Piping Scope of Work; FEED

1. Carry out all necessary activities required for the FEED of the proposed flow
station, crude storage and export facilities, and gas processing plant, NGL storage
and dispensing facilities.
2. Prepare standards and procedures for piping engineering and design
3. Develop Material Specifications and Standards for the project
4. Prepare the preliminary plot plan for crude oil reception from offshore pipelines,
separation/processing, stabilization, storage, metering and export and respective
flare system
5. Prepare preliminary equipment layout for crude oil reception from offshore
pipelines, separation/processing, stabilization, storage, metering and export
6. Piping design of the inlet manifold to receive crude oil from the offshore wells
7. Design of piping systems (process and other utility systems) for the flow station
for the processing and stabilization of crude oil.
8. Design of piping systems for the crude oil storage facility
9. design of piping systems for crude metering and export as described in the SOW.
10. Design of piping systems to deliver the gas from the separator to the gas
processing facility.
11. Design of piping system at the gas plant to receive gas from the separators located
in the flow station.
12. Design of piping systems for the gas compressors included in the gas plant
13. Design of piping system for the treatment and separation of the natural gas, LPG
and propane
14. Design of piping system for the storage of Natural gas and LPG
15. Design of Piping system for the dispensing of the gas products
16. Carry out stress analysis of pipe in accordance with international standards as
required by the
17. Prepare preliminary MTO for all piping materials required for the construction of
for all the piping systems
18. Design of supports for all piping systems as required
19. Prepare a list of piping long lead/specialty items for material procurement
20. Support procurement in the selection and evaluation of quote from piping
components vendors.

Piping Scope of Work; DED

1. Carry out all necessary activities required for the DED of the proposed flow
station, crude storage and export facilities, and gas processing plant, NGL storage
and dispensing facilities.
2. Develop all FEED documents and drawings to the standard required for
construction and issue as such.
3. Assist the client in carrying out land survey of the acquired land area for the
project
4. Prepare the detailed plot plan for crude oil reception from offshore pipelines,
separation/processing, stabilization, storage, metering and export and respective
flare system

5. Prepare detailed equipment layout for crude oil reception from offshore pipelines,
separation/processing, stabilization, storage, metering and export
6. Update all piping drawings and documents with details sufficient for construction
7. Carry out detailed Piping Wall Thickness calculations and stress analysis
8. Prepare final piping isometric drawings and issue for construction
9. Prepare final Material Take Off for all piping components
10. Support procurement in the selection and evaluation of quote from piping
components vendors.
11. Provide support to the client during construction
12. Update all drawings and documents to include the as-built status of the facility
after construction
