Assessed in building customized reporting tool with FACTS system of Surizon from phases
of design, planning, coding till integrating. The tool is aimed to show KPIs of the Radio
Network in levels from Cell, BSC, RNC, MSC to Working Zone Areas allowing easily to
read Network Performance Indicators like Accessibility, Reatinablity, Mobility, Throughput,
and Traffic.
Solved a lot of complex Radio Problem for issues related to non radio causes like call
drops, congestion, access problems, and poor radio connection quality because of Abis/Iub
signalling congestion, A/Iu interface link cross connection, RBS/NodeB Hardware problems,
etc.
Created Excel templates for easily collecting database information of Radio Network
Parameters of multi-vendors and merging them into one Data Sheet.
Participated with many innovative ideas about my section working strategy, organization,
management, which helped my manager to overcome daily working problems.
Formulated and implemented a lot of network trials that took as a standard for optimizing
network performance.
Participated in many Feature Activation Trials with vendors like Ericsson and Huawei and
