduzca la ropa en el tambor. Cuando se carga la batera , cierre la puerta .
Mquina sin manija de la puerta :
Puede abrir la puerta pulsando el botn de desbloqueo de puerta cuando el LED de la tecla de
desbloqueo de puerta se ilumina .
5.4 . PUT jabn en el dispensador de jabn
Ponga la cantidad correcta de jabn en el dispensador de jabn .
5.5 . SELECCIN DE UN PROGRAMA DE LAVADO
Pulse el botn " SELECT" hasta que aparezca en la pantalla superior el nmero que se corresponde
con el nmero del programa de lavado que desea iniciar . Consulte la etiqueta en la parte frontal
de la mquina o el lavado
mesas en el captulo 6 . ( Nmero de programa 0 no es un nmero vlido , se debe seleccionar un
nmero entre 1 y F).
5.6 . SELECCIN DE UNA FUNCIN F- BUTTON
Hay 6 funciones F- botn que se pueden seleccionar de una lista en el men F: prelavado, remojo,
tiempo de retardo, ECONMICO , NO SPIN , ACCIN DE LAVADO SUAVE
Pulsando la tecla F , la funcin especfica ser activado y el LED de tecla F se ilumina . Usted tiene
que pulsar el botn START antes de 10 segundos de lo contrario , la funcin F- botn se apaga
de nuevo. ( CP -system = 2 minutos ) .
Para la funcin de tiempo de remojo y retrasar el valor mostrado es el tiempo en horas . Cada vez
que se pulsa la tecla F , el valor de tiempo se incrementar con 1 hora .
5.7 . PUESTA EN MARCHA UN PROGRAMA DE LAVADO
- Versin OPL :
Presione el botn " START"
- Versin COIN y MCB 6B :
Introduzca la cantidad correcta de monedas. Cada vez que inserte una moneda : el valor de la
moneda se resta en la pantalla inferior.
- Unidad de pago externo: Coloque la cantidad correcta de monedas en la unidad de pago externo.
La luz del botn de inicio comienza a parpadear para indicar que hay que pulsar el botn de
arranque de la mquina lavadora .
- Mquina sin manija de la puerta con la caja de moneda externa :
Un impulso de inicio se le da al temporizador electrnico cuando se inserta la cantidad correcta de

monedas en la caja de monedas externa .
- Para todos los sistemas relacionados con las monedas : Cuando vea " 00 " en la parte inferior de
la pantalla y la pantalla parpadea: pulse el botn de inicio para iniciar el programa de lavado. Si la
puerta an estaba abierta cuando se pag el precio: el LED de la puerta comenzar a parpadear
para indicar que se debe cerrar la puerta antes de poder iniciar un programa. Cierre la puerta y
presione el botn de inicio.
Ahora el programa de lavado se inicia y el proceso completo de lavado se cumplir.
OBSERVACIN:
MQUINA PARA MONEDA : SELECCIN otro nmero de programa mientras la mquina est lista
para iniciarse (el precio = 00 EN LA PANTALLA INFERIOR ) .
Si el nuevo programa seleccionado tiene un precio ms alto :
- La diferencia de precio se mostrar en la pantalla inferior
- Monedas adicionales tienen que ser insertados a pagar la diferencia de precio entre el viejo y el
nuevo programa seleccionado .
Dependiendo de los ajustes de la mquina , el precio se puede incrementar mediante la seleccin

de una secuencia de PRELAVADO adicional. (F- BUTTON ) .
5.8 . SELECCIN DE OTRO PROGRAMA DESPUS DE QUE EL PROGRAMA SE ARRANCA YA
A veces va a suceder de haber presionado el botn de inicio antes de que haya seleccionado el
nmero de programa correspondiente . No hay problema, usted todava puede seleccionar otro
nmero de programa. Pulse el botn " SELECT" hasta que haya alcanzado el programa de lavado
adecuado.
OBSERVACIN:
LA HORA DE ELEGIR OTRO PROGRAMA ES LIMITADO .
- Versin OPL : slo se puede cambiar en el primer paso a otro programa de lavado
- Versin COIN : slo tiene 150 segundos para cambiar a otro programa de lavado. Es posible que
el programa le pedir que introduzca monedas extra . Si no inserta estas monedas extra que el
programa le vuelves a cambiar el nmero de programa en el momento en que se pulsa el botn de
inicio.
OBSERVACIN:
Cuando se pulsa el botn "Select " , la pantalla superior empezar a parpadear durante 2 segundos
El nuevo programa slo se iniciar cuando la pantalla superior deja de parpadear. Hay un pequeo
tiempo de retardo entre la pulsacin del botn y comenzar un nuevo programa . Esto para evitar
que las vlvulas de entrada y contactores cambiarn de estado cada vez que se pulsa el botn
"SELECT " .
5.9 . AVANCE DEL PROGRAMA DE LAVADO
MODO DE EJECUCIN:
- Versin OPL : la funcin de avance para el botn de inicio debe ser = ON para activar la funcin
de avance
- Versin COIN : funciones avanzadas slo funciona tras pulsar durante 20 segundos en el botn
Inicio.
MODO DEL PROGRAMA :
- La funcin de avance para el botn "START " se activa automticamente cuando la mquina est
en el modo de configuracin . ( vase el captulo 3.2 . ) .
Presione el botn " START" para avanzar en el programa ( slo es posible avanzar en un programa
que se ha iniciado ) .
Cada vez que se pulsa el botn " START" , el programa pasar al siguiente proceso de lavado.
Ejemplo :
Cuando Enjuague 1 es activo y pulsar el botn " START ", el programa ir ms lejos con la
secuencia de giro intermedio . Cuando se vuelve a pulsar el botn " START ": el programa ir ms
all con el paso de enjuague 2 , etc
OBSERVACIN:
Cuando se pulsa el botn "Inicio ": La pantalla parpadea. EL NUEVO ORDEN SOLO arranca despus
de 2 SEC cuando la pantalla deja de parpadear.
Hay un pequeo tiempo de retardo entre la pulsacin del botn " START " y puesta en marcha de
una nueva secuencia .
Esto para evitar que las vlvulas de entrada y contactores cambiarn de estado cada vez que se
pulsa el botn " START" .
5.10 . tiempo de lavado
Una vez que el programa se ha iniciado , se muestra el tiempo de lavado restante en la pantalla
central .
La hora que se muestra es minutos . Cuando el tiempo de lavado excede de 1 hora, la hora se
separan de los minutos por un punto . Por encima de 10 horas slo se muestra el tiempo en horas.
A veces se muestra un punto para indicar que el tiempo en la pantalla deja de contar hacia abajo.
El tiempo que se visualiza el punto es la prrroga.
El tiempo total de lavado = tiempo de lavado programado ( 1 ) + el tiempo extra ( 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 )

5.11 . PROGRAMA FIN
La hora en la pantalla de la cuenta atrs hasta 0 . Cuando se alcanza 0 el ciclo del programa est
terminado y la puerta se puede abrir . Para indicar que la puerta se puede abrir , el LED de la
puerta se aligera . Abra la puerta y retire la mquina. El 0 en la pantalla se borrar y la mquina
est lista para empezar un nuevo programa.
Slo para mquinas sin manija de la puerta :
La puerta slo se puede abrir pulsando el botn " ABREN LA PUERTA " cuando se ilumina el botn
de desbloqueo de la puerta del LED
5.12 . PROCESO DE LLENADO DE AGUA
Dependiendo de la temperatura del agua se abrirn las vlvulas de entrada correcta . Que se
activarn las vlvulas de admisin , ver lave tablas captulo 6 .
El nivel de agua se mide por un dispositivo electrnico .
Los niveles normales de agua ms bajo y normal significa que los niveles de agua estndar. Los
niveles de agua altos-bajos y Econmica econmicos significan los niveles de agua econmicos
estndar . Estos niveles de agua pueden ser ajustados .
Slo se pueden adaptar los niveles entre ciertos lmites.
El lmite inferior est por encima de los elementos de calentamiento y el sensor de temperatura .
El lmite superior est por debajo del orificio del rebosadero . Usted puede encontrar los lmites
establecidos para cada tipo de mquina en una tabla (ver P- men).
5.13 . NIVELES DE ECONOMA
En el programa europeo establece UE1 y UE2 , algunos programas tienen una instalacin de nivel
de la economa (vase la parte 4 ) . Estos programas se pueden utilizar para los volmenes
ligeramente sucias y / o menor de lavandera . En otros casos , estos programas slo dar mala
calidad de lavado . Esta opcin no est disponible en el conjunto del programa US1 .
5.14 . PROCESO DE CALEFACCIN
Es posible seleccionar " Espere a que el calor " en el " t - submen" .
- Cuando No " Espere a que el calor " est seleccionado :
La mquina se calentar hasta que el tiempo de la etapa de lavado especfico es ms o si se

5.15 . FUNCIN DE ENFRIAMIENTO
Para algunos procesos de lavado delicados es recomendable para evitar la reduccin de la ropa
mediante la introduccin de agua fra inmediatamente en el tambor . Esto se puede resolver
mediante una funcin de tiempo de reutilizacin .
Para los programas con una temperatura por encima de 65 C al final de la etapa de lavado de
agua fra principal entrar en el tambor durante 30 segundos . Esta agua fra se mezcla con el agua
caliente para que la temperatura del agua disminuir lentamente . Despus de otro 30 seg agua
fra entrar en el tambor una vez ms durante 30 segundos . Cuando la temperatura es inferior a

5.17 . DESEQUILIBRIO
Cuando la mquina est muy cargada durante la secuencia de giro , que se activar el interruptor
de inclinacin . La secuencia de la vuelta se interrumpir y se redistribuye la carga. La mquina de
lavado a tratar hasta 10 veces para redistribuir el lavadero.
( Vandalismo teclado libre : Pulse el botn de 3x " SET" en 5 segundos) .

5.18 . ESTADO DE ESPERA
Puede ocurrir que el funcionamiento normal de la mquina se ha interrumpido y que tienes que
esperar hasta que la mquina le permite seguir adelante. Usted puede reconocer el estado de
espera por una pantalla que est realizando la cuenta atrs segundo a segundo.
Esto ocurrir cuando la alimentacin se ha apagado y encendido. A medida que el software no

sabe lo rpido que el motor estaba girando , se respeta un tiempo de retraso antes de que la
mquina se puede reiniciar.
5.19 . CMO MANEJAR mensajes de error
Se muestra un mensaje de error cuando el LED de fallo est encendido. El nmero en la pantalla
central se corresponde con un fallo especfico . En la pantalla inferior Err parpadea para indicar
que se ha producido un error.
Mensaje de error 99 indica que por razones de seguridad, la puerta no se puede abrir .

5.20 . CMO MANEJAR LAS INTERRUPCIONES DE ENERGA
Cuando se produce una interrupcin de energa mientras la mquina est en modo de espera y se
inici ningn programa, el equipo seguir en el modo de espera. Cuando una interrupcin de
suministro elctrico mientras la mquina est lavando, despus de la interrupcin de la
alimentacin , el temporizador se compruebe que la puerta sigue bloqueada por el bimetal .
Cuando la energa se vuelve a encender , podemos considerar TRES CASOS POSIBLES : 1 . La puerta
est cerrada .
El temporizador continuar el programa
2 . La puerta est cerrada pero no con llave ms.
Versin OPL :
- La pantalla y el botn de inicio del LED comenzar a parpadear para indicar que se ha producido
una interrupcin de energa .

9.3 . MENSAJES DE ERROR

9.4 . COMO MANEJAR LOS MENSAJES DE ERROR
Compruebe en el manual de lo que el mensaje de error corresponde con .
Puede borrar el mensaje de error al pulsar el botn " SET" (interruptor de llave en el modo de
configuracin) o cambiar la potencia de encendido / apagado . Por razones de seguridad, la puerta
no se desbloquear si:
- Todava hay agua en el tambor (no para mquinas sin manija de la puerta )
- La temperatura del agua est por encima de 55 C
- El tambor sigue girando
Este es el procedimiento de seguridad que la mquina va a cumplir cada vez antes de que se abri

de diagnstico 99 .
Mientras mensaje de diagnstico 99 parpadea es imposible abrir la puerta.
Invalidando mensaje de diagnstico 99 :

La seguridad puede ser anulada presionando el botn " SET" (interruptor de llave en el modo de
configuracin) . Mensaje de error 99 se borrar y se sustituir por el mensaje de error original .
